Chapter 2 - The Sound of Entropy

The lower sectors of Akogwa were trapped in a permanent Silver Light twilight. Here, the shadows of the "Mud-Scraper" skyscrapers stretched long and jagged, and the air felt heavy with the scent of damp earth and ozone. This was the territory of the Dildillaac—gloom patches where the fabric of reality wore thin, and the Primordial Darkness lingered even during the day.

Deep within a hollowed-out adobe warehouse, a Mufarikha cell had gathered. These were not warriors in the traditional sense; they were Didactors, masters of the musical magic.

At the center of a chalk-drawn fractal stood a Maestro, his fingers twitching as if plucking invisible strings. Around him, a dozen children lay in a forced slumber, their small bodies glowing with a faint, iridescent mist—raw Huenergy being harvested from their dreams.

"The silence of the King is the cage of the people," the Maestro chanted, his voice a low baritone that vibrated in the chests of his subordinates. "We will give them a song they cannot ignore."

Suddenly, a Didactic subordinate—a young woman with a cello carved from dark iron—began to play. The music wasn't a melody; it was a Discordance.

As she pulled the bow across the strings, the sound didn't travel through the air; it traveled through the emotions of the room. A wave of Grief (a heavy Blue frequency) washed over the kidnapped children. Their faces contorted in sleep.

The Effect: The air began to ripple. In the center of the warehouse, a tear appeared in space. It wasn't a physical hole, but a Semantic Void—a place where the rules of Akogwa were being overwritten by the children's unfiltered nightmares.

"Louder!" the Maestro commanded. "Use the Blues of the Abandoned. We need the Dreamtime to bleed into the waking world!"

The music intensified. The walls of the warehouse began to 'weep' black sludge liquid—Iku. This was the terror of the Didactors: they didn't just fight you; they changed the "mood" of reality until your own soul became an enemy.

Outside, the sound of a distant, thunderous boom signaled an arrival. The Celestial Lantern above seemed to flare momentarily as a golden streak descended from the Upper City.

The Maestro grinned, his teeth sharpened into points. "The Servitor Supreme approaches. He thinks his Zenith Force can crush a song. Let us see how his 'Absolute Immunity' handles the frequency of a broken heart."
