ARC 1 – CHAPTER 3

MR. GRIN

PART 1

The Smile That Kills

The whispers reached Kai before the footsteps.

Mr. Grin… the city's rumor called him. A man who smiled while tearing life apart. Black Vein's favorite enforcer, their personal nightmare.

Kai perched on the roof across a warehouse. Neon signs flickered, reflecting blood-colored in puddles below. Inside, men moved like ants. All armed. All confident.

"You're just a kid," a voice said from the dark.

Kai didn't move. He didn't flinch.

The bio-organism pulsed.

We can end this before it begins.

Kai smirked under his hood.

Or we can make them remember fear.

Then the lights went out.

PART 2

Chaos in the Dark

Chains rattled.

Mr. Grin stepped forward—long coat, blades strapped to every limb. Teeth bared in a grin that didn't need words.

"You can't be serious," he said. "All alone."

Kai clicked his tongue, pulled a flashbang from his belt, and tossed it. Explosion of light and sound.

The fight was savage.

Kai moved like lightning, dodging chains, bullets, knives

Blades extended from the bio-organism under his skin, slicing steel and flesh

Mr. Grin laughed, enjoying pain, pivoting with unnatural speed

Each strike Kai made was precise. Each swing of Grin's blade was chaotic. Like watching a dance between a storm and a razor.

By the end, sparks flew, walls were sliced open, and Grin was pinned against a beam, arms twisted painfully.

PART 3

A Message Written in Blood

The fight ended brutally. Grin hung by chains, alive, screaming—enough to echo into the streets outside.

Kai recorded it.

Then, he disappeared.

By morning, the criminal networks had a new image on every screen:

A boy

A shadow

A nightmare

A warning: "Cross me, and this will be you."

Inside Kai's chest, the bio-organism pulsed, hungry.

They know now.

Kai whispered to himself:

"Good. Let them be afraid. Let the city bleed rumors."

The first true battle was over—but the war had just begun.
