Giovanni was known as the strongest Gym Leader in Kanto. But Silver compared him to the Masked Man.
"Let's not talk about those sad things anymore, Silver. Since she is like your sister, go ahead and invite her. Let her think of this place as her second home."
Giovanni saw that Silver was becoming sad, so he changed the subject and smiled warmly.

A smile appeared on Silver's face. He picked up his phone and called Green.
"Hello, hello~ Silver, what's up?" Green's happy voice came through the phone.
"Green, I found my family!" Silver's voice was full of joy.
"Eh? Really? Congratulations, Silver!" Green was very surprised and happy.
"Yes. I talked to my father, and I want to invite you to my house. It's at the Viridian Gym in Viridian City. I..."
"Wait, Silver, where did you say your house is?" Green's voice sounded very shocked.
"The Viridian Gym," Silver said. He felt confused. Was there a problem?
"Viridian Gym... then who is Damian to you?"
Green remembered the black-haired boy she saw in Celadon City. He had a type of strength that felt heavy and powerful. Green remembered it clearly. It was her first time seeing someone her age who was that strong.
"Damian is my brother. Why, Green?"

Green felt awkward. She guessed that Giovanni probably had not told Silver about Damian yet. Green understood this because Silver had just found his family.
Silver frowned. He hung up the phone and walked back to the dining table.

"What is it, Silver?" Giovanni noticed that Silver looked upset.
"About Brother... are you hiding something from me?" Silver asked quietly.
Giovanni frowned slightly.
He had not told Silver directly. Even a man like Giovanni did not know how to start telling Silver about this.
"It is my fault," Giovanni sighed.
"I did not take care of Damian, and that is why he joined Team Rocket."
It felt like a big shock to Silver. His eyes became wide, and he looked at Giovanni with total surprise.
What did he just hear?
"Brother... joined Team Rocket?"
His kind brother was a member of the evil group, Team Rocket?
"This... that's impossible."
Silver did not believe it. He remembered Damian's kind smile and voice from two days ago, and that very warm hug.
But now he was told that his gentle brother was a criminal. Silver's face was very pale. He could not believe this.

Damian was lying on a big rock. He put his hands behind his head. He looked at the Green ocean and felt emotional.
The sea in Kanto was clear and Green. When the sun shone, the water looked very beautiful. But there were no golden beaches or coconut trees here. Something was missing.
"The ocean in Alola? I heard it is very beautiful," Satsuki said. She fixed her hair in the sea breeze. Her eyes looked dreamy.
When she was not wearing her kimono and her black wig, she had long, wavy, dark Green hair. She looked mature and beautiful.
Next to Satsuki, Tamao was hugging her legs and looking at the sea. No one knew what she was thinking. Because of the duties from their ancestors, they had never left the Johto region. Alola's beaches and oceans were famous, but they had never been there.
"Actually, the ocean is similar. However, the beaches and the tropical feeling there are worth a visit. If there is a chance, I will take you there to have fun," Damian said to Satsuki with a smile.
Satsuki stopped moving for a moment. She looked at Damian's face.
"I wonder when that little one will take the bait. I will fish for a while."
Damian looked at the sea. A large mechanical duck was swimming in the water.
This was Damian's idea to attract the little Lugia. But twenty minutes passed, and there was no sign of Lugia.
Damian felt a bit disappointed, but it did not matter. By the sea, there were many ways to pass the time.
Damian had a Team Rocket member bring two fishing rods. He began fishing with Caitlin. The water near the Whirl Islands had many Pokémon, and the fish grew very well.

Damian pulled the rod hard at the right moment. A golden Pokémon came out of the sea and landed on the shore.

Damian put down the fishing rod. He looked at the golden Pokémon jumping on the ground.

"It's a Magikarp again," Damian said. He took out a Poké Ball to catch it.
It was another Magikarp. However, this Magikarp was golden. This was a Shiny Magikarp!
"A Shiny Magikarp! Damian, you are amazing!"
Satsuki was surprised. Even though Magikarp was a very common Pokémon, a Shiny Magikarp was very rare.
"I guess my luck is okay," Damian threw an Ultra Ball and caught the Shiny Magikarp.
But looking at the Ultra Ball, he felt unsure. He did not know if he should train it. It was a rare Pokémon, and Gyarados is strong.
However, his main team was already full. He had too many Water-type Pokémon now. He had Tapu Fini, Suicune, and Kyogre. That was already three. If he trained this Shiny Magikarp, he would have four. He did not want to be a Water-type Champion.
"I will keep it for now."
Damian thought about it and put the Poké Ball into his pocket. Mega Gyarados was strong, so he could use it sometimes.
"Damian! Look what I caught!"
Suddenly, Caitlin called out with surprise.
"What kind of Pokémon is this?"
Damian looked over. When he saw the small white thing on the ground, he stopped moving.
It looked like both a bird and a dragon. Its body was white, and it had a mask on its face. Its belly was light Green. It was not very big, only about 0.6 meters. It was sitting on the ground with its wings open. Its big eyes were looking at Caitlin.
"Wu~"
The little Pokémon made a cute sound at Caitlin.
"..."
Damian was speechless. He looked at the Shiny Magikarp's Poké Ball and then looked at the cute creature Caitlin caught.
Satsuki and Tamao were confused. They could not believe what they saw. Satsuki took an old book out of her bag. This book was from her ancestors.
"Damian, do you recognize this Pokémon? I can sense psychic power inside its body," Caitlin asked Damian quietly. She liked the cute creature.
Because she was a psychic, she felt the power inside it. She thought it was a Psychic-type Pokémon, so she could train it.
"How should I say this?"
Damian touched his chin. He walked to the little Pokémon and sat down.
"Wu?" The little Pokémon looked at Damian.
"I know! This is..."
Satsuki found the page with the picture. After looking at it, she was certain. Satsuki spoke with excitement. She was suspicious at first because it looked different from her imagination. But now she was very excited.
"This is Lugia!!"
"???"
Caitlin looked at Satsuki with total shock. She did not believe it.
"Satsuki is right. Caitlin, you caught a Lugia," Damian said. He fed some bread to the little Lugia and smiled at Caitlin.
The little Lugia closed its eyes and happily ate the bread. Caitlin's face looked very strange.
Was this the legendary God of the Sea, Lugia?
