"Duel" X2
[Yutaka: 2000]
[Panik: 2000]
As soon as the duel started, the metal clamps rose under his feet and grabbed Yutaka, locking him in place.
"Huhahahaha, Now, even if you want to, you won't be able to escape from this duel, Yutaka Minami!"
PaniK declared as he laughed at him.
Yuta, on the other hand, just had a slight discomfort on his face.
These clamps were a little tight. Hopefully, he wouldn't get bruises once the duel was over.
"My turn! Draw! At night, all the duel arenas scattered around the island change. They only support Fiend-type monsters, but you should already be aware of this, right?" PaniK explained as he looked at his cards.
Seriously.
Why did villains like to monologue in this world so much?
Furthermore, why would he even think he would know about this? Did he think Yutaka was a god or something?
"I play Castle of Dark Illusions! Now you won't be able to see any of my monsters. Tremble under the might of darkness!"
The darkness enveloped PaniK's side of the field, causing Yuta to frown as he watched the castle move into the field zone.
This was another duellist who preferred to conceal his monsters.
If he had a nickel for every time a duellist used the field to hide his monsters, Yuta would have two nickels. It wasn't a lot, but it was weird that it happened twice in this tournament.
"Yuta!"
Fuck! The peanut gallery came again.
Yuta complained to himself as he heard the gang arriving.
This was not a good thing for him, as their comments could affect his duel.
Yes, it was weird, but the power of bullshit still worked even if they were on the sidelines.
So, let's say Yuta did something and the opponent stopped it with his power of bullshit; if the peanut gallery commented that it was reasonable, that would not give Yuta the time to counter with his own bullshit.
Hence the reason why he did not like to have a peanut gallery watching his duels.
Tristan and Tea were fine, as they did not know how to duel, but Joey, Yugi and Mai were the real dangers to him.
Thank goodness his duel against Bandit Keith didn't involve any bullshit aside from his own, so he avoided the fate of getting backstabbed by his friends, but this duel was different.
From the moment PaniK played the Castle of Illusions, a monster card, in the field zone, it was clear that this duel would devolve into a battle of bullshit.
Most importantly, he was tapped out. So he would not be able to bring out Red-Eyes to bullshit...
"Mai? What happened to your Star Chips?" Tea asked as she noticed the empty gauntlet on Mai's wrist.
"I lost them all to PaniK. Now Yuta is playing against PaniK to get them back." She explained calmly. What she didn't add was that she hoped Yuta would lose the duel, as she cared more about Yuta losing than any Star Chips.
After all, as they say, you are afraid that your friend will starve but you are also afraid that he would drive a Lamborghini. If she was going to be kicked out of the island anyway, it was better to go out together with Yuta.
"By the way, didn't Yuta defeat Keith and gather 10 Star Chips? Why is he still with you guys?" Mai asked curiously. In their duel, Bandit Keith had bet 4 Star Chips, so technically Yuta should have had 11, one more than necessary to get into the castle.
"That was because Keith's Star Chips were fake, so the organisers confiscated them." Tea explained.
Once he heard that, Yuta almost turned back to scream, 'what!?'.
This was the first time Yuta was hearing about the situation, and he had been thinking that even if he lost all seven of his Star Chips here, he could still rely on the four he had with the gang and avoid being booted off the island.
Then again, it was Bandit Keith we were talking about, so it really wasn't a surprise that he had bet fake Star Chips against him.
"My turn! Draw!"
It was a shame that he didn't update his deck after the duel against Keith, so he didn't have access to his metal dragon, but even his old deck should be enough to defeat this guy... that also meant his deck was still above the 40-card limit.
Which explained the reason why he had bricked... again.
Though this was an intriguing hand, that was for sure.
He had started with Lycanthrope and its ritual spell Synthesis Spell, so maybe this was the duel his werewolf was going to shine in the field.
Oh yeah, he also had two Graceful Charity cards in his hand, so even though he had drawn poorly, it wasn't a completely dead hand.
Still, this reminded him once again to trim his deck once he was done with this duel.
This shit was too scary; after all, he was literally risking his life here.
"I activate Graceful Charity from my hand to draw three more cards! I discard Stamping Destruction and Witch of the Black Forest from my hand. Witch's effect activates! I add Bacon Saver to my hand!"
