To keep his motivation high ,Takaki works on the game without a rest. As a result he gets visibily exhausted and mentally drained.
On a beautiful sunday morning Takaki screams inside his room.
"It's don-"
Without even finishing his words Takaki collapses on his bed. All the tiredness hits him the moment he relaxed and he drifts into a deep sleep.
Hearing the scream, his sister,mizuki comes to his room to check on. Seeing the sleeping Takaki, mizuki puts a blanket over him with a small smile and worry in her eyes.
Takaki lied to his sister that he got a short term job where he can work from home and also said that the pay was good. Though she does not know more specific details of that job, she has seen takaki pushing himself really hard for the past six months. Seeing Takaki motivated and excited even though he was working really hard, Mizuki couldn't bring herself to say anything.
In the afternoon, takaki wakes up from his sleep.
"What happened?"

Seeing Takaki's cheerful demeanour during lunch, Mizuki visibily relaxes and unknowingly her lips curl up in a smile.
"So? Are you finally taking a break from work at that shady company?"
Hearing mizuki's words Takaki chokes on his food.
" What are you talking about, sister? Seriously? What even do you think of your brother-"
Takaki suddenly remembers something and exclaims.
"Oh, that's right"
Saying that he takes out his phone and shows his account balance to his sister.
Seeing the numbers mizuki couldn't believe and eyes and shouts in shock.
"S-s-s-seventy thousand Ren? Where did you get so much money? "
"From that shady company"
Takaki answers non-chalantly but it is in fact a lie.
Taktaki's fame system is not directly tied to how famous he is.
Takaki would get 1 point per hour for every person who likes him. 5 points per hour for every person who admires him. 20 points per hour from every person who become his fanatic and lastly 50 points per hour for every person who dislike and admire him at the same time.
As his sister mizuki likes him, Takaki has been getting one point per hour from his first day. And the points have been accumulated for six months. Thankfully the consumption of points for creating money is not as high as Takaki assumed, but it is not low either. He assumed that the value of money from system perspective may be different.
So he used a few points to create money and used almost all the points for his game.
As Takaki didn't how much pay would be considered normal he just doubled his sister's pay for six months and rounded it off.
While eating lunch takaki casually sends all the money to his sister.
"Hey, what are you doing?"
Mizuki shouts while showing him the transaction message.
"I mean, since you are the one who is always taking care of me. Is not normal for me to send you my income? "
Seeing Takaki's innocent look and his words as if he was doing the obvious, mizuki could only sigh.
"Listen, you worked really hard for this money. It is not right for me to take it. I am sending you the money back."
With an excited expression takaki opens his phone and says
"Really? Then I am buying the lastest VR capsule"
"Hey, don't spend the money recklessly."
"Ok. I will listen to you"
Seeing Takaki's smile Mizuki understands that the moment she sends back the money, he is obviously going to buy that VR capsule.
"Takaki, do you absolutely want that latest VR capsule? "
"Well, since my VR glasses are working fine I don't really need it. I just want to buy because I have the money now"
"I will hold on to your money for now. You can buy it after you have more money."
"Well, if you say so"
Takaki says it with a disappointed look on his face but he is actually really happy inside.
Takaki knows that Mizuki will not allow him to spend money recklessly and he made up about wanting a VR capsule so that mizuki would hold on to the money.
The reason Takaki used points to make money in the first place is to give it to his sister. Now that he made her hold on to the money, he has to slowly convince her to use it.
With this money his sister Mizuki can take a break from overtime shifts for a while and reduce the burden.
Even if she refuses to use the money, takaki can just make up that he wants to use his money to enjoy and go on small trips in the weekend and make sure that his sister would tag along. It would be a nice change of pace and relaxation for her.
But the immediate problem at hand is his VR game.
