Chapter 21 - meeting 21

After several minutes, i finally managed to control and stabilize the flood of information entering my mind.

Demiurge, who was standing beside me, looked confused and deeply worried, unable to do anything to help.

After seeing that I was still conscious and slightly more stable, he handed me his handkerchief. I thanked him quietly and used it to wipe the blood from my face.

Once I finished cleaning my face, it became clear that momonga, ublert, and all the NPCs in the Throne Room were panicking and visibly concerned about my condition.

------

After seeing the traces of blood still clinging to Henry's eyes, Momonga and Ulbert realized something was terribly wrong.

They knew, then and there, that they were no longer inside YGGDRASIL. Ulbert also felt something strange about his body. He didn't feel weak or tired at all—in fact, he felt the opposite.

Such a phenomenon could not happen in the game. Even if they received damage, they should not have felt real pain, let alone physical symptoms like blood.

This was a different world.

Momonga, who had earlier been overwhelmed with panic and confusion, suddenly felt an unnatural sense of forced calm wash over him.

He quickly regained his composure. Because of this new and unknown situation, he immediately issued orders.

He turned to Sebas. "Scout the surroundings of Nazarick within a 10-kilometer radius. Survey everything carefully. Do not approach any living creatures directly, and if anything appears hostile, retreat immediately. Report back anything unusual."

Sebas bowed deeply. "Understood, Lord Momonga." Without wasting another moment, he turned and calmly walked out to carry out the order.

Then Momonga turned his gaze toward Albedo. "Summon all Floor Guardians—except Victim and Gargantua. Have them gather on the sixth floor in two hours."

"Yes, my lord," Albedo replied immediately.

I also instructed Demiurge to head to the Sixth Floor first, while instructing Alastor to calm the other NPCs using his radio.

After all, the three Supreme Beings would be holding a meeting in the conference room, and under no circumstances were they to be disturbed.

Demiurge and Alastor immediately obeyed. Without a single question, they activated the Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown and vanished in an instant.

The Throne Room fell silent as the NPCs hurried to carry out the orders, sensing the gravity of the situation.

Meanwhile, the tension is grew heavier, as everyone understood that this was no longer just a game—this was an unknown world filled with unpredictable dangers.

Henry also wore a covering over both of his eyes.

He had prepared this long before arriving in the New World. He knew what was coming—and had planned countermeasures in advance.

The eye covering was meant to suppress the power of his [ALL-KNOWING ARCHIVE] and [TRIAD OF ETERNAL SIGHT], since he was still not fully accustomed to controlling this new ability.

At the same time, it would help prevent panic among the Floor Guardians if they ever saw blood coming from the eyes of one of their Supreme Beings.

In his heart, Henry understood that this was not just about protection—it was about control. Control over his own power, and control over the fear that might spread among Nazarick's guardians if they saw their Supreme Being in a vulnerable state.

-----

They then teleported to the meeting room.

The air inside was heavy, the dim lighting of the chamber making the atmosphere feel even more serious than usual.

Henry was the first to break the silence.

"Before we begin, I want to say something," he said calmly, though his voice carried a hint of tension. "This is a real world, not a game. What I feel and what I see, would never happen inside YGGDRASIL."

Momonga and Ulbert immediately exchanged worried glances. Henry rarely spoke so seriously without reason.

"You made us worried," Momonga said quickly. "What happened earlier? You looked like you were in pain."

Henry took a slow breath before answering.

"You both know my character skill, [TRIAD OF ETERNAL SIGHT]."

They nodded in silence, already sensing that what he was about to say was important.

"This skill allows me to see, and hear anything, anywhere," Henry explained. "As long as there is a triangular form. Earlier… what I saw was not just one place."

He paused, letting the weight of his words sink in.

"I saw thousands of scenes at once. Human settlements, creatures that looked like lizards, dark caves, deep chasms that seemed to have no bottom, forests filled with unknown monsters… even kingdoms far away from here."

