"Duel!" X2
[Yutaka: 2000]
[Kaiba: 2000]
"My turn! Draw!" Kaiba said as he drew a card from his deck. Yuta could have competed for the first draw, but he wanted to go second this time, as it would give him more time to plan ahead and crush Kaiba more thoroughly.
"Allow me to explain how this machine works. Thanks to my new design, one can enjoy the convenience of duelling anytime and anywhere regardless of their location. First, you pick out the card you plan on playing, and then you put it in the centre position. Currently, it is only a prototype, so for this duel we will only be summoning one monster each. A duellist can summon more than one monster theoretically, but it affects the stability, so we will be playing with this rule for this duel only. I summon Vorse Raider! And I set three cards!"
[Vorse Raider] [DARK]
[LV: ★ ★ ★ ★]
[BEAST-WARRIOR / NORMAL]
[This wicked Beast-Warrior does every horrid thing imaginable, and loves it! His axe bears the marks of his countless victims.]
[1900 ATK / 1200 DEF]
After explaining how to use it, Kaiba put his cards into the Duel Disk and then furiously threw it to the field.
Then a wicked beast with green skin and a ferocious face took to the field, grinning wickedly.
Looking at the field, Yuta did not know what kind of an expression he was supposed to make.
Wasn't Kaiba the representative of fierce play, where Monsters clash and he crushes with high-power ATK cards?
Then what was up with this reverse T opening?
Who knew what kind of a minefield Kaiba's back row was?
Yuta felt like even the nameless pharaoh must not have gotten such treatment from Kaiba before.
Did this guy Kaiba suddenly grow a brain?
"My turn! Draw!" Feeling the heat emanating from the card, Yuta was surprised for a second.
This feeling?
It was exactly the same feeling he had whenever he drew Red-Eyes!
Wasn't it a drama queen, so what was it doing popping out now?
But when he looked at the card, his eyes popped out of their sockets.
Because he did not remember putting this card in his deck...
How did he suddenly get such a Yugi-like treatment?
Wasn't drawing cards they did not put into their decks a speciality of Yugi and Yusei?
Mind you, not even Jaiden had such a treatment!
However, why did the picture on this card feel familiar?
*Kyun~*
That was when Yuta heard a sweet voice in his ears.
It startled him so much that he almost threw the card to the ground.
Duel spirit?
This card had an actual duel spirit!?
DUEL SPIRIT!!!?
Important things need to be said thrice.
So was he so awesome that a spirit chose him and wanted to be his underling?
If so, Yuta had no intention of refusing!
The more the better! Bring it all! He would take however many you had!
Then let's start with seeing what kind of a monster it was first.
"I summon a monster and set one card to end my turn!" Yuta declared as he threw his disk.
[Fencing Fire Ferret] [FIRE]
[LV: ★ ★ ★ ★]
[BEAST / EFFECT]
[1700 ATK / 600 DEF]
A little white ferret with flame markings appeared on the field, trying to look fierce. If not for the giant serrated sword that its tail turned into, maybe it really would have looked cute.
Seeing the monster appear before him, Yutaka finally remembered why this card looked familiar.
Wasn't this the little one he saved in his dream, or rather, third transmigration?
So it followed him all the way here to be his Duel Spirit?
If so, what about his first transmigration?
Was it also to the Duel Spirit world?
If so, was that green dragon also a potential partner he could have had?
Then there are the pinkish-red flames that ultimately claimed his life, along with eyes that were red like rubies.
Suddenly an innocent black dragon inside the deck started to sweat.
It swore that it had nothing to do with this, but even in court, it would not be able to prove its innocence.
"Hmph! Pathetic! Is that all you can do, Yu↑ta↓! Where is your Red-Eyes?" Kaiba looked displeased.
How was Yuta even supposed to respond to this?
Was he supposed to shout that his Red-Eyes was like a drama queen that liked to play the hero that saves the beauty (Yuta)?
"Hmph! Since you didn't summon your Blue-Eyes, why would I need to summon my Red-Eyes? Play your turn, Kaiba!" Of course, Yuta was unwilling to back down, so he replied arrogantly as well.
*Kyun* *Kyun*
Fire Ferret on the field also nodded, indicating that there was no need for the big boss to make its appearance just yet. It was enough to win this duel just by itself.