"Ugh! That little piglet again?" Mai commented, dissatisfied. She had a true hatred of pigs now, no matter how adorable they looked.
"It seems like Yuta is already setting up his defences," Mini Yugi said as he looked excitedly. He really liked Yuta's play style. If he had the necessary cards, he also would have rebuilt his deck to focus more on graveyard resources.
"Wait a minute! Why didn't he add Cannon Soldier to his hand?" Joey asked curiously.
"Maybe he doesn't have Scapegoat in his hand?" Tristan commented.
"No way, Yuta is such a strong duellist! How can he not draw a card he needed?" Joey dismissed it.
Yuta on the stage felt like an arrow suddenly pierced his heart.
Did Joey believe that everyone shared his dogshit luck?
Did he think that Yuta didn't want to draw his scapegoat?
Of course he did, but his frankenstein of a deck decided to go with the werewolf tactics this time, so that was what he was doing.
"I activate my second Graceful Charity to draw 3 more cards! I discard Bacon Saver and Crush Card Virus from my hand!"
"Muhahaha! How long are you going to tremble and keep drawing cards from the deck? Maybe this will wake you up," PaniK said as he pressed a button on his duel arena, which activated the flamethrowers near where he was standing.
The fire was so close that Yuta felt as if he could smell burnt hair.
He swore that if a single strand of his hair was burnt due to this idiot's antics, he would find a way to send him to the Shadow Realm!
Still, Yuta also thought it was about time to chill.
His hand had two more Pot of Greed, but he didn't want to spend time searching his deck, as he had already found the necessary sacrifice for his ritual.
"Getting cocky now, are we? Fine! I activate the ritual spell card from my hand, Synthesis Spell!" Yuta declared as he slapped the card on the field.
Soon a test tank with a naked man in it rose on his side of the field.
Yuta was curious about how the light shone at just the right angle to cover the man's lower half.
"A ritual spell?" Joey asked, as it was the first time he had heard of this kind of card.
"Then let me, the Great Tristan Taylor, explain it to you. Ritual Cards are spell cards used to summon powerful monsters by sacrificing monsters with the same level from the hand. Summoning them is very difficult because you must have the ritual monster card, its corresponding ritual spell, and the required sacrifice card in your hand. But once you do, they are extremely strong and can change the tide of the duel just by themselves." Tristan explained proudly.
Mini Yugi looked at him weirdly as he felt like his job was stolen.
"Are you a duellist too? Where did you hear about it?" Mai asked, as this was also the first time she had heard of or seen a ritual monster.
"Of course! If you like, I can show you my moves in private," Tristan replied, but Mai looked at him disgusted.
So it was just another man who thought with his lower half. There was no way that he was a strong duellist. Since he was with Yuta when she duelled him, she surmised that he must have learnt this from him.
"I sacrifice my level six Meteor Dragon to summon the relentless hunter of the night, enhanced by the power of technology! Arise, Lycanthrope!"
As soon as Yuta declared his spell, he saw Meteor Dragon appear on the field, but weird cables extended from the test tank and drilled into its body.
White lights appeared in the cables and moved towards the test tube.
As more and more light was drained from it, Meteor Dragon shrivelled like a raisin and soon turned to ash and scattered in the air.
*AWOOOOOO*
With a howl, the man inside the test tube started to transform into a werewolf, and once Meteor Dragon had completely disappeared, it broke out of the test tube and took the field with a bloodthirsty expression.
It was wearing pants, weirdly enough, and his chest still had the remainder of the cables attached to him.
This wolf was happy to finally make its debut!
[Synthesis Spell] [SPELL]
[SPELL CARD]
[This card is used to Ritual Summon "Lycanthrope". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Level equals 6 or more from the field or your hand.]
***
[Lycanthrope] [EARTH]
[LV: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ]
[BEAST-WARRIOR / RITUAL / EFFECT]
[This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Synthesis Spell". When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each Normal Monster in the Graveyard.]
[2400 ATK / 1800 DEF]
"I set one card in my back row to end my turn." Yuta said as he finished this turn.
What could he do?
Attack the field spell that was actually a monster card?
Sorry, he was not Yugi, so he could not attack the moon or any other inanimate object at the slighest disagreement.
At least, his defences were solid.
