"ok, wanna talk about it?" Yuta said after getting nearly frustrated and scared seeing Hoshi zoning out in his world of thoughts, not noticing that the food dropped back on the plate because his light hold on his chopsticks for the second time.
Coming back to his sense hearing Yuta's voice that nearly starled him, hoshi placed the chopsticks back on the plate and leaned back on his chair sighing deeply and closed his eyes for a second before looking back at his boyfriend deep into the eyes.
"Mom and dad are coming here next week" hoshi said and yuta understood everything and nodded slightly still looking as calm as always pissing off hoshi even more seeing such a calm reaction from his boyfriend while he is freaking out.
"You are not worried about it?" Hoshi asked angrily to which yuta shook his head in no amusing the Korean male.
" I am more worried about you. Are you ok?" Hoshi for some second blinked his eyes in confusion processing what yuta said and then whined loudly literally pissed off but instead of saying something harsh to the Japanese male all he did was to let out some in human noises before rubbing his nape huffing.
"I am tensed, really tensed. I don't even have any idea of how to start telling them everything, i thought we have got a month but nah it's just a week away when my parents will know about us, how will they react? What if they reject the idea of their son dating a man? I don't want to hurt them and I can't even bear the thought of us in not being together. What would I do?"
Hoshi said at a really fast pace letting his panick overtook his thoughts picturing all the bad scenarios possible and the thing that hoshi knows how yuta parents' have treated the Japanese male once coming to know about his sexuality wasn't helping the Korean male's case either.
Realising how panicked hoshi is, yuta didn't wasted a moment and quickly went over his seat placing his hand on hoshi's shoulder trying to calm him down and it worked as Hoshi realising yuta's hand on his shoulder stopped talking and put his hand over the Japanese male's hand, looking at him with eyes filled with fear.
"What if everything falls apart?"
Hoshi tears forming in his eyes and voice choking a bit because of the lump he formed in his throat and Yuta just couldn't bought himself to see such a vulnerable side of hoshi.
He like him being happy and goofy like he is rather then seeing him breaking down it cause pain to him that he didn't knew he could felt.
"Everything will be fine soonyoung, trust me" hearing yuta calling him by his real name with a soothing voice cause butterfly to brust in hoshi's stomach as it's been so long since he has heared someone calling him by his real name.
His friends, his colleagues and everyone hoshi knows here calling him by his latter name so hearing soonyoung instead of hoshi specially from someone he loves made the Korean male calm within a minute or two.
Huffing strongly hoshi looked down at his lap shooking his head in disappointment as he realised how much he has said without thinking "I am sorry" hoshi said calmly and looked back up at his boyfriend who was still standing there with his hand on hoshi's shoulder.
"You don't have to be" yuta said and smiled softly before dragging one of the dinning chair to sit beside hoshi, giving the Korean male a glass of water that hoshi gladly accepted before putting his hand on the top of hoshi's hand from his shoulder.
"I am sorry it was too much" hoshi said shifting his position to see yuta properly to which yuta shooked his head in a no.
"Everything is going to be fine soonyoung, every parents is different" yuta said reading hoshi's thought way to well for the Korean male's liking as hoshi looked up at him with wide eye filled with shock then later with guilt.
"I didn't want to think it like that but it's just happened, I can't help it"
Hoshi said looking in Yuta's eyes apologetically to which the Japanese smiled before pulling the food plate towards his side feeding hoshi who first scoffed receiving such baby care from his boyfriend but then happily accepted the first bite of the food later feeding yuta from the same plate.
It haven't been two days yet both the male share a deep level of understanding towards each other and sometimes it's amuse them too as to how come someone else can read their minds that well especially hoshi who have never thought that he would met someone who will read him like an open book but here it is.
"We'll deal with it." Hoshi said with his mouth stuffed with food and him munching on it like an hamster making yuta smile at him awestruck with hoshi's ability to look so cute yet so manily at the same time and yuta nodded in response of course they'll deal with anything together, will they?