"Is that so... However, a duellist of your calibre won't even get me to play my white dragon! My turn! Draw!" As Kaiba drew, a gust of wind appeared, and looking at the card he drew, Kaiba smirked to himself.
No buddy, we were just trash talking each other. No need to get so serious, is there?
"Vorse Raider! Get rid of his Ferret!"
After hearing Kaiba's command, the Vorse Raider shot towards the little ferret like a perverted old man going after a middle schooler, disgusting!!
"Not so fast, Kaiba! I activate my trap card! Kunai with Chain and equip it to my Fencing Fire Ferret, raising its attack points!"
As Yuta spoke, the card he set flipped over, revealing Kunai with Chain.
Suddenly, Fire Ferret's tail turned from a sword to a Kunai, and the little ferret felt the surging power inside its tiny body.
It felt like it could take on the world!
[Kunai with Chain] [TRAP]
[TRAP CARD]
[Activate 1 or both of these effects (simultaneously).
When an opponent's monster declares an attack: Target the attacking monster; change that target to Defense Position. Target 1 face-up monster you control; equip this card to that target. It gains 500 ATK.]
[Fencing Fire Ferret ATK 1700 → 2200]
"Useless! I activate my set spell card! Shadow Spell!"
"You do what now?" Yuta almost bit his tongue in surprise.
He knew about Shadow Spell. It was a very good spell card during the early days of Yu-Gi-Oh, which could immobilise one monster just like Yugi's Spell Binding Circle as well as reduce the ATK points of a monster by 700 points.
But!
He remembered that it was a continuous trap card!
When did it become a spell?
Isn't this way more OP?
"Oh no, Yugi, it seems like Yuta is in a pinch." Tea commented worriedly. As a person not well-versed in the act of duelling but in the way of reading other people's expressions, she could tell from Yuta's face that this was something completely unexpected to him.
"It shouldn't be that exaggerated, right?" Mai asked in doubt.
"I do not think so either; after all, even if Kaiba manages to destroy Yuta's monster, Yuta still has a lot of life points. He should still be able to make a comeback. Not to mention, both of them haven't brought out their ace monsters just yet." Mini Yugi did his job as the expert commentator of the group, clearing everyone's doubts.
"Is that so?" Tea looked confused. She was sure that there was something wrong with Yuta's expression just now, but since the experts in the group said that, she felt like she might be overthinking it.
[Fencing Fire Ferret ATK 2200 → 1500]
Black chains shot out of Kaiba's spell card, locking the energetic little ferret in its place. Then Vorse Raider destroyed it with a single slash of its mighty sword!
However, the little ferret was not willing to go down without a fight, so just when it was about to head to the graveyard, with one last bout of strength, it managed to slash Vorse Raider's throat, also bringing it to the underworld with itself.
Before leaving, Fire Ferret gave a look of apology to Yuta, as it felt like it did not do much.
In its debut duel, it wanted to bring victory to its master, but unfortunately this was as far as it could go.
[Yutaka: 2000 → 1600]
[Kaiba: 2000 → 1500]
Everyone looked at this scene with confusion. After all, it was Kaiba's monster that had won the duel, so why was it that both of them died together?
But Yuta did not leave in suspense for long.
"Fencing Fire Ferret's effect activates! If it is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, it can destroy one of my opponent's monsters and deal 500 effect damage!" said Yuta to dispel everyone's confusion. After all, he did not want to be called a cheater by that guy Kaiba.
However, this really threw a wrench into his plans.
He originally thought he would destroy Vorse Raider with the counterattack from Kunai with Chain, which was also why he had not activated its effect to turn an opponent into the defence position.
Then Kaiba would summon his Blue-Eyes and destroy his ferret, and then he would take down the Blue-Eyes to the graveyard with it. That way he would be able to get rid of one of them without any hassle.
Who would have thought that this guy would play Shadow Spell?
Anyway, this was also good, as this way he cleared one of the mines in the back row.
"Hmph, death throes of a weakling, nothing special." Kaiba said so outwardly, but that was merely to save face; whether it be its ATK points or its effect, that ferret was actually good enough to make into his deck. But as a duellist that despised copying others, Kaiba would never add this card to his deck.
He, Seto Kaiba, was unique!
He would never copy others! Only others would copy him.
