Max began to move with a fierce, unrelenting pace. Every jab was a claim, a heavy, rhythmic pulse that echoed the waves crashing against the hull outside. Ruby's fingers curled into the silk sheets, her knuckles white, as a tension began to coil deep in her belly, a tight, electric knot that she had never felt before.
"I... I can't..." she whimpered, her voice breaking.
"Yes, you can," he groaned, his teeth grazing the sensitive skin of her shoulder. "Give it to me, Ruby. Give it all to me."
He reached down, his thumb finding the spark that sent a jolt of lightning through her nerves. Ruby's back arched, her breath hitching in a jagged sob of release as the world splintered into a thousand points of light.
