Before anyone could perceive the tremor that tore through the air, the horizon bent in on itself like a page slowly being devoured by flame.
The sky cracked open, releasing a living smoke that descended as if searching for the one who had awakened it from a slumber that was never meant to end.
Everything happened in a single heartbeat—
a moment in which unseen conditions aligned,
and that which should have remained sealed for eternity… opened.
Kai stared into the depthless black above, his heart pounding like war drums.
He felt a heavy omen approaching—something that did not belong to this world.
As the smoke ripped through the darkness, small shadow-born creatures emerged: the Ravagers of the Vein.
They moved with unnatural speed, their bodies dissolving and reforming every second—creatures born incomplete, desperately trying to finish themselves.
A sharp whistle sliced above their heads—
a scream flung from another world.
In the blink of an eye, the creatures appeared before him and his soldiers, their forms almost human yet stripped of all features.
The first lunged at a soldier.
Metal armor melted at their touch, and the beasts devoured iron and flesh in the same breath.
The screech of collapsing steel rose, and the soldiers' cries dissolved into a shiver that pierced straight through the heart.
Kay watched his men fall one after another, dragged into the darkness with brutal force, their bodies liquefying into black fluid that fused with their molten armor.
With every surge of smoke, the monsters multiplied—
as if released from a prison with no end.
Kay clutched his stone, his body trembling as light ignited around his eyes.
He whispered as he leapt forward:
"Stone Art — Lunar Wolf Stone."
A white aura burst from him, and he followed with:
"Level Three — Shadow Step."
He vanished, then reappeared behind one of the entities, stone claws slashing—
But before the blow could land, another entity lunged, unleashing its weapon:
"Void Strings."
Transparent threads sliced through Kay's energy and killed his momentum.
He crashed to the ground, chest heaving, a spark of pain flickering through his limbs.

IN the Drakhaens Kingdom...
On the other side, Drakhaen soldiers readied themselves inside the watch hall.
Some secured their weapons, others fastened their armor, and all prepared for what they called the Black Emergency.
The alarms blared.
Rings of energy began to rotate, tearing through the fabric between worlds to open a subspace gate—one used only for catastrophes.
The commander raised his hand, steady and cold:
"Prepare yourselves…
Target: the Eastern Forest.
Suspect: Lilithia."
With the final signal, they surged into the portal as one.
They felt no passage of time—
only a crushing pressure on their chests and a cold that gnawed at their bones.
Then they were standing in the heart of the forest.
The night here was heavier… as if the air itself was watching.
Trees twisted unnaturally, and the ground still burned with the residue of a recent energy burst.
Among them walked a soldier named Yun, carrying a special seal meant to close part of the Black Rift before the disaster worsened.
He moved silently, focused, each step precise.
Then suddenly—
he was alone.
The signal died.
His device malfunctioned.
And the forest began swallowing him whole.
With a single misstep—
a figure appeared before him with predatory grace.
Draven.
Draven whispered as a fiery spear ignited in his hand:
"Coincraft — Red Coin."
Yun barely dodged, crashing to the ground, as flames erupted around him.
Draven approached with a crooked smile.
"Soldier… hand over the Black Stone's seal.
Or you won't leave here alive."
Yun gripped his sword and refused.
Draven exhaled softly.
"Coincraft — Lattice Overdrive."
Yun's body froze.
His movement vanished.
His eyes widened with muted horror.
Draven kicked him viciously, shattering the bone shell of his chest.
He grabbed Yun's sword and raised it to split him in two—
But a flash of pink sliced through the shadows, cleaving the blade in half.
Time halted.
Then she appeared.
Kailena.
Her eyes burned with sharp brilliance, her pink aura rising like heated sparks.
She whispered:
"Stone Art — Ruby Stone — Level Seven: Ruby Veil."
Her veins blazed with ruby light, power coursing through every limb.
Draven chuckled.
"Ha… looks like I've angered Commander Kailena.
Should I come back later?"

IN the the Eastern Forest...
Skyler and Daemon stared at the notification trembling on their devices:
Subject: Suspected murder of Villiam Darkwell.
Proceed immediately to the Eastern Shore.>
Skyler swallowed anxiously.
"Sir Commander… do we hand her over or—"
He never finished.
Blue light exploded around them.
Drakhaen soldiers materialized, encircling them under the command of a stern-eyed man called Ragen.
"Lilithia!"he barked, his voice metallic.
"You are accused of killing Villiam Darkwell. Surrender immediately."
A soldier stepped forward and took Lilithia's sword.
The instant he saw the blood—
Everyone froze.
The blood was fresh.
And they knew exactly whose it was.
The soldier swallowed hard.
"Perfect match… Villiam Darkwell's blood."
The commander turned to Skyler and Daemon.
"And under the law… you are both charged with concealment and treason."
The air constricted around Lilithia.
The world felt distant—
the forest shunning her—
the very earth accusing her.
One word echoed inside her skull:
— Murderer.
"Wait!"she screamed :
"I didn't kill him! A sorcerer attacked us— damn it! I hate sorcerers!"
She wished Villiam would walk out of the shadows and speak the truth.
But silence was all she received.
The soldiers raised their weapons.
Skyler stood in front of her… Daimon behind… magical circles closing in from every direction.
And before they could seize her—
The Black Stone in her pocket convulsed violently.
As if a wild heart had awakened.
Her device chimed with a cryptic alert:
< Missing energy source detected…
Seal Three: Broken>>
The soldiers read it, clueless.
But the commander's eyes widened in dread.
"…No. This is bad.
It means the Arkam Pact no longer exists."