"I summon Swordstalker. Activate its effect. I choose Vorse Raider as the target!"
[Swordstalker] [DARK]
[LV: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ]
[WARRIOR / EFFECT]
[1/4 of the ATK of 1 monster in your Graveyard is added to this card's ATK.]
[2000 ATK / 1600 DEF]
[Swordstalker ATK 2000 → 2475]
"What!? Another monster with an even stronger attack?" Joey looked anxious, as if he was the one duelling on the field instead of Yuta.
"Things seem to be going bad for Yuta. Swordstalker's attack even surpassed the Red-Eyes Black Dragon," said Mai, not forgetting to diss Red-Eyes in the process.
After spending time with Yuta, everyone in the gang understood that Red-Eyes' strength did not lie in its power but in its limitless potential, meaning its transformations. Whether it be the Metal Dragon form or the Meteor Dragon form, they each were all strong monsters in their own right that could turn a duel around.
Mai comparing ATK points at this juncture was like someone in the Naruto world with Byakugan saying that they were weak at copying compared to Sharingan. Are those even the same things? Why don't you mention that Sharingan can't see through the walls then, instead of creating the impression that Byakugan is weaker than Sharingan?
"My turn! Draw!"
"I activate the spell card Graceful Charity to draw 3 more cards and discard 2 cards! I discard Sangan and Bacon Saver! Sangan's effect activates! I add Jinzo#7 to my hand!" Yuta made his operations so quickly that, the gang was not even fast enough to comment on them. It could be said that Yuta's card-drawing speed was getting faster and faster.
"Jinzo? Why would he add such a weak card instead of Cannon Soldier? Or does he want to end the game by bypassing Kaiba's Swordstalker because he has no way to destroy it? After all, its attack power is even higher than the legendary Red-Eyes Black Dragon." Mai said once again.
With each word Yuta's expression changed. Sister, do you think I don't want to destroy that annoying monster?
But I bricked!
Do you even know what 'bricked' means?
Also, what's with constantly dissing Red-Eyes?
Did Red-Eyes eat your family's rice or something?
Lastly, I do not even need to add the Cannon Soldier since it is already in my hand, but what good would it do without Scapegoat? So the only viable target was Jinzo#7, okay!?
"I summon Jinzo#7 and set two cards!"
After setting his cards, Yuta threw out the disk again. It was really hard on the arm, and after the first time, it already lost its novelty.
Yuta wished Kaiba could invent the proper Duel Disk right next second so he could play a proper Duel Monsters game instead of this beyblade-like thing.
Then as the disk began to spin, a cyborg came out with a JoJo pose, specifically the pose of Caesar where he covered his face while looking at his opponent.
He, Jinzo#7, came back to bully noobs once again!
[Jinzo#7] [DARK]
[LV: ★ ★]
[MACHINE / EFFECT]
[This monster can attack your opponent's Life Points directly.]
[500 ATK / 400 DEF]
"Only 500 ATK points? Don't tell me you have already given up, Yu↑ta↓!" Looking at this weak monster, Kaiba was both insulted and disappointed. He felt that there should have been more to Yuta, but it looks like this was already his limit. He couldn't even overcome his Swordstalker, let alone his Blue-Eyes.
"Are you sure about that, Kaiba?" Yuta shook his index finger at Kaiba. Finally, this was the Kaiba he remembered. Someone who looks down on low ATK monsters but constantly gets abused by them.
The Kaiba with the reverse T opening was really an anomaly.
"Jinzo#7 attack!"
As Yuta gave his order, the cyborg who wanted to be a member of the JoJo clan immediately rushed forward.
The menacing Swordstalker looked confused but raised its sword to attack this monster that did not know its place.
Kaiba, on the other hand, was frowning, wondering if it was also a monster like the ferret just now that would result in a mutual destruction. But Kaiba would not chicken out because of this.
Who is afraid of whom!?
If you want mutual destruction, then let's hurt each other.
He, Seto Kaiba, was not someone that would negotiate with terrorists!
But the scene Kaiba expected did not happen.
The cyborg instead dodged his Swordstalker and kept rushing towards him.
Then all the blood drained from Kaiba's face.
He finally remembered this monster.
It was the one that--
*Slap*
Jinzo#7 weakly slapped Kaiba.
