The next day, the morning mist had not yet dispersed.
"Hiss!"
Sunfyre took off from the dry ground, raising a cloud of dust, and Dreamfyre ran a few steps, stirring up even more sand.
The two Dragons flew towards King's Landing one after another, while Hugh also took his wife aboard a ship flying the banner of the three-headed Dragon.
This trip to Dragonstone, apart from encountering The Cannibal halfway, was surprisingly smooth.
The three people and two Dragons arrived at King's Landing smoothly before the sun was high in the sky. Dreamfyre returned to the Dragonpit, while Sunfyre coiled on the hill.
After returning to the Red Keep, before Aegon could even sit down, Alicent rushed in.
Seeing that Aegon and the others were fine, Alicent breathed a sigh of relief, pulled Aegon in front of her, and pinched his ear.
"You've really outdone yourself, haven't you? You actually took your brother Dragon-taming. Aren't you afraid of being roasted into a suckling pig on the table by Dragonflame?"
Alicent was both angry and helpless, somewhat missing Aegon before he was five years old.
How obedient Aegon was back then! Now he was as mischievous as can be, actually taking four-year-old Aemond to tame a Dragon!
"Just rest assured, I never do anything I'm not confident about, and aren't my brother and sister very safe?"
Upon hearing this, Alicent's face darkened.
"Then explain to me what happened to the wound on Dreamfyre's abdomen?"
Last night, Viserys received a raven from Dragonstone.
The letter brought by the raven not only mentioned Aemond's Dragon-taming but also brought up the wound on Dreamfyre's abdomen.
It was not an ordinary wound, but a wound caused by a Dragon whose size was no less than Dreamfyre's!
"The wound on Dreamfyre's abdomen was scratched by a stone. If you don't believe me, ask Helena." Aegon lied with wide eyes and even winked at Helena.
Helena pursed her little lips, and finally decided to help Aegon lie.
"Mother, the wound on Dreamfyre's abdomen was scratched when it hit a stone, really!" Helena said softly with her head down.
Although the way she lied was quite obvious, it didn't prevent Aegon from continuing to be stubborn.
Just as Aegon was about to say something else, Viserys burst through the door furiously.
"Damn it, where is Aegon?"
Aegon's eyelids twitched, and he immediately hid behind Helena.
"Father, long time no see. You've become stronger and more handsome." Aegon forced a smile.
Viserys stared at Aegon hiding behind Helena with a fake smile.
"Long time no see? You only left two days ago, right?" He widened his eyes slightly, "Tell me, what happened to the wound on Dreamfyre's abdomen?"
"I told you, ask Mother." Aegon shouted, craning his neck.
Alicent's face darkened, "He said the wound on Dreamfyre's abdomen was scratched by a stone."
Viserys's gaze was unfriendly, staring at Aegon.
"Are you saying that Dreamfyre just happened to be scratched twice consecutively on its abdomen by a stone shaped like a Dragon claw?"
"Yes, if you don't believe me, ask Helena. If that doesn't work, go ask Dreamfyre, if it could talk."
Viserys's face turned red at a visible speed, and his body began to tremble.
He felt like he was about to explode with anger. If he didn't hang this little beast up and beat him today, he wouldn't be a Targaryen!
"Father, what's wrong? I know you're happy to have such an excellent son as me. Relax, there's no need to be so excited?"
"Heh heh." Viserys sneered, "Come, seize the little Prince, and hang him up for me!"
Aegon looked at Helena and smiled helplessly.
"See, he's getting anxious again!"

Three days passed in a flash. The sun was high in the sky, but Aegon was still lying in bed.
His butt was beaten raw!
"Then why did you lie? Do you think your father is a fool?"
Alicent said helplessly.
"Your father already guessed that only The Cannibal could leave such terrifying claw marks on Dreamfyre's abdomen."
"Then I was just hoping to be stubborn, just in case I could avoid this beating?" Aegon was unconvinced.
"If you had honestly confessed, the beating might have been lighter. You just had to be stubborn!"
"Tch~."
Aegon scoffed dismissively, which angered Alicent and made her increase the force of her hand.
"Hiss~!" Aegon gasped in pain, "Are you trying to kill me with pain? Is Aemond trying to become the eldest son and bribed you?"
"Stop talking nonsense. Your sister's wedding is coming soon, so recover well!"
"Got it, got it. When you leave later, help me call Hugh over."
"Alright, pay attention to rest, don't mess around." Alicent kissed Aegon's forehead.
After Alicent left, Hugh quickly came to Aegon's room.
"You look very impressive. How have you been learning?"
These past few days, Aegon had Alec teach Hugh swordsmanship, spearmanship, and horsemanship.
"Uh, it's alright, I think." Hugh didn't know how to express himself.
"That sounds pretty good. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you'll be like when you've mastered it, a… qualified knight."
Receiving Aegon's affirmation, Hugh was overjoyed and also somewhat looked forward to the day he would be knighted.
"Don't worry, Your Highness, I will definitely become a qualified knight!" Hugh quickly promised.
"It's good that you have this confidence. It's not easy to become a qualified knight."
"Combat skills are the simplest. There are also various knowledge and etiquette that need to be learned."
Aegon reminded him.
"You can rest assured, Prince, I will absolutely not embarrass you!"
