Just as Zhan was finishing the healing, the door slid open a crack.
Liang peeked in, holding a tray of soup. "Am I… interrupting something?"
San immediately smirked. "Yes, Senior Sis, he was confessing his love to me."
Zhan's head whipped toward him with a glare sharp enough to cut steel. "I was not."
Liang's eyebrows rose in amusement. "Oh? So the great Prince Yun Zhan does have feelings?"
San gasped dramatically. "See?! Even Sis noticed! Zhan, I'm blushing now."
"You're about to be unconscious again," Zhan muttered, tightening his grip just enough to make San yelp.
Liang covered her mouth, trying not to laugh. "Careful, Prince Yun. If you break my little brother, I'll have to carry him… and I'm not as strong as you."
San, still smirking, leaned toward Liang. "Don't worry, Sis. If he breaks me, he'll just have to marry me to take responsibility."
Zhan stood up, face unreadable. "I'm leaving."
Liang burst out laughing while San shouted after him, "Come back, future husband!"
