Chapter 2 - A medical Uchiha cap 2

The chakra control exercise of sticking a leaf to your skin was boring. So the other kids only practiced it a couple of times until they mastered it and then forgot about it.

The rest of the time they trained their bodies while playing, playing at throwing kunai and shuriken and practicing forming hand seals as the older Uchiha taught them.

But Natsuo was different.

Despite being just a teenager in his first life, he knew the dangers that lay ahead.

There was also the excitement of having and being able to manipulate an energy like the chakra that he dreamed of having in his first life.

With the goal of surviving and becoming powerful in the future, Natsuo would not be a slacker like in his first life.

During the day, he trained with the other children at the orphanage while they played and helped clean. At night, he practiced his chakra control.

It has been 2 months since he unlocked his chakra and he has not missed a single day without training his control over it.

Inhale* Exhale*

Taking his last breath, Natsuo stopped practicing and put away the papers before going to sleep.

Before going to sleep, he was reminded to bring 2 more sheets to increase the difficulty of his chakra control training.

Having increased his chakra a little and having lasted 10 minutes in the exercise, Natsuo had to increase the difficulty of the training if he wanted to progress quickly.

With that last thought in mind, he quickly fell asleep because he was tired.

Natsuo woke up the next day to the noise of the other children and got up before going with the others to wash his mouth and face.

Natsuo had to say that the Uchiha clan treated their orphans well, while another orphan had his inheritance taken away from his parents and had to drink expired milk.

After washing up and having breakfast, the boys reluctantly went to another room with a group of girls where they would learn to read and write.

But if they wanted to go to the shinobi academy if they were not chosen by the clan, they had to know how to read and write.

Of course, after a few years many of them will give up because they didn't have the talent to be a ninja and will live as normal civilians.

Thanks to being from the Uchiha clan, they had a support network where they could find work.

But those children didn't know that yet, and they worked hard to learn to read and write.

Natsuo had the advantage of having a teenage mind, so he learned faster than the others.

Although not as much as I would have hoped.

In a world where there were geniuses who could reach the genin rank at age 5 and chunin at age 7, one could realize that chakra helped children strengthen their bodies and brains, so they could learn faster than an average child.

Of course, that only happens if the child wants to learn, like Kakashi and Itachi.

Besides them, the average ninja children will be like Kiba, Chouji, or Sakura.

Otherwise they will be like Obito and Naruto, who are not interested in the theoretical part of school.

After 2 hours of learning, the children Natsuo's age happily went out to the courtyard outside the orphanage to play.

There, they found more children of different ages.

In addition to those who were 4 years old, there were boys and girls from 5 to 9 years old.

There were very few children between the ages of 10 and 12.

Many of these children could be seen running around the clan compound and practicing their ninja skills with great effort.

After all, they didn't want to give up being shinobi; otherwise, they would live as civilians and work in the clan's business.

Most of the children aged 10 and older who had ninja talent had graduated from the ninja academy.

According to what Natsuo could hear during the past few months, most young students graduate at 8 or 9 years old, even though the graduation age was 10 years old.

And since these young men were from the Uchiha clan, they thought it was shameful to graduate late. So they graduated early and will become ninjas.

As ninjas, upon reaching adulthood, they left the orphanage and could live off their earnings.

"Let's play ninjas," said one of the boys, and the rest agreed. Even the girls joined in.

The group joined other groups of 5-year-olds and spent the whole morning playing.

Natsuo joined them, and as much as he found it embarrassing to play with such young children, he knew he had to behave like a child his own age.

Besides not wanting to attract attention, she knew there was little she could do at 4 years old.

While the children played and breathed heavily, none of them noticed Natsuo, who was using chakra in his lungs and recovering faster than they were.

By taking in more air into his lungs, he could recover faster and strengthen his body over time.

Lunchtime arrived and the children returned to the orphanage building, breathing heavily.

The only stable one was Natsuo, who smiled inwardly upon realizing that he was stronger than the other children thanks to his breathing method.

After eating, the children went back to playing, since that was all they could do. Except for Natsuo.

Saying goodbye to his friends, Natsuo walked through the clan compound to the library.

The clan's public library had information that could be found in the academy library and a little more.

Having a library like this available was an advantage of being born into a clan.

Otherwise, he had to wait until the academy to visit the library they had for students.

Upon arriving at the library, Natsuo saw the librarian checking him over to make sure he wasn't someone else in disguise.

He even briefly activated his Sharingan to make sure he wasn't using chakra to disguise himself.

After finding nothing wrong, they let him in.

Inside the library, Natsuo ignored the books on chakra theory because he had already read them.

Now he was heading towards the books that had Jutsus written inside.

Of course, the jutsus were low level, only E and D rank, which could also be found in the academy library.

The only C-rank Jutsu here was the Fireball Jutsu, which was learned by all shinobi of the Uchiha clan and was an initiation rite for young ninjas.

In a clan where having the Sharingan was a sign of high status but it wasn't common for everyone to awaken it, learning the Fireball Jutsu was necessary to be called a shinobi of the Uchiha clan.

Since the Fireball Jutsu was common, it didn't matter even if it was stolen, so there was no need for a security system to protect it.

Having already memorized the hand seals for the Fireball Jutsu, Natsuo turned his attention to the E and D rank jutsus.

Being low-level jutsu, they were not powerful and could not hurt anyone, but Natsuo diligently learned them and studied the effects of each hand seal.

As the hand seals were made, the chakra gained properties and acted differently.

From more easily transforming chakra into elements, to directing and enhancing chakra with greater precision.

Natsuo spent the following weeks memorizing D and E rank Jutsus of all elements, one different element each week.

These jutsus ranged from small fireballs to start a campfire, to an earth jutsu to extinguish that campfire.

Natsuo realized that these jutsus helped novice ninjas to live in the wild.

And this is where the knowledge and imagination he had from receiving a modern education in his early life acted in a beneficial way for him.

Because he knew about the different elements and how they were formed, Natsuo was able to transform his chakra into the 5 elements: fire, thunder, water, wind, and earth.

At night, covering himself with a blanket while the others slept, Natsuo formed a hand seal as a thread of chakra emerged from one of his fingers.

Illuminating the darkness beneath his blanket, Natsuo had a spark of fire at the tip of his finger.

As the seconds passed and Natsuo formed different hand seals, that spark transformed into lightning, water, earth, and wind.

Although he couldn't launch large destructive Jutsus, Natsuo had an advantage for the future.

With a smile, Natsuo extinguished the cyclone of wind on his finger and fell asleep.

The next day, Natsuo headed back to the library.

Specifically, to D-Rank Genjutsus.
