Before we start, I have a few things I want to share regarding my writing style and such from the previously finished volume.
In the previous volume, my use of Fonts, especially the Bold and Italic fonts were way over the place, resulting in me getting quite a few comments on it.
Well first of all, all of those were a result of me experimenting and to see where I could use them best, resulting in them being so over the place and so unevenly used.
In this second volume, I will be paying it much more attention, and will also be putting out a set of rules in how I'm going to use them.
At the end of this notice I will share how I'm going to use them and try to incorporate them into the story as much as I can, making it more orderly for you guys and myself.
Then, the second thing I want to mention is in regards to the pacing of the story.
I'm not going to lie, the pacing will be long, resulting in this book going up to maybe 150 to even 200 chapters, no less than that.
Some had commented in the past regarding the pacing, and telling me that it's stretching and becoming too long, boring and tedious. And my answer to them?
No can do brother. This is how it's going to go. If you like it, you're free to read it. If not then you're free to leave it, no one is forcing you to read and, quite frankly, you should be thankfull these chapters are free in the first place.
Sigh, now that that's out of the way, here are the new font uses and how I plan on making my texts seem more orderly by using them:

Normal scene descritipns, character descriptions, and emotional responses and such will be written as normal and with no Fonts added to it.

" Example " –Normal speech, with the double quotations acting as standard speaking dialogues during the writing.

" Example " –A crowd of people speaking in unison, or a title announcement in the middle of dialogue
_
' example ' –Using the Italic for thinking and thoughts.

" Example " –A new, changed, or important sounding voices. Over time it will change to normal speech, but at first it will be like this.
_
Example –Using the italic with no quation mark means the description is being explained from an outside perspective.
-For example: when describing a quirk and its core mechanics during the middle of the paragraphs.
-Or using it for a text that would seem like a mysterious description. For example:
"blah blah blah" A certain Someone says, the voice sounding mysterious and such.
You guys will understand once I've started using it in the story.

These are the standard ways which I used to write my story so far, and they will stay this way with no changes added.
Now then,
Example –using only the boldened Font, means an effect description. For example:
-Booooom!
-Swooooosh!
-Baaaaaam!
Stuff like this.

{Example} –this will be a new feature in which I will describe technique names, and something new and special I plan on incorporating into the story. (You guys will understand once I've started using it.)
Hopefully these rules will be enough in not making a mess out of my story telling, hopefully.
Also, I plan on taking out the [ Place ] notice from the start of the story, only disclosing from which Perspective I'm telling the story, and what time it will be.
Also the time at the start of the chapter will also be shortened, not including the day of the month anymore, just the month and year.

Now onto the actual Interlude Chapter for volume 2!
Oh, also p.s: I've decided that, when scene changing, I will make a sort of wall in between the paragraphs.
In the past it was just this:

In my opinion this will be a lot more clean, and a lot more nice looking.
Now onto the Interlude Chapter for Volume two

[Third Person POV. ]
" Happy new year and I hope you have a nice and prospering new year ahead of you.
In regards to the hottest event starting 2416, the biggest news regarding the year is the Relicense status of the Heart of Japan. Her former status as the greatest healer and miracle of the superhuman society will once more be granted to her, making the star of this world start to shine once more. "

"Traveling the world, what is she thinking? "
–The leader of a certain Meta Liberation Army.
"What a lovely girl she is~ Sadly, the demon lord has plans regarding her, otherwise I would have loved to have her as my own~" –A lovely female voice, the tone mature, seductive, and full of life.
"Get ready to throw her a party when she visits us from Japan, okay boys? "
"YEAAAAAAAH! "

"Going away? But why would you want to do that, Retsu-chan? " –A certain young lady of a wealthy and influential bloodline, speaking to her friend who she's been away from ever since winter break started.
"Retsu-chan, going away? But I finally gathered the courage to ask her to train me too, just like she does with Himiko... " –A certain, now dejected pink girl.

"Wherever you go, whatever you do, all of it will lead towards one outcome, and one outcome only. " –A certain seer of this world.
"Hmph! " An amused huff, "And who pray tell, decided that her fate is tied to this world's conventional laws?~" –An amused voice, its origin unknown, it's tone suggesting a female, yet the ethereal voice leading one towards another path, another fate, another changed outcome.
"She may die, she may perish, but mortals were never destined to wield such power.
An interference from an extraterrestrial entity will not go unresponded, and a life taken before her fated end will not go unsupervised.
After all, she was never meant to fall here, her fate was always much farther ahead than this." Saying so, the mysterious entity... Did something.
She did something, that drew the attention of the chaotic beings from a reality far far away.
Whether what this female entity did was a good move, whether her gamble would pay off or not, was something she could afford so much, until she would lose... A family member.
{All shall be answered in due time. Right now, the current crisis demands the attention of the consciousness of the world.
And me, who's laws revolve around reality, shall make it a possibility.
All, for my beloved. } –Says a mysterious power, it's origin coming from every recesses of reality, the voice sounding as if the amalgamation of thousands of souls, its origin's intent not being their discovery.
"Hoooh~ this is slowly turning out to be... An interesting turn of events.
I look forward to your next move, ███▒▒▒" –an amused tone of voice, its origin sounding as if male, yet lacking a certain... something in his tone.

"I love you. I love you with every fiber of my being. That is why I will do this.
You may not love me now, but you will someday~" –An unhinged, manic tone of voice, it's origin a male, conveying his tainted and broken love for a woman long gone, a woman... long having outgrown his unknown affections.

Anyways! Because this chapter is just an Interlude Teaser for Volume 2 of this book, I decided on publishing it with however many word counts it would accumulate, meaning no word count exceeding 2.5k rule for this one.
The intentionally vague scenes you guys just read, are of scenes concerning the second volume, hence what makes this chapter just a teaser.
Seeing as there haven't been any story who would start their next volume with a teaser like this, –most not even dividing their story into seperate volumes, I decided to make an Interlude chapter like this.
This way I hope it will somewhat build hype, make you guys curious for what will get cooked in the second volume, the terms I used getting set in your minds when you start the new volume, as well as an overall touch of mystery, –courtesy of the tag I've put on this book.
Anyways! I'm not going to bore you people any longer with my long speeches.