Everyone: "...pfft"
Kaiba's rage meter instantly exploded with a bang!
"MINAMI YU↑TA↓!!!! ARE YOU TRYING TO HUMILIATE ME!!!!" Kaiba roared in endless fury.
[Kaiba: 1500 → 1000]
"Hm? I do not know whatever do you mean? That was just a strategy, yep, just a strategy." Yuta said as he smiled mischievously. Of course, it was intentional. He could have made Jinzo#7 take a more imposing attack posture, but in both duels he made it as weak as possible to enrage his opponents. After all, Duel Monsters was a game of logic, and the angrier his opponent was, the less clearly they could think, granting him a small advantage.
"MY TURN! DRAW!! Swordstalker, destroy that pest!" Kaiba was clearly furious beyond belief, as he did not even look at the card he drew and instead directly ordered his monster to attack.
"I activate my trap card Threatening Roar to end your battle phase!"
[Threatening Roar] [TRAP]
[TRAP CARD]
[Your opponent cannot declare an attack this turn.]
Kaiba was overcome with impotent rage. He even wanted to stop duelling and directly beat up this cockroach with his own hands. He even imagined how good it would feel to punch him directly. But he, Seto Kaiba, was a civilised man. He would not stoop to such a low level.
Kaiba also looked at the cards in his hands to think of a way to destroy that pesky cyborg, but there was nothing suitable in his hand.
Next turn.
He would definitely get rid of it next turn!.
"Hahahahaha! Look at him, Yug! So weak~. Can't even destroy a monster with 500 ATK. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. tch, tch, tch." Joey mocked Kaiba on the sidelines.
His words were so infuriating to hear that even Yutaka started to get scared, fearing that Kaiba would forgo the duel and directly beat him up.
He should have known not to make that deck for Joey.
Ever since he woke up from his sleep, this kid Joey had been trying to trip him up.
Was he trying to kill him and inherit his Red-Eyes?
"My turn! Draw!"
Yuta finally drew something good in Zoa, but probably there was no need for it anymore since he would be able to finish the duel in two turns at most.
"Jinzo#7 attack Kaiba again!" This time the cyborg did not even pretend to tangle with Swordstalker and just skipped towards Kaiba while doing various JoJo poses to increase its mental damage.
"I activate my set card! Enemy Controller!"
Then a video game controller with bat wings and a demonic tail suddenly jumped out of the card and latched its tail into Jinzo#7's head controlling him.
"You pesky insect! I order you to switch your attack to my Swordstalker!"
Jinzo#7 bowed its head and immediately rushed towards Swordstalker without even doing JoJo poses!
No, brother, is that how we are going to play?
We were just joking around; there's no need to take it so seriously!
Also, can Enemy Controller even do that?
At least Yutaka didn't remember ever seeing such a scene in the anime.
Don't tell me that his actions resulted in Kaiba unlocking a new use for this spell card?
"Oh no! Yuta is about to lose!" Tea said as she shook Tristan with a worried expression, while Mai looked like she swallowed a fly.
Because she could already see the upcoming action, she looked towards Yuta.
Just like Mai expected, he did not look worried at all.
It was not for nothing that Mai called him an unkillable, disgusting cockroach.
"I activate the effect of my Bacon Saver from the graveyard!"
Following Yuta's command, a little piggy dug out of the ground. Despite the traumatic experience last time, it was still a curious little piggy. So it couldn't overcome the urge to wander outside.
It's not like Gods and Demons like last time would appear again, right?
That was when a big metal foot stepped on its little piggy head.
The little piggy got so scared that it sneezed out its skeleton again, knocking the owner of the foot back.
Feeling listless, the little piggy went back home again and drank a carton of milk, depressed.
Just when will it be able to get out?
"Tch, I knew it," Mai said as she looked at the little piggy that appeared and disappeared in a split second.
"Hmph! You are only extending your suffering, Yu↑ta↓!" Kaiba said furiously while pointing at him.
"Maybe, maybe not! Only the duel will tell." Yuta replied sarcastically. Against Kaiba, he was not willing to back down an inch.
"This duel is so intense! I do not even know what is going on," said Tristan in an exaggerated manner. However, both Mai and Tea looked at him sceptically, almost asking if he even knew what's going on in a normal duel in the first place, let alone one that is so intense.