He had a Kunai with chain on the field, and there were two Pot of Greed and a Kuriboh in his hand. Not to mention the Bacon Saver in the graveyard.
If he lost this duel next round, he would eat his own deck in front of everyone.
"My turn! Draw!"
PaniK still had his trademark sinister glare on his face, but inside he was sweating bullets.
Fuck!
Even without the field bonus, this guy had managed to summon a monster with 2400 ATK points, and his deck didn't have many monsters that could take it down.
Yuta himself looked down on the Lycanthrope and thought it was just a situational finisher, but he was entirely mistaken.
Because he was used to a duelling environment where people could reach 10k+ ATK points easily, he had forgotten that this was an era when people would main deck monsters with 500 ATK points. It was actually extremely rare to see monsters above 2000 ATK points.
Maybe the reason for his misconception was the main characters of the anime, Yugi and Kaiba, but those were the exception among exceptions.
Kaiba could dish out such high ATK power monsters easily because he was a collector of rare and strong cards.
Yugi, on the other hand, was the main character, and his deck was inherited from the previous king of games (Grandpa Muto), who also ran a card shop. Meaning, it wasn't a surprise that his deck had a high ATK ceiling.
These misunderstandings led Yuta to believe that 2400 ATK was a low number that could easily be defeated; hence, he just thought Lycanthrope was a finisher rather than one of the main pillars of the deck. Heck, even the Launcher Spider he looked down on and intended to take out of the deck would be considered an ace monster in other duellists' hands.
"I summon a monster and end my turn!"
PaniK sneakily summoned a monster, but no one could see what it was since it was shrouded in darkness.
"What's going on? Why can't we see his monster? Is it like that time?" Tea asked curiously.
"That time?" Mai was interested in what Tea said, as this was the first time she had come across a duel where she couldn't see the opponent's monsters, which was one of the reasons why she had lost that duel miserably, but from Tea's words, it looked like they had come across this before.
"*Ahem* Let me, the Great Tristan Taylor, explain once more. Today, Yugi duelled a guy called Mako Tsunami. Due to the field conditions, Mako Tsunami's aquatic monsters were submerged underwater, so they would remain invisible until they attacked or until Yugi sent his monsters underwater.
Mai looked at this disgusting guy seriously for the first time. Was it true that he was only someone who just thought about his lower half? For that he was too knowledgeable. Maybe he was actually a legendary duellist in disguise?
But when she saw the disgusting smile on his face, she changed her mind again. There was no way that someone like him could be a strong duellist, let alone a legendary one.
"So Yugi, how did you defeat Mako?" Mai asked the guy in question since he was the one that duelled.
"Of course, it was simple, really. I just destroyed the moon," Mini Yugi replied shyly while scratching the back of his head.
He was happy that finally someone had noticed his presence.
Hearing that, Mai had question marks painted on her face. What was this kid talking about? What did Moon have to do with monsters hiding underwater?
Most importantly, did Duel Arenas even have a moon in their programming?
For her, this shroud of darkness was already the limit.
"My turn! Draw!"
Looking at the card he drew, Yuta had a weird expression on his face.
Polymerization.
The ace card of Jaiden Yuki.
The miracle card that could make the impossible possible.
However, Yuto didn't have any fusion components in his hand at this moment.
The only fusion monster in his deck was Meteor B. Dragon, and unfortunately his Red-Eyes was still in his deck waiting to be drawn.
He swore to god, everyone else's ace monsters would always start in their initial hands, but he had to wait for his drama queen to be in the mood.
*Roar*
Red-Eyes protested, saying that the fault lay with its unqualified duellist, so it was Yuta's problem, and it had nothing to do with Red-Eyes.
Yuta's left eye twitched, but he was too tired and annoyed to argue with a mere card, so he decided to let it go.
"I activate Pot of Greed from my hand to draw two more cards!"
[Pot of Greed] [SPELL]
[SPELL CARD]
[Draw 2 cards.]
This time the cards he drew were a little more acceptable, but it was still weird.
He had drawn Swords of Revealing Light and Gearfried the Iron Knight.
So he could completely copy Yugi's strategy to destroy PaniK, but he felt this was beneath him.
Even though his mind was in a mess right now because of the whole Millennium Ring thing, he still remembered that his original intention was to be a qualified duellist that brought justice to Red-Eyes' name. So he could not copy Yugi but had to pioneer his own path.
