Sunrise filtered through the curtains.

And just like that, breakfast went on. Percy was going back to the Philippines since he had finished his work here. I also wanted to go, but there were meetings this week.
Keifer said, "It's okay. We will go when our meetings and some of our work are done. You can go, and I'll come with you."
I nodded.
Serina aunty and Kaizer uncle (Keifer's mom and dad) hugged Percy tightly.
"Why are you going now? You can live here for some days," Serina aunty insisted.
"It's okay, aunty and uncle," Percy said. "I'll come here when I finish my work in the Philippines. I'll only come for you, aunty."
"Okay, be safe," Serina aunty replied.
Percy and I bid our goodbyes and went to the airport. Percy started fake crying while saying, "Don't miss me too much, baby sistah. And you, babe." He pointed at Keifer.
"I won't miss you," I said.
Percy continued fake crying. "My baby sistah is grown up. She won't miss me."

"Go, flight is going," I said to turn off the argument.
He went some steps back and waved a white cloth in his hand while he was fake crying and saying, "Baby sistah, don't miss your handsome kuya too much!"
He said and went.
Honestly, I miss my dumb brother.
Keifer and I went back home.