Ulbert crossed his arms. "So… it's like global surveillance?"

"Something like that," Henry replied.

Momonga frowned slightly. "But why did it affect you? You looked like you were overwhelmed."

Henry nodded. "Because this isn't YGGDRASIL anymore. In the game, information like this would be displayed cleanly, like data files. But here… I can see it. The sounds, movements. Not just lines of data, but see a real atmosphere of those places."

He raised his hand slowly. "To make it easier to understand, I will just show you."

He snapped his fingers.

Using [BLUE SCREEN MANIFESTATION] One by one, hundreds of translucent screens appeared, floating in midair like glass windows into different worlds.

Each screen shimmered faintly with magical light, showing different parts of the world.

One screen showed humans walking through a peaceful village, carrying baskets of crops. Another displayed armored soldiers training inside a stone castle. Several others showed monsters moving silently through dark forests.

The room fell completely silent.

Ulbert's expression was unreadable, but his eyes moved rapidly, analyzing every detail of the scenes.

"This is… incredible," Ulbert finally said. "You can gather intelligence across the world like this?"

"Yes," Henry nooded slowly.

The screens flickered slightly "Because of this sudden, world change, it felt like I had just get shot in the head. The massive amount of information I received, combined with this still unfamiliar power, overwhelmed me for a moment."

"That's why earlier I almost pass out. There were too many places, too many things happening all at once. It's like trying to listen to thousands of people talking at the same time." He lowered his hand a little, keeping the screens stable

Ulbert's eyes narrowed slightly. "But the strategic value is enormous." He walked closer to one of the floating screens. On it, a group of humans was traveling along a dirt road, carrying supplies. "You could track enemy movements," Ulbert said. "Locate civilizations, identify strongholds, even detect threats before they reach Nazarick."

"That is what I was thinking too," Henry replied. "But we need to be careful. I can't just constantly watch everything. If I do, I might lose focus on what is important right in front of me."

Momonga nodded in agreement. "Information overload could become a weakness. If enemies somehow learn about this skill, they might try to disrupt your concentration or force you to reveal what you're seeing."

Henry smiled faintly. "Exactly." He waved his hand slightly, and the screens shifted.

Now they showed different regions—deserts with moving sandstorms, vast underground caverns filled with strange glowing minerals, and some others revealed enormous cliff-like abysses stretching endlessly downward.

"I also noticed something strange," Henry added.

Momonga and Ulbert both turned their attention back to him immediately.

"There are places I cannot see clearly. Some areas are like they are covered by thick fog or interference. It feels like something is blocking my vision, not naturally, but deliberately."

Ulbert's expression became serious. "You mean… someone or something is hiding from being observed?"

"Possibly," Henry said. "Or maybe there are ancient barriers, powerful beings, or even divine-level magic protecting certain locations."

The room grew quieter.

Momonga slowly spoke. "That means this world is more dangerous than we initially thought."

"Yes," Henry said. "But it also means there is more opportunity."

Ulbert suddenly smirked. "Or more targets to eliminate before they become problems."

Momonga sighed. "Ulbert…"

"What?" Ulbert said casually. "I'm just being practical."

Henry let out a small chuckle, though he quickly turned serious again. "I will mostly use this skill for Intelligence gathering only."

Momonga nodded approvingly. "hm, Power like that should be used carefully."

Ulbert crossed his arms. "Still, it changes our position in this world. With this skill, we don't have to wander blindly. We can plan our moves before we even make them."

Henry snapped his fingers again. The screens slowly faded, dissolving into faint light particles that disappeared into the air.

"The future of Nazarick will depend on how well we understand this world," Henry said quietly. "And now… we have a better way to start understanding it."

The three of them stood in silence for a moment, each thinking about the possibilities and dangers of this new world.

Outside the meeting room, the unknown world continued moving—full of civilizations, monsters, secrets, and threats waiting to be discovered.

And inside Nazarick, plans were already beginning to form.
