This strike was brutal—heavy, violent, and fast.
But in Antony's eyes, right now…
It was slow.
Painfully slow.
With Extreme Speed Mode active, his dynamic vision slipped straight into bullet time.
Thor's thunderous charge looked like a badly rendered slow-motion replay.
Antony could see everything—
the tension in Thor's shoulders,
the twitch of muscle in his arm,
even the subtle shift of balance as Mjolnir came down.
"Heh," Antony chuckled under his breath.
"No wonder speedsters always end up thinking they're gods."
When the hammer was less than an inch from his skull—
Whoosh.
Antony vanished.
Not teleportation.
Just pure speed—so fast it looked like reality skipped a frame.
Thor's hammer smashed empty air. The momentum carried him forward, forcing him to stagger a step.
"What—?!"
Before Thor could even react, a cold voice whispered beside his ear:
"Over here, Blondie."
BOOM—!!!
Antony appeared at Thor's right flank and drove a clean, merciless right hook straight into Thor's left cheek.
There was no time to scream.
Thor's face visibly rippled under the impact—muscle and bone warping like waves on water—before his entire body launched sideways like a cannonball.
Crash! Crash! Crash!
He smashed through load-bearing pillars, burst through thick brick walls, and finally skipped across the rain-soaked ground like a stone on water, carving a long trench into solid concrete.
"THOR!!" Jane screamed.
Thor dragged himself out of the rubble, coughing blood, shaking his ringing head. Rage burned in his eyes.
"…Such strength," he growled.
Antony hovered casually in midair, blew imaginary dust off his knuckles, and smirked.
"A god's face is surprisingly durable," he said.
"Nice texture. Very punchable."
"INSOLENT MORTAL!!" Thor roared.
Mjolnir spun violently in his grip, whipping the surrounding air into a howling vortex.
"For Asgard!!"
Thor leapt skyward, spinning with the hammer, his speed tripling as lightning wrapped around him like a living weapon.
Antony didn't dodge.
At the instant Thor reached striking distance—
Antony moved.
A razor-sharp uppercut.
Perfect timing. Perfect angle.
WHAM—!!!
The punch detonated against Thor's chin.
"Hng—!!"
Thor's charge died instantly. His body shot straight upward, launched vertically like a missile.
"Not done yet," Antony muttered.
He bent his knees—and vanished upward.
A split second later, he reappeared above Thor.
Thor's vision swam. Through the stars spinning in his eyes, he saw Antony upside down, smiling like a demon.
"Drop Tower."
Antony locked his fingers together, raised both arms high, and smashed them down like a piledriver.
DOOOOM—!!!!
Thor plummeted.
Antony's eyes blazed red—
Two superheated beams of heat vision followed the falling body, slamming into Thor mid-air.
Kinetic impact + energy overload.
"AAAAAARGH—!!!"
Thor hit the ground like a meteor.
BOOOOOM—!!!!!
The abandoned factory district shook as if a magnitude-5 earthquake had struck.
A massive crater exploded outward, concrete rolling like waves.
Jessica threw up her shields instantly, bracing herself in front of Jane to stop the shockwave from tearing them apart.
"Oh my God…" Jane whispered, pale.
"Did he… did he kill Thor?"
Jessica stared at the smoking crater—and the man descending slowly from the sky.
Antony landed gracefully at the edge of the impact pit, glanced down at the broken figure inside, and sneered.
"Get up," he said coldly.
"I know Asgardians don't break that easily."
The body in the crater moved.
Thor's eyes snapped open—
Not pupils.
Blazing white lightning.
"I am… the God of Thunder!!"
He slammed Mjolnir into the ground.
KRAAASH—!!!
A circular shockwave of divine lightning detonated outward, a ring of pure blue thunder infused with Odin's magic.
Too close.
Even Antony's speed couldn't escape a point-blank AoE blast.
"Sh—!!"
The lightning swallowed him whole.
ZZZZZRRRRR—!!!
Pain.
Real pain.
Not the mild tingling of high-voltage electricity he'd tested before.
This was different.
This lightning ignored durability—
slipping past muscle, past bone, straight into his nerves.
It felt like thousands of tiny blades slicing through his marrow.
"Ghh—!"
Antony was hurled dozens of meters away, smoke rising from his body, arcs of electricity still snapping across his suit.
"…Magic," he snarled, lifting his head.
"I hate magic."
The loss of bodily control—this forced paralysis—felt like a personal insult.
"You've earned my wrath, mortal," Thor thundered, rising into the air once more.
Above him, storm clouds twisted into a massive vortex. Countless bolts converged onto Mjolnir.
"Feel the fury of the storm!!"
A colossal lightning pillar—meters wide—crashed down.
Too fast.
Locked on.
Impossible to dodge.
"AAGHHH—!!!"
The bolt struck Antony square in the chest.
Every nerve screamed.
"You—damn—battery pack!!"
Rage exploded inside him.
Through the blinding storm, Antony forced his eyes open—burning crimson.
Thor's eyes widened.
He hadn't expected resistance—not like this.
Antony's heat vision tore through the lightning net, punching straight toward Thor's face.
Thor barely reacted in time, raising Mjolnir to block.
The storm collapsed instantly.
The sky fell silent.
Antony hovered in the fading smoke, eyes glowing red, voice low and lethal.
"Now…"
"…it's my turn."
