ASTHERIEN'S POV :-
I was infront of the restaurant, where I'm going meet her after 3 years.
Everything that happened earlier was running through my head.
She is kia, she did that just out of jealousy!
She was my best friend, back then we used be a trio.
Unfortunately, something happened in between us, that ruined our friendship so much!
In the last year of our college, a rumor was all over the campus. About me!
That I stole her man, and guess what that man was Kaiza, how come he's always involved in every rumor with me!
That's not the case, because of that, every single person started to hate me. In every contest, I lost, because I didn't got sufficient support. For litteral 3 months!
After a few months, I got to know that was a whole story created by her just because she was jealous of me! After being the president of student council for all these years, I lost the students election that year! Why? because of her!
That's not it! A fake video about me was also circulated all over social media!
And after all this how can I still see her as my best friend?
I can't forget the moments I spent with her but what she did was unforgettable too!
Unforgivable!
I was just in that thought, and I saw her sitting on the corner table, waiting for me.
I went there and sat on the seat.
"What do you want from me now?" I said looking out the window.
"Ash.." she muttered.
"My name is Astherien!" I said, still not looking at her.
"Oh.. Astherien..I wanted a favour." She said.
"Astherien! Can you just talk to me while looking at me?" She said.
"What's there to talk about?" I said, i didn't wanted to turn to her but I couldn't help it.
"I know what I did was wrong! But..." She said, trying to clarify herself.
"You know what! If you're here to talk about that, i'd rather leave" I said as I stood up.
"No wait! I just wanted a favour!" She said holding my hand resisting me to leave.
I sat back on my seat. But I can't believe her! Like wow! After all this she still have guts to ask ME for a favour.
"Just let me stay in your guest house for a few weeks and help me get a small role or job in your production company, I took loan from several loan lenders, now they had seezed my house!" She begged.
Wow! Now I know why she was being too friendly with me in those years.
I want to refuse, but those good memories I created with her won't let me.
"For how long?" I asked, still anger was visible in my eyes.
Those times when she was with me, we took stand for each other, we cared for each other was flashing through my eyes.
"Just for a few months; and I won't do anything wrong, I just need a place to live" she said, trying to hold my hand.
"I refuse!" I said and went out of the restaurant.
Wait ash! What are you doing? You still have humanity! why are you refusing this, just because she's someone you don't wanna help?
Aren't you being selfish?
"Please! Don't do this! I don't have anyone else left! Please!" I heard her saying while approaching me.
After all these conversations, i agreed, after i heard about her relationship status. She had to take a loan to grow her boyfriend's Bussiness, but turned out he already had a fiancè. It's only for a few months, I'll handle it. Anyways, I don't trust her now! There shouldn't be a problem.
I called my manager to arrange a guest house for her.
After all this, I was at home! I'm Exhausted from all these stuffs.
I was still want to be in those old times when I was just a 20 year old, in my college. Living the best phase of my life.
I just wanted to come out of that, so I just decided to watch tv.
I don't remember when I was in a deep sleep watching my own show.
KAIZA'S POV :-
I was in the office, but I know where she went, I'm just anxious, I don't know if kia is still like before, because in those years she was a litteral snake! Kia tried hard to get others attention, she even did something she shouldn't have done.
But I won't let anyone touch Ash, she didn't liked me at all at that time, I just wished if she just listened to me for one moment, but still I
Managed to expose her infront of everyone, I managed to prove Ash innocent. She still doesn't know that it was me. And I'm glad, she really doesn't, I don't need to prove my love infront of her, I love her till the last breath of mine.❤️
Why am I remembering those things again, I should look forward for better future plans instead of being stuck in the past.
I was still in the office, doing some document check and someone messaged me.
I just ran to the hospital as soon as I read the message.
My father is finally awake after 6 years!
I just took my car, and went to the hospital. I met the doctor before entering the hospital room.
He gave me some information about my dad's current condition, health, and everything.
I can't control my tears anymore!
Happy tears!
I entered the room, and saw my dad looking out the window, I just want to hug him so bad!
I ran to him, covered him with my arms, hugged him tightly.
"Oh my child." Dad muttered.
"Da- dad!" I said sobbing.
I slowly loosened the hug, but I don't want to.
"How have you been?" Dad asked placing his hand on my head.
"How can I be good without you, dad!?" I said.
He patted me, I couldn't control my tears. They were just streaming down my face.

Well, sorry for uploading late, my exams are still continuing, but still I managed to write the chapters, as I said in February I won't be uploading regularly because of my main final exams.
