The silvery halo of the moon light cascaded down Terragrave Megacity, making the massive city look incredibly grand from above.
Terragrave looked futuristic and at the same time, incredibly primitive. There are skyscrapers that shot onto the clouds with holographic signs, and even groundscrapers which are skyscrapers that are built deep into the ground.
People glided through the air using skywalkers. They are shoes that float a meter above ground allowing people to glide through the air as though skating.
There were also vehicle that levitate, using reverse polarity of the magnetic road against the car. But vehicles can't fly yet.
Even with all these futuristic tech, there was not a single Silver knight holding a gun of any kind.
It was for one simple reason. If those who had evolved 100 % of their cells were able to dodge a bullet, those who passed the Osympic Test to become New Moon realm Silver Knights would be a catch one between their teeth.
Not to mention Half-Moon realm and Full Moon Realm Silver Knights.
It was said that if one broke through the Full-Moon Realm, they enter a state where they can absorb solar energy and Steller energy to further their evolution!
At this stage, one becomes inevitable and undetectable. But that is a story for later.
It was currently midnight at Terragrave Megacity but it was this moment Terragrave was most bustling!
Everyone had just come out from work during this period, going to restaurants to get food or going to the market to purchase items.
Silver knights could be seen mixed amongst them with their combat gears on them, either going to clear a Spatial gate or heading to the Gym for training.
"Riiiiiiiiiing!"
The bell rang, signifying the closing time for Aries Star Academy.
Instantly, student rushed out from the massive gates discussing with their friends as they either walked home or were being picked up with a ride back home.
Born an orphan, of course Vogue didn't have anyone to come pick him up.
He held his backpack on one hand while his other hand was bandaged. He had completely healed from his injuries. But he still had to give the impression that he was still injured.
As he walked out the gate, several students pointed at him, either laughing impressed with his performance. But Vogue didn't care and simply went ahead on his way.
He managed not to live in an orphanage and managed to rent a small one room apartment at the RustyGold District. The place was conserved the slums of the slums and was incredibly crowded with drugs, prostitution and theft and even kidnapping.
But beggars can't be choosers right?
Vogue turned an alleyway shortcut that headed towards Rustygold district. He had only moved a few steps forward when three figures appeared before him.
"Isn't this the chosen one?"
Vogue immediately recognized whose voice that was. It was Gerald's voice and the other two students with him were his lackeys.
Vogue rolled his eyes at the cliche plot. "Can't you be more original than bullying?"
His expression was as though he was bored and tired.
Gerald chuckled. "It seems your win over the three Sun-Fiends made you very proud. You think you ca now look down on everyone because of an ordinary feat right?"
Vogue sighed. "Look, I think you really need help. It's obvious your dad touches you at night which is why you're taking the anger out on me. Trust me, it won't help."
His face morphed into a caring expression as he stared pitifully at Gerald. "Why don't you tell me about it. It will help if you open up to people. Tell me, after you dad touches you, does he make you touch him from the back too?"
The two lackeys Gerald had brought immediately burst into laughter. But the sighted Gerald's anger face, they immediately covered their mouths and tried their hardest to stop laughing.
Vogue frowned at them and scolded seriously.
"It's actually not a laughing matter guys. This is serious. Don't mind them, Gerald, you can talk to me. When he touches you, does your third leg stand? I heard baby oil works wonders. Did your dad tell you how tight it is? These details are extremely import—"
"I will kill you!"
Gerald's body was shaking from raw and pure anger and for a split second, his eyes exploded as he went berserk.
Before Vogue could react, a massive fist filled massive amount of force connected directly to his jaw.
"Crack!"
A sickening sound of bones breaking echoed through the alleyway.
Vogue immediately saw stars swimming around his head as every sense of direction disappeared from him.
[+10 pain points.]
Seeing the amount of points, Vogue grinned happily. The points weren't too little nor too large, it was perfect.
'Uhn, I should have insulted this fvcker this way for the past week.' As Vogue thought about this, Gerald connected another punch directly against his chest.
"Crack!"
His ribs instantly shattered as shockwaves exploded to the surroundings. Gerald pummeled Vogue so bad he didn't look human any longer.
His lackeys had to pull Gerald back so he wouldn't kill Vogue.
By the time they were done, Vogue had broken all of his ribs as they stabbed at his internal organs. Collapsed lungs, multiple internal bleeding, muscle tears, broken skull, nose, arms and even his spine was injured.
With the amount of Pain points he possess right now, it seems Gerald finally used his evolved cells to reinforce his attacks.
This made Vogue grin from ear to ear.
"Why are you smiling?"
Vogue who was lying on the floor battered was stunned when he noticed someone there was someone at the other end of the alleyway.
His swollen eyebrow had covered his eyes, and he couldn't see properly.
"Who is fhaat?"
From the voice, he knew it was a female and something about it seemed oddly familiar.
"Hmph!" The female voice snorted and Vogue felt a soft arm lift him up gently.
He Immediately frowned and activated a bit of his healing factor. His swollen eyes reduced slightly and he was finally able to see who it was.
"Teacher Raine?"
Vogue couldn't help but be stunned. He had not expected the person who helped him up to be her. To be honest, they hadn't interacted much with each other over the past year.
Neither had the original Vogue had much interaction with her.
"What are you doing here?"
"Stop talking." She spoke snappily as replied him.
She placed his arm around her shoulder and assisted him to stand.
"Can you walk by yourself?" Teacher Raine asked when she saw him wince in pain.
Vogue remained silent, making Teacher Raine roll her eyes. "Now you chose to listen."
Vogue chuckled and limped as she assisted him towards Rustygold district.
The silence was deafening as they walked. And to be honest, Vogue enjoyed the walk so much that he wished his place wasn't so close by.
Her shoulder wasn't the only support he received, it was the massive mountain that juggled and wobbled against his back.
It was a wonderful sensation. Something worth dying for. Like a wise man once said, if I want to die, let me die in a battle field or between a woman's legs.
Those are death worth dying for!
"Softer than a water balloon." Vogue couldn't help but mutter as the plumpy meat caressed his back.
"Pa!"
A resounding smack hit him at the back of his head.
"Focus!" Teacher Raine rolled her eyes as she carried him down Rustygold street.
