The kid in front of Shuu did look a lot like him. The similar silver hair and pale skin made him look at his son at first.
But that was where the similarities ended.
The red eyes on that face looked like Emperor Kaiden's, and the face was like Lady Sera's. Looking at that mixture made Shuu a little bit uncomfortable, but he was not someone who was about to show it on his face.
After all, Emperor Kaiden had assured him again and again that he never spent a night with Sera (not that Shuu cared). But Emperor Kaiden even had solid evidence that he was somewhere else that night.
So the appearance of this kid was a little suspicious.
"Shuu, are you not going to say anything? Rin, you should greet him. He's the one who gave birth to me. I told you about him, right?"
Shuu tugged at the younger child, and Rin looked startled. He looked up at Shuu's face before turning it away with a small blush on his face.
