KAIZA'S POV :-
We were in the car, she was glaring out of the window. I was planning to go to church for a long time.
"Uh..are you free on Sunday??" I asked.
"Why do you need to know?"
"I was just asking...I wanted to visit church...with you."
"Ohh..oh...yeah. okay. "
"Ok, so, it's fixed."
"Um. Hmm"
Soon we were on the set location. I droped her off and went to my office.
It was 11 Am, my manager had scheduled interview for new employees.
One by one the interviewee came. I checked their bio data and asked them some questions.
Everything was going well.
"Sir, this is the last one. Luna- she's really experienced, I've read her resume." My manager said giving her file.
"Ohk. Call her in, let's see." I said.
She entered, everything was good, she really was well experienced as expected.
We hired her and some others too.
In the lunch time, I was about to leave my office, the new employee..what was her name...yeah, luna came.
"Sir-" she stopped me.
"If you have something to talk about, consult with my manager first." I said and left.
I grabbed a cheese sandwich and black coffee, today I have too much work.
I've got to check investment details, new plans for the better improvement in increasing customers and so on.
It was already 8PM, my work was still not done, everyone had already left, my manager had some important Business to do, so he was on a half day leave.
I wanted something to get energy, I went to the office pantry and I saw someone sitting in the employe section. I went there to see who was it. And it was Luna.
Working this late on first day? Anyways let her, after an hour she might go to her home.
Why bother.
"Sir- are you free now?" She asked as I was already moving back to my office.
I turned back. "No" I said and turned again to my office.
"Well, you don't have alot of pressure yet. Why're you here then?" I asked.
"Uh...my boyfriend was coming to pick me up, he told me to wait for some time." She said." She said.
"Alright." I said and headed back to my office.
It was 10PM, my work was still not completed yet i decided to go home and take some rest, I was too tired.
I was in the parking, I had no energy to drive back home, so I called my driver. Usually I like to drive by myself but not today.
I sat in the car, ordered the driver, before we could leave, someone knocked on the window, my eyes was covered with my hands, I looked up, and again it was Luna, it's the first day and I'm already irritated.
I rolled down the window.
"What?" I asked.
"Umm..Mr. flynn, actually my boyfriend couldn't make it, and it's already late, would you mind dropping me off by the bus stop?" She said.
"Just book a cab, I don't want to." I said and proceed to roll up the window.
"Sir- my phone battery is dead!" She said.
I had no choice, I agreed.
ASTHERIEN'S POV :-
My shoot was over by 7PM. I was heading home, but there was so much traffic, i had to take another way, on the way, I saw Kaiza's car infront of the bus stop, i stopped my car when I saw a girl coming out of his car.
Was she his girlfriend? If he had a girl, why did he made an agreement with me? WAIT!! Why am I overthinking about it? That doesn't matter! To me!!
But is she really his girlfriend? Why was she coming out of his car!! I've never seen her!
Wait!! Let's just forget it, this was only a contract marriage anyways.
I went home, I've already lost my appetite.
He also came, seeing his damn face, I got irritated even more. I went straight to my room ignoring him.
He held my hand from the back, i resited it, but his grip tightened even more.
"Why're you ignoring me?" He asked.
"Who are you? Do you even matter to me?" I said and again turned to my room.
"Wait! Just answer this question, have you eaten?" He said.
"Why do you care?" I said.
"Just answer it if you want your hand to be free!" He said pointing at his hand holding mine.
"Hin-dee (No)" i answered.
"So let's eat together!" He said pulling me with him to the dining table.
"Just eat with your girlfriend mo!" I said, as I freed my hand.
"My girlfriend?" He asked in confusion.
Huh! Acting clueless now?
"The one you went on a date today with !" I said.
Wait! What the fuck I'm even saying, my brain's instructions aren't clear!
"Wait! What are you talking about?" He asked in confusion, moving closer to me.
"Yeah! I saw you dropping her off today!" I said.
"Wait! What!?....ohhh that one, she was my employee!" He said.
"A boss dropping off her employee at 10PM? Wow!" I said.
"Yeah...she had an emergency..but wait a minute! Why are YOU asking me these questions?" He said. His expressions changed.
"Are you jealous!?" He asked coming even closer.
"Me? No! Why would I be" I said, my words was stuttering.
He came closer to me, my back hitted the wall, there was just a little gap between us.
"You're jealous!" He said.
"Wh- why wou- would I be jealous?" I said and lowered my head, I didnt wanted to see his teasing expressions again.
But wait, shit! Why am I acting like this? As soon as I realised this, i pushed him back and went to my room.
I turned back as my mind just wanted to say something but my heart didn't.
"Uh..if you have a girlfriend, just let me know, even if this is a contracted marriage, I have the right to know about my partner's girlfriend..that's it" I said and moved back to my room.