Still, he was not a pedantic idiot, so it could be left as a backup for now if what he thought of did not work.
However, because what he planned to do involved using the power of bullshit, he needed to be careful with his words. That was also when Yuta turned towards the peanut gallery and saw everyone looking at him with worry except Mai. How to convince them was the key to ending this battle, so for now Yuta decided to keep his cards in his hand and test something.
"Lycanthrope! Attack PaniK's Castle! Because it is the night and there is a full moon, Lycanthrope gains a field bonus despite not being a Fiend-type monster!"
After declaring his intention to attack, Yuta checked the peanut gallery with the corner of his eye to ensure they didn't backstab him at this moment and confirm whether his power of bullshit only worked on Red-Eyes Black Dragon or if it was applicable to any monster in his deck.
[Lycanthrope]
[ATK 2400 → ATK 3200]
The peanut gallery didn't react as if this was only natural, so the attack buff was applied, and Lycanthrope jumped to the sky with its powerful hind legs.
This was the first time it had taken the stage since the start of the tournament. It had to leave a good impression; that way the boss would give him more appearances. Ever since that Black Dragon joined the deck, Lycanthrope felt like its ace status was going to be shaken.
If Yuta could hear, he would respond: Ace status? Buddy, I do not even know who you are!
However, Panik had no intention of watching his own ace monster destroyed, so he cut in before the attack could take effect.
"Useless! My Castle of Dark Illusions shrouds the field in darkness so your Lycanthrope will not be affected by the moon!"
[Lycanthrope]
[ATK 3200 → ATK 2400]
*Boom*
As Lycanthrope and Castle of Dark Illusions collided in the sky, white smoke appeared as a result of their collision. And just like in any anime, once there was smoke, it would mean that opponent was safe and sound.
[Yutaka: 2000 → 1900]
Looking at the Lycanthrope that fell from the sky with an indignant look on its face, Yuta was not discouraged, as it had actually proven his conjecture. However, it was weird that it was not destroyed despite attacking a monster that was in defence mode, as this was against his common sense, but Yuta had no intention of voicing it out, as that would be helping his enemy instead.
"Tch, I end my turn," Yuta said, faking displeasure as if his plan was foiled, trying to lull PaniK into a false sense of security.
But Lycanthrope was not willing to give up. He looked at Yuta and thought, 'My liege, why did you surrender? This servant of yours can still fight!'
And seeing this, the peanut gallery did not forget to comment.
"Oh no! It seems like Yuta is in trouble!" Tea said as she clasped her hands.
"That guy is despicable! How dare he block Yuta's monster from seeing the moonlight! He is not playing fair at all!" Joey shouted with righteous indignation.
"Hahaha! I already said this was your reckoning!" PaniK said, not minding Joey's rude words at all. Didn't he know what kind of a person he was? Of course, he knew. So why should he be offended? Instead, he was actually proud of himself.
Mini Yugi, on the other hand, looked thoughtful. His intuition as a duellist told him that this was just a probing attack from Yuta. The problem was, Mini Yugi was unable to understand what Yuta was probing at all. During this turn Yuta only played a Pot of Greed to draw two extra cards and didn't play anything else.
So the attack itself must be his probe.
But what was special about the attack in the first place?
It was just a normal attack.
As a proficient user of the power of bullshit, Mini Yugi was unable to understand that it might actually be the first time for someone else to be using it.
Because in Mini Yugi's impression all of these were just basic operations, so how could it be Yuta's first time doing it?
That was why, despite his intuition pointing him towards the correct direction, he was unable to determine the right answer.
"My turn! Draw!"
"I summon my monster and end my turn." PaniK looked displeased with the card he drew and promptly ended his turn. It looked like an attack power of 2400 was still an insurmountable wall to him. This was a good thing for Yuta.
"Then I won't be polite. My turn! Draw!"
Yuta felt like crying...
What he drew would normally be an extremely OP card, but right now it only made him want to cry.
Harpie's Feather Duster.
Wait!
As he looked at the card, an extremely devious bullshit plan came to his mind, but he still decided to leave this as a backup plan for now. After all, it was not a good thing to rely on the power of bullshit; he still needed to win righteously if possible.