A week has past just like that, with hoshi being busy stressing out but still pulling his usual charisma on to not to make yuta stress out too and to also ensure that his friends don't get suspicious of anything more then just assuming that yuta and hoshi for sure have something going on.
As one day doyoung has caught hoshi sending flying kiss to yuta while he was about to part way in the car parking lot and that cause a whole investigation committed against hoshi on the group chat openly and the Korean male just gave some lame excuses which none of his friend find convincing but decided to let it go away as per as Taeyong's instruction.
To avoid any more choas hoshi decided to not to visit Yuta too often at his Home until everything that they have planned goes successfully and yuta being a supportive boyfriend as always even though didn't liked this idea a bit nonethlessly supported hoshi.
And finally the day is here when hoshi will meet his parents and tell them about him and yuta, the sheer thrill, nervousness, fear he is feeling right now can't be described in words.
"Down to earth soonyoung-ah, what are you thinking son?" Hoshi visibly being starled hearing his mom's voice who was walking side by side of him in the event they had came to attend here an hour ago.
"Nothing mom just thinking something" hoshi said smiling nervously that didn't gone unnoticed by his mother but before she could say anything Hoshi's Father came to them with a man and two ladies on his side introducing them to hoshi and his mother.
"This is my wife and this is my son soonyoung, and honey they are the jeons I have told you about and this is their daughter Ha-rin"
His father said to his mother who immediately understood the entire thing and immediately looked up at the young lady who is of same age as her son smiling at her softly, at the table everyone understood the reason.
As to why they were getting introduced to each other rather than paying attention to the newly engaged couple expect for hoshi of course who thought it's just some normal formal introduction not noticing the girl staring at him with love filled eyes.
"It's pleasant meeting you Mr. and Mrs. Jeon and your daughter is absolutely gorgeous I must say"
Mrs. Kwon said making the young lady smile with cheeks turning red in shyness and bowed slightly in a thanking manner.
Hoshi standing there awkwardly having no idea what to say remained silent letting his parents do all the talking until Mrs. Jeon suggested hoshi and her daughter to roam around and talk to each other.
Still not getting the slightest idea of what's going on hoshi refused almost immediately but his mother signalled him to take ha-rin outside the venue to the nearby coffee shop to talk.
And that's when hoshi realised that he has fallen on the trap designed by his parents and the jeons and seeing ha-rin expression it's evident the girl knew it all along.
Having no option left hoshi forced himself to follow ha-rin to the coffee shop but the moment they take their seat at the farthest corner, ha-rin didn't wasted any minute any speak up for the first time until now.
"What shall we order?" Ha-rin asked pushing the menu card toward hoshi gently attempting to initiate conversation with the male not realising his tense posture, "anything is fine" hoshi replied politely and the girl nodded awkwardly before rubbing her nape thinking of what to say next but this time Hoshi beat her.
"Listen ma'am, I know this would sound really harsh and rude but the truth is I didn't had any idea that my parents are trying to set me up with you like this and..... I am already seeing someone else" not wanting to drag the conversation unnecessarily and giving the girl any false hope hoshi straight up speak his mind but still ensuring to sound as polite as possible caughting the girl visibly off-guard.
Staring at hoshi for a few second with mouth a gape a bit in surprise Ha-rin regain her posture and sat straight on the chair biting her lips before nodding, clearly heartbroken but understood whatever hoshi said to her.
"I guess then it's of no use to talk any further... Let's just order our coffee and head back to the event. Shall we?" Ha-rin said looking perfectly fine to which Hoshi nodded looking apologetic to which ha-rin smiled sincerely.
"You don't have to feel sorry for me hoshi ssi, i am glad that you choose to be honest with me rather than beating around the bush, I like that and about you seeing someone else I wish you are your partner all the very best for life" ha-rin said in her calm and gentle voice making hoshi smile back at her, he didn't expected the girl to be that chill but he was wrong.
Not having anything else to talk ha-rin and hoshi left the shop and went back to the event that was about to end, and after both families greeting each other a goodbye not having any idea of what their kids talked about happily parted way and now this the moment hoshi never knew would come into his life but here it is.
