Freya's Pov :
"I heard you went to the Christmas Fair?"Hayden asks and i nod finally remembering about Mina.
"Your asshole brother sent Mina away to get punished for taking me out to have fun.Can you please talk some sense into him?"I say with an annoyed frown.
"Your safety comes above everything!And did you just call me asshole again for who knows how many times for that lowly maid?"Rhett snaps and i glare at him."She isn't just a lowly maid!She is my friend."
"You barely knew her for a day!"
"So what?Even if it's only been one day,she is still my friend!And you are not allowed to touch my friend!"I snap angrily and He looks so close to strangling me.
"Fine.I will send her back to you.But,you are not allowed to sneak out of the palace."Rhett says and i am surprised for a second.
He..agreed?
He actually agreed?
I thought he would rather snap my neck then agree.
"You are really letting her go?"I ask doubtfully."Just like this?"
"Not just like this of course.You need to pay for her freedom."He says with a sinister smile that has me having goosebumps all over.
"What payment?"I ask suddenly feeling a little cautious and afraid.
"Give me a kiss."
My mind goes blank at his words and i stand there dumb founded.
"A-a..what?"I ask ridiculously.
"You want her to be punished?"He asks stepping forward.
"Of course not!"I say stepping back until i hit Hayden's chest.The scent of earth and forest surround me like a predator.
Great now i am trapped between them.
"Then be good."He says,his head diving in for a kiss.
I am frozen in place as a pair of warm lip's cover mine.I don't know why but i can't resist when he seeks permission to enter my mouth.
I let him in and even wrap my arms around him,kissing him back,or at least i try to,since it's my first time.
"Shh,relax and let us take care of you,Love."Hayden whispers,kissing my neck gently.A shiver goes through my body but i find myself relaxing under their touch.
My eyes tremble and shut as his lips trail kisses all over my skin.I finally give in and let Rhett take control,realising that i actually don't know how to kiss.
Slowly,i follow his lead and kiss him back,Hayden's hand caressing my waist slowly as if reminding me that he is here for me.
When Rhett finally pulls away,i am panting like a dog.
"Such a good girl we have.Did you save all of your firsts for us my queen?"Rhett asks with a teasing yet happy smile.
I blush and glare at him."W-who do you think you are?I saved them for myself."
This men was about to suck the life out of me with just a kiss.
"I-"He suddenly freezes in his place and i watch with a frown as his grey eyes start glowing while he stares ahead at nothing
What the hell?How are his eyes glowing?
"We have to go."He say's,his eyes turning back normal as he looks at me.
"I will have the maid sent back.But don't do such things again my love."Hayden says squeezing my hand a little."Go to sleep.We will come in the morning."

"Your highness,the crown prince and the second prince is here to pick you up for breakfast."Mina says bowing respectfully.
I sigh seeing her respectful and professional gesture.
Rhett really scared her last night.Since the moment she came back,she has been keeping things strictly professional.
My wish of making a friend went down the drain because of Rhett last night.
"I am not hungry.Tell them to go back."I say laying on the huge bed all alone.
I have always been introverted but i have never felt so alone.This room is so grand and luxurious.It's literally a princess room.
But at the end,it still feels empty and soulless.
I hate to admit it but i am missing my Uncle and Candice at this point.
Hell i am even missing aunt's earful scolding.
How am i supposed to stay here like this?

I frown and groan in annoyance."Just let them be then.If they come inside tell them i am still sleeping."
A few minutes later,the bed dips and i gasp as a pair of strong hand's pick me up.
"Ah!"I let out a yelp and wrap my arms around the intruder's neck.