"I activate Pot of Greed from my hand to draw two more cards!" With this, Yuta was finally out of draw cards, so he could only rely on his normal draw from now on and the bond with his deck.
The cards he drew were useless once again with Time Machine and Dragon Nails.
Time Machine was a trap card, so it could not help him for his counterattack.
For the Dragon Nails, he had neither a Dragon-type nor a Dark-attribute monster, so it was useless.
What the heck!
Did he really have to use the tactics from the anime?
One more turn!
After one more draw, he decided to start his plan. If he still did not succeed, then he would use the anime plan.
"I set one card and end my turn!"
Lycanthrope looked like it wanted to cry. Why was it that even little sheep get to act cool, but he could only act as a scarecrow...?
"Despair in th-"
"Shut up and play!" Yuta had no intention of humouring PaniK; now he just wanted to prove his conjectures.
"How dare you talk to me like that!" But PaniK was not someone that could be intimidated by Yuta, as he activated his flamethrower to show his dominance, but Yuta just looked at him coldly.
"Tch, my turn! Draw!"
"I summon one more monster and end my turn!" PaniK was also feeling flustered at this moment, as he also was unable to draw a card that could take down the opposing Lycanthrope, but he was full of confidence in himself.
"My turn! Draw!" Yuta once again checked the card drawn, and his resolve to thin his deck grew even stronger.
Tremendous Fire.
Another useless card.
Wait, no!
Maybe he can bullshit with this?
"With this card, the piece of the puzzle leading me towards victory is finally complete!"
Yuta declared confidently, and the peanut gallery had no doubt he was telling the truth.
After all, to bullshit, you need to have confidence first!
Even PaniK started to get serious.
"First I activate the spell card Tremendous Fire! You take 1000 damage to your life points, while I take 500!"
[Yutaka: 1900 → 1400]
[PaniK: 2000 → 1000]
"Impossible!" PaniK shouted as he looked at the duel field that turned into a fiery hell.
Looking at the field, Mai couldn't help but ask, "Did he draw his Cannon Soldier? Does he want to win through effect damage?"
However, Mini Yugi noticed something and reminded everyone, "Look at the field!"
That was when they noticed that all of PaniK's monsters were revealed due to the flames on the field!
[Dream Clown ATK 1600]
[Fiend Sword ATK 1900]
"Incredible! That means Yuta will be able to bypass that annoying castle and attack them directly!" Joey chimed in while raising his fist excitedly.
"Fool! I activate my trap card! Ring of Magneticism and equip it to my Castle of Dark Illusions! So what if you can see my monsters? You still have to get through my castle first!"
After PaniK revealed his set card, the ring around the Castle of Dark Illusions started to glow and give off electricity.
"Maybe, but who said that was my plan? I activate my second spell card, Swords of Revealing Light!"
Suddenly a group of shining swords dropped from the sky like meteors and pinned PaniK's monsters to the ground.
"Since you ch-" But before PaniK could start his shenanigans, Yuta cut him off. There was no way he was going to give his opponent the opportunity to spew bullshit.
"Now, I activate my third spell card! Harpie's Feather Duster! And destroy all the spell and trap cards in your field!"
A giant feather appeared in the sky, and with a powerful gust, it completely destroyed the Ring of Magneticism and started to attack the Castle of Dark Illusions as well.
"Useless! Even if my Castle of Dark Illusions is in the Field Zone, it is still a monster, so it won't be affected by your Feather Duster."
After PaniK finished speaking, the crumbling castle in the sky managed to stabilise itself.
"Are you sure about that?" said Yuta as he shook his index finger.
"Impossible!"
As he looked again, PaniK noticed that the castle didn't have its ring anymore, so it wasn't able to support itself.
"But your Swords of Revealing Light is still keeping it in place!" PaniK argued again, and the castle stopped falling down for the second time.
"Good thing that you brought it up, but I wouldn't focus on the sky if I were you..." Yuta said with a mischievous grin. He was having so much fun right now, and his heart was beating like never before. This was the rush he craved, no, NEEDED in his life!
"What ar- NO!"
As PaniK looked at his monsters, he noticed that the flames left over from the Tremendous Fire had ignited once again thanks to the gust from Harpie's Feather Duster, and now it was burning them alive along with his life points!
"NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"
[PaniK: 1000 → 0]
As PaniK's life points bottomed out, Yuta looked over with surprise.
Originally, he still had other moves in the plan.
Like how his Lycanthrope could be boosted with moonlight thanks to the flames illuminating the darkness, so he could have destroyed the Castle.
He still had his Tribute to the Doomed which could destroy the castle and pull it down to the ground with the mummies and crush the monsters as a result.
He was also planning on bullshitting that Feather Duster could also destroy the Swords, since it was in the opponent's field, that way crushing his monsters.
He was also planning on printing a bullshit Lycanthrope + Gearfried fusion monster on the spot and granting it an effect that could turn the situation around.
But this guy already lost in the first stage of the plan, which confused Yuta.
Like, brother, I know I was the one that bullshitted, but isn't this too much?
Where was the passionate duel he was promised?
If this was all, he really was too disappointed.
"I don't accept it! Die!"
In his madness PaniK aimed the flamethrowers towards Yuta, intending to take his life just like in the anime.
"Yuta!" The peanut gallery shouted in despair as they were about to watch their companion burn alive.
*ROAR*
*GLINT*
A draconic roar dispersed the flames around Yuta as his Millennium Ring started to glow and rise from his chest while a black phantom started to materialise behind him.
Unable to control his body, Yuta raised his hand and grasped the air.
As a Yu-Gi-Oh! fan, this action was all too familiar to him.
MIND CRUSH!!!
With that, PaniK's soul was sent to the Shadow Realm.
Yuta had to admit, it really felt good to send someone to the Shadow Realm.
As he completed his actions, the clasps around his ankles were broken with the power of the Millennium Ring, and he went down.
"Yuta, I cannot believe you are alright!" Tea said as she gave him a hug and promptly let him go, noticing that he was alright.
"Well done, man! You did not tarnish the reputation of the Great Master Tristan Taylor," said Tristan as he gave him a big slap on the back. Even though Tristan did not mean it, with Yuta's physique, this slap almost sent him to the Shadow Realm as well.
"Anyway, it is good that you are alright." Mini Yugi on the other side just gave a nod. After all, he was an introvert and didn't like skin contact if possible.
"Okay, okay, Mai here is your stars" Yuta turned towards Mai and tried to give her the stars back, but she stepped back.
"Mai, go on accept them," Tea said as she looked at Mai, who looked conflicted.
"I am sorry, but I fight my own battles. I do not want them." After hearing Tea's words, Mai made up her mind and refused resolutely. She was Mai Valentine, and pride was the very core of her being.
"But Mai! Yuta duelled for you; he risked his life in this duel for you," Tea reminded Mai and encouraged her to take the stars.
"I know, but—"
"Then how about we play for them?" seeing Mai about to argue again, Yuta cut in as he was getting fed up with this situation.
"How? I don't have any Star Chips, so we can't duel for them." Mai was eager to get herself stars, but she had no intention of cheating.
"That's fine, and we are not going to duel for them either. The stakes are if I win, I will get a card from your deck, and if you win, you will get these chips."
Mai frowned and then added, "I don't agree; if it's going to be fair, it has to be my whole deck. I don't want your charity."
"Good. We are going to play a simple coin toss. You pick a side, and I will pick the remaining one," Yuta said as he showed two coins between his fingers, one showing heads and one showing tails.
Mai was also a decisive person, so she immediately picked her side but couldn't help but feel nervous, as this coin toss was going to determine her future.
"I choose heads."
"Then tails for me," Yuta said. As he spoke, the coins between his fingers disappeared, and he tossed one into the air.
After he caught it, everyone anxiously looked at his palm.
When he revealed it, it was...
HEADS!
"Tch, you win. I guess I won't be able to fleece any more cards from your deck, I guess."
Yuta said as he threw her the Star Chips, but he failed to notice the strange look Mai was giving him.
Because she was directly in front of him, Mai might be the only one in the group who noticed that Yuta cheated.
Yes, Yuta cheated to lose.
Tea looked relieved with the results.
Joey thought Mai was too lucky.
Tristan was thinking about what to eat.
Yugi had suspicions just like Mai, but he had no evidence.
Mai was the only one that saw that both sides of the coin were actually heads.
But before she reacted, Yuta had already thrown her the stars and started to leave.
