Erika gently stroked Gloom's flower and said, "This story begins ten years ago."

"Huh, you even wore women's clothes to get in?" Misty asked in surprise.
"Erika, we snuck in this way because we came to challenge you, so please battle us."
At this moment, in a small room inside the Gym, Team Rocket found a bottle of legendary perfume.
"Alright, since someone has come to challenge me, I can only accept, and the Pokémon used will be limited to three," Erika said calmly.
"Grass Pokémon battling Grass Pokémon, go Bulbasaur," Ash said as he sent out Bulbasaur.
"Then you deal with him, Tangela."
"Tangela, the Vine Pokémon, its entire body is covered in vines and its contents are completely unknown," Raj said as he checked it with his Pokédex.
"Bulbasaur, Vine Whip," Ash ordered.
"Tangela, Bind," Erika responded.
Tangela spun its body and pulled Bulbasaur toward itself.
"Use Stun Spore," Erika said elegantly.
"Return, Bulbasaur," Ash said as he recalled it.
"Next, Charmander."
"Weepinbell, your turn, Razor Leaf," Erika said with a serious expression as she faced the Fire-type Pokémon.
"Charmander, use Flamethrower," Ash shouted.
The flames knocked down all the flying leaves.
"Fire Punch," Ash continued.
Weepinbell immediately lost its ability to battle.
"Ash, I admit your strength is good, but my love for Grass Pokémon far surpasses your strength, Ash, I'm telling you not to underestimate me," Erika said confidently.
"Gloom," Erika called out.
As soon as Gloom appeared, it released a foul odor that directly knocked out Charmander.
"It seems your Pokémon aren't trained enough yet," Erika said with a smile.
Suddenly, Team Rocket appeared and detonated a bomb.
But the bomb exploded right at Team Rocket's feet and blasted them away instead.
"Hahaha, it doesn't matter, we from Team Rocket have taken this legendary perfume," Jessie laughed as she flew into the sky.
At that moment, the entire area was set on fire by the explosion, and because there were plants everywhere in the Gym, the fire spread very quickly.
"Quickly, get the Pokémon to safety," a young woman directed everyone as they evacuated.
"Alright everyone, quickly come into your Poké Balls," the young women said as they recalled their Grass Pokémon.
Immediately, everyone joined the firefighting effort.
"So I was tricked by Team Rocket," Ash said angrily as he closed his eyes in frustration.
"Ash, what are you spacing out for, move faster and help put out the fire," Raj said as he gave Ash a firm pat on the head.
"Exactly Ash, why are you spacing out at a time like this," Misty said angrily.
"Squirtle, Water Gun," Ash shouted.
"Staryu, Starmie, you two help too," Misty said quickly.
"Go Gyarados, Hydro Pump, Tentacruel, Bubble Beam," Raj called out.
Everyone present froze for a moment when Raj released his Red Gyarados.
Especially Misty, whose eyes filled with admiration the moment she saw the Red Gyarados.
As an enthusiast of Water-type Pokémon, she naturally knew the legend of the Red Gyarados, and now that such a rare Pokémon appeared before her and its Trainer was traveling with her, she was completely amazed.
"Geodude, quickly bring sand to help put out the fire," Brock said with a smile.
"Erika, what's wrong," Misty asked as she noticed Erika looking flustered.
"Gloom, I can't find Gloom," Erika said anxiously.
"Could it be he's still inside," Misty asked in alarm.
"Ash, let's go," Raj said as he rushed inside with Ash.
By the window, Raj and Ash saw Gloom standing helplessly in the garden.
"Found him Ash, he's right there, let's go save him quickly," Raj said as he ran forward.
At that moment, Gloom suddenly released a foul odor out of fear.
Several burning wooden planks suddenly fell from the ceiling.
"We can't worry about that now Ash, hurry and go in," Raj said.
Raj and Ash rushed forward while covering their noses.
"I can't hold my breath anymore," Raj said as he suddenly lowered his hand.
However, he soon realized something strange.
"It doesn't smell at all," Raj said in surprise as he expected to be knocked out by the odor but felt nothing.
At that moment, Raj suddenly remembered what Erika had said earlier, and he couldn't help seeing Gloom differently.
"Alright, let's go," Raj said as he released his white Muk to lead the way.
Finally, Ash ran out holding Gloom safely in his arms.
"A white Muk and it's not ugly at all, Raj your Pokémon are all so well-trained," everyone said in shock as they looked at the rare Pokémon Raj possessed.
"Gloom," Erika rushed over, deeply moved.
"Thank you so much Ash and Raj, I'm very sorry about what happened earlier," Erika said apologetically.
Soon afterward, the fire was successfully extinguished and the Gym was saved.
"These are the Rainbow Badges, you two take them," Erika said with a gentle smile.
"Huh, is that okay," Raj and Ash asked in unison.
"Of course it's okay, Gloom agrees too, right," Erika said warmly.
Gloom nodded happily.
"And looking at Raj's Pokémon's strength, I'm no match for him at all, just one Muk was already beyond what I could handle, not to mention the fact that both of you saved Gloom," Erika continued.
"Then it would be disrespectful not to accept," Raj said as he took one badge and handed the other to Ash.
"But the legendary perfume was taken by Team Rocket," Ash said guiltily since it happened because he trusted them too easily.
"That's alright, that was only the raw material for making perfume using Gloom's extract, so it's fine," Erika said with a smile.
At that moment, Team Rocket were hiding in a small room as they quietly opened the bottle of the so-called legendary perfume.
Soon after, they were knocked out by the smell again.
"What kind of legendary perfume is this, I'm going to die," a loud roar came from inside the room.
On the other side, Raj and his companions had already left Celadon City and were heading toward their next destination.
"So Ash, when training Pokémon you should always remember that the most important thing is love, no matter what happens love is a very important quality for a Trainer," Misty said as she stretched.
"I know, I know," Ash replied casually.
"Love," Raj repeated silently as the words echoed in his mind and made him think deeply.
"And me, now I seem to be traveling with them, but in reality my path is still only my own, isn't it?"
