The moment they arrived, the planet reacted. Ancient energy pillars flickered violently. The stable energy level plummeted. From seven… to two.
Alarms screamed across the world. Guards ran, shouting warnings. The ground itself groaned beneath their feet. Far above, Lady Misha felt it instantly. She arrived in a flash of golden-white light, armor glowing with authority refined by time.
"Kumar? Niko?" she said sharply,"What have you done?"
Niko spoke quickly, his voice breaking as he explained Ryuk, the erased universe, Angle's choice, her death. Misha froze. Her hand clenched into a fist.
"If you release even a fraction of that grief," she said quietly,"this planet will collapse."
Kumar closed his eyes. Slowly painfully he suppressed his energy. The planet stabilized. Misha led them toward the ancient palace atop the cliff.
Every step felt heavier. The air grew cold. Then they saw her. Lady Angle. She lay still untouched by decay, peaceful. As if she were only resting. Kumar fell to his knees.
"No… No, no, no…" He reached for her and stopped. His hand trembled. Niko stood behind him, unable to move. Misha watched silently, tears forming despite centuries of discipline.
"She carried death," Misha said softly.
"But she never carried cruelty,"Kumar laughed bitterly,"And I carried creation," he whispered,"but I forgot mercy."
The suppression shattered. Energy surged.
"M–Master! Stop!" Niko screamed. Everything exploded outward. Light consumed the palace. Reality fibers cracked. And Kumar died. By his own uncontrolled power. Niko vanished with him.
Misha was thrown back armor shattered, body broken. Hours later, Misha buried Kumar beside Angle. Two graves. Side by side. She stood alone. Until reality tore open.
A dark portal formed. Two figures stepped out. A boy and a girl. Their eyes burned with the same fire Kumar and Angle once carried now twisted.
They said nothing. They knelt. Aaina lifted Angle's hand gently. Sam carried Kumar's body. Before leaving, Sam looked back at the world Misha still knelt upon.
"This world ends here," he said quietly.
They vanished. And somewhere far beyond
the future had already begun to bleed into the past.
This is the end of an era or a beginning of something new or darker...
