For days, every time the shooting paused, Izack tried to find a way to join Hiro, striking up a conversation.
However, the beta constantly turned away, pretending not to hear him, treating him as though he didn't exist.
His behavior stung beyond words.
The first day, Izack convinced himself Hiro simply needed time.
The second day, he believed the beta was avoiding him because of what he had confessed before they returned to the city.
By the third day, even that excuse no longer comforted him.
Whenever the director shouted, "Cut!" the cast and staff naturally gathered in small groups. Some rehearsed the next scene while others grabbed a drink or chatted to pass the time.
Izack's gaze, however, searched for only one person.
The moment he spotted the blond-haired cameraman adjusting the equipment, he immediately walked over.
"Hiro."
The beta didn't even lift his head. Instead, he picked up another camera battery before walking toward one of the assistants.
