Chapter 178 - Chapter 178: Ayumi’s Mom

Hearing Yuu Hoshimiya introduce himself, the young mother's eyes lit up, and the last shred of her wariness vanished. Ayumi had raved about the handsome "Yuu-niichan" so many times that the name was practically etched into her mind.

Still, it was best to have Ayumi confirm. But right now, she was the only one home. Yuu had sensed this already—if the lively little girl were here, she would have come running the moment she heard his voice.

"I actually came to ask Ayumi-chan a few things," Yuu said, sensing the awkwardness. "Since it seems only you are home, Ma'am, perhaps I should come back another time."

He turned to leave, but the young, beautiful woman reflexively stopped him. Dressed in soft loungewear, she quickly unlatched the security chain and swung the door wide.

"I'm sorry, Hoshimiya-kun," she said, catching herself. Ayumi had told her Yuu was only 22—a year younger than herself—so calling him "Sir" felt too formal. Deep down, she felt an instinctive urge to be closer to him, though she hadn't realized it yet. "Please, come in for a moment. It would be rude of me to turn you away now."

Yuu didn't refuse. Establishing a good relationship with this young mother would make dealing with the Detective Boys much easier in the future. As he stepped inside, Ayumi's mom, Sakurano Yoshida, closed the door and retrieved a pair of fresh slippers from the cabinet.

To Yuu's surprise, as he prepared to step into them, Sakurano knelt down and began to help him change his shoes herself. It was a level of hospitality usually reserved for high-status dignitaries. She seemed to realize halfway through how intimate the gesture was, but stopping now would be even more awkward. With flushed cheeks and a bitten lip, she submissively finished the task.

Yuu, used to the service at the Suzuki estate, simply looked down at her. Sakurano was a "sweetheart" type—not breathtakingly stunning, but gentle, with the air of a perfect, demure wife. She was thin and lacked a heavy chest, but her legs were a different story. Standing at 170cm, she had slender, long legs encased in sheer black stockings. Wearing black silk while alone at home? Yuu mused. This little wife has a restless heart.

"Please, make yourself comfortable," Sakurano said, scurrying toward the kitchen to hide her embarrassment. "I'll brew some tea."

Yuu sat in the living room, his stomach growling. He hadn't eaten properly since his morning meeting with Aoko. While she was busy in the kitchen, he excused himself to use the restroom.

Splash...

Outside the door, Sakurano heard the powerful, steady sound of him relieving himself and felt a shiver run down her spine. Young men really are different... so powerful, she thought, her heart racing. By the time Yuu emerged, her face was still dusted with a soft pink hue.

They sat across from each other, sipping tea and eating sweets. Sakurano, perhaps because she rarely had visitors, was surprisingly talkative. She shared her life story: she had met Ayumi's father at 16, got pregnant, dropped out of school, and became a housewife. Her husband was successful, but his work took him away for months or even a year at a time.

"Hoshimiya-kun..." Sakurano pouted, her eyes glistening with a "pity me" look. "Do you think a man can really go years without sex? Since I got pregnant with Ayumi, my husband hasn't touched me. He's always 'too tired' or 'busy tomorrow'."

She leaned in closer, her voice dropping to a whisper. "In my whole life, I've only done it three times. The first was painful, the second was okay, and the third was when I conceived Ayumi. Will I never get to experience it again?"

Yuu understood the subtext perfectly. This was a classic case of a starved housewife reaching her breaking point. And he was the perfect catalyst.

"If I had a wife as young and beautiful as you, Sakurano-san," Yuu said, closing the distance, "I wouldn't be able to keep my hands off you. Unless, of course, he's getting his fill elsewhere or he simply can't perform."

Sakurano didn't look shocked; she had clearly suspected as much. She moved to sit right beside him, her black-stockinged legs rubbing together restlessly. Her hunger was palpable.

Yuu reached out and wrapped a firm arm around her slender waist. "You don't look well, Sakurano-san. Should I help you to the bedroom to lie down?"

The touch of a strange, powerful man made her body stiffen, then instantly melt. She was "clumsy-cute," but she wasn't stupid. She knew exactly what she was agreeing to. "Mmm..." she whimpered, a sound so soft Yuu only heard it because of his enhanced senses.

He scooped her up in a bridal carry. She was so ashamed she hid her face in his chest, yet she still pointed the way to her bedroom.

Once on the bed, she whispered, "Call me Sakurano..."

"But I think calling you 'Mrs. Yoshida' or 'Ayumi's Mom' feels much more... exciting," Yuu teased.

"Oh... please..." Sakurano's neck turned red with shame. Yuu pounced, pulling her into his arms and breathing in the scent of her hair.

"Do you regret it?" he asked.

Sakurano squeezed her eyes shut. She felt guilty toward her daughter, but her body was screaming for release. "Just... don't mention Ayumi while we're doing it," she begged.

"I was just joking," Yuu said softly, lifting her chin. "Sakurano... it's a beautiful name."

He looked at her delicate, blushing face. She looked like a girl in her early twenties, despite being a mother. "It's a shame to waste such youth," Yuu whispered into her ear. "Don't worry, I'm a responsible man. I'll take care of your... 'ailment'... completely."

Sakurano's breathing became ragged. Her lips parted, exhaling a sweet, floral scent. As Yuu moved his mouth toward hers, she instinctively flinched away, her eyes filled with a mix of plea and shyness.

Yuu stopped just inches from her lips. He wasn't angry at her resistance; on the contrary, it made his blood boil with excitement. Conquering a "good wife and wise mother" type was far more satisfying than an easy lay. When she finally gave in—and she would—it would be a total surrender of body and soul.
