"We'll see," Thessian said, stepping out of the cage. He locked it behind him with that same decisive click. "Veyra!" he called without raising his voice, knowing his Beta would hear him regardless.
The elevator opened almost immediately, as if Veyra had been waiting nearby. She emerged with her usual composed expression, though her eyes flickered between Thessian and Liora with obvious curiosity.
"Bring everything," Thessian ordered, his voice brooking no argument. "Case files, forensic reports, witness statements, security footage, all of it. Set up a proper workstation in the cage. And bring a laptop with full access to our servers, including the encrypted files."
Veyra's eyebrows rose almost imperceptibly. "Alpha, are you certain....."