"My turn! Draw! This time you will not be able to escape, Yu↑ta↓! Swordstalker go!" After performing another draw, Kaiba attacked once again.
This time.
This time for sure.
This time he would be able to get rid of that pesky cyborg!
Seeing the approaching Swordstalker, Jinzo#7 did not dodge or do anything.
He just opened his arms as if he were embracing the sun.
So long, master, and thanks for all the fish!
*BOOM*
With a bang, this honest cyborg was destroyed, and the field was covered in smoke.
"Yuta!" The gang screamed in worry.
It seemed like they needed more lessons on anime logic.
[Yutaka: 1600]
[Kaiba: 1000]
Because if there was smoke, it meant that there was no damage...
"HOW!?" Kaiba exclaimed, as he truly did not expect that Yuta would be able to survive this strike.
"Say hello to my little friend, Kaiba," Yuta said as he pointed at the little puffball that was bravely standing in front of him and protecting him with all its might.
[Kuriboh] [DARK]
[LV: ★ ]
[FIEND / EFFECT MONSTER]
[During damage calculation, if your opponent's monster attacks (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; you take no battle damage from that battle.]
[300 ATK / 200 DEF]
Yes!
It was Kuriboh! The Illusive 4th Egyptian God card that protected Yugi countless times during the course of the anime.
Seeing that soon Kaiba would be tortured to the point of wanting to throw himself off of a cliff by this little puffball, Yuta thought it would be better to give Kaiba a shot beforehand so that he would not be so surprised next time he encountered it.
"Tch, I set down one card and end my turn!" Kaiba said angrily as he threw the disk.
He could feel it.
What Yugi?
What Exodia?
This little puffball in front of him would be its true enemy in the future.
"I wonder if Yuta will be able to turn this around? His hand is almost out of cards, and he only has a single card on the field." Yami Yugi said.
Who knows when he had appeared, but now he was watching the duel intensely. He wished it was himself fighting on the stage right now instead of being a bystander.
Hearing those words, Yuta almost wanted to rush off the stage and give a big old kiss on Yami Yugi's face.
Now that the flag was set, there was no need to think anymore!
"My turn! Draw! I play Pot of Greed to draw two more cards!" Yuta said as he played the card without even looking at what it was.
[Pot of Greed] [SPELL]
[SPELL CARD]
[Draw 2 cards.]
These next draws will be crucial to determine the fate of the game.
First Draw! Meteor Dragon, useful since the last unknown card in his hand was Poly.
Second Draw! Tribute to the Doomed, nice! With this he could confidently destroy the upcoming Blue-Eyes and gain enough time to draw his Red-Eyes!
"I summon Zoa!"
[Zoa] [DARK]
[LV: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ]
[FIEND / NORMAL]
[A monster whose full potential can be achieved when outfitted with "Metalmorph".]
[2600 ATK / 1900 DEF]
The blue fiend who forsook the darkness (Bandit Keith) and embraced the light (Yuta) finally took the stage excitedly!
This was its debut battle, and as one of the pillars of the deck, it had to show its weight.
"Zoa, destroy his Swordstalker! Shadowball!"
A black ball slowly condensed in Zoa's hands, and once he felt it was enough to show his divine might, he threw the ball with a gusto.
"Naive! I activate my spell card! Negative Energy Generator. It triples the ATK points of a Dark-type monster, and I choose Swordstalker as its target!"
Yuta: ...
This card's effect was so outrageous that Yuta did not even know how to complain.
This card encapsulated the essence of first-generation Yu-Gi-Oh! cards completely.
Simple and outrageous to the extreme!
[Swordstalker ATK 2475 → 7425]
Seeing the ever-growing sword in Swordstalker's hands, Zoa looked back at his master pitifully.
He was still hoping that the set card might be Metalmorph; that way, at least he would feel a little safer.
Unfortunately, Zoa was destined to be disappointed.
But all the hope was not lost!
"I activate Tribute to the Doomed! I discard my Cannon Soldier to destroy your Swordstalker!"
[Tribute to the Doomed] [SPELL]
[SPELL CARD]
[Discard 1 card, then target 1 monster on the field; destroy it.]
Thankfully.
Thankfully, Kaiba did not activate his last set card.
So countless undead hands reached out from the ground and dragged Swordstalked to the underworld.
This was scary.
It was only now Yuta noticed that he was out of life-saving cards.
Kuriboh, Threatening Roar, Bacon Saver and even Tribute to the Doomed had all been used up.
There was only Negate Attack, Damage Diet and Ancient Lamp left in the deck, and it was uncertain when he would draw them.
Since the Tribute was also gone, he would not be able to deal with Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon as well unless he drew Metalmorph and Red-Eyes, as even Meteor Black Dragon would not be able to match it in its raw power unless... he made up a BS effect on the spot.
Unfortunately, since he already printed Meteor Black Dragon, it was uncertain whether he could retroactively add effects to it.
So the best bet was to defeat Kaiba before he could summon it in the first place.
"I end my turn," Yuta said dejectedly.
"Yug, I was not hallucinating, was I? That monster had reached 7k ATK points, and then it was instantly destroyed..." Joey said as he rubbed his eyes.
He wondered to himself whether they were even playing the same game anymore.
Most duellists used monsters in the early 1k range, and it was not even rare to see people with cards that have less than 1k ATK points. Mind you, these monsters are normal monsters, not effect monsters.
Before he rebuilt his deck, Joey's ceiling was a mighty 2400 and that was a two-card combo, which Joey was even a little proud of.
But when he saw Yuta's duels, he instantly felt deflated.
This was not the first time that such an outrageous ATK number appeared in one of Yuta's duels.
In the duel against Bandit Keith there were even monsters that reached 10k, but at the time he had thought it must have been an exception among exceptions.
But now seeing another monster with 7k ATK and it being instantly defeated, Joey began to doubt life now.
"I believe we will also reach such heights in the future, Joey," said Yami Yugi while comforting his friend. Yami Yugi had full confidence that he could also do the same.
And he was right, after all; Yami Yugi was the person who set the highest ATK points record in the future, which was Infinity.
Yes, in the Waking the Dragons arc, one of Yugi's monsters' ATK points reached infinity.
"My turn! Draw!" Looking at the card he drew, Kaiba felt inflated.
It was time to finish this duel!
"Hmph! Yu↑ta↓! I admit you pushed me to the edge, but this is as far as you go! Originally I was hiding this trump card to deal with Yugi, but I will let you be the first person to taste defeat under my most powerful monster's claws! I activate my set card! Polymerization and fuse my 3 Blue-Eyes White Dragons!"
"WHAT?" Hearing what Kaiba said, Yami Yugi was immediately alerted. Blue-Eyes White Dragon was the strongest Duel Monster to ever exist; that was unquestionable.
Now, you are telling me he was going to fuse three of them?
What kind of a devastating monster will that create?
After Kaiba's shout, the set card on the field revealed itself to be Polymerization.
It has to be you, Kaiba!
Only you would dare to bluff in this world with a back row Poly!
As the phantoms of the three dragon sisters appeared, the weather phenomena changed.
Seeing this, Yuta could not help but gulp.
Maybe he played around too much just now?
Red-Eyes, where are you? Your sisters came to beat me up, waiting online urgent!!
Red-Eyes was also sweating in the deck. It was actually the top card in the deck, getting ready to make a grand entrance after Zoa was defeated.
But now you are saying it has to face a fused Blue-Eyes?
When did that white bitch learn to play with fusions?
Wasn't that its gimmick?
Sister, if you act like this, how can we even play anymore?
*Crash*
However, before the three phantoms could fuse, Kaiba's Duel Disk suddenly stopped functioning.
Yuta: "..."
Everyone: "..."
Kaiba: "Ahem, this is a prototype, so it was expected that there would be bugs. That was why we have test duels in the first place." Kaiba spoke seriously to hide his embarrassment.
Yuta looked displeased on the surface, but inside he was jumping in joy.
Because he truly had no way to deal with a Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon OTK just now.
But he had a set Time Machine on the field, so no one beside himself could tell whether he truly had something up his sleeve or not.
So this duel could only be counted as a draw!
"Yu↑ta↓! We will finish this duel after I deal with Pegasus!" Kaiba declared and left quickly.
Now that his proud creation had a malfunction in front of so many people, he really felt embarrassed deep down.
So he did not have the face to stay here anymore.
Kaiba was arrogant and overly confident, but he actually had very thin skin.
