Fenrir looked at me and nodded.
"You are right. I'll try to make this right." He walked over to the woman and helped her back to her feet.
Suddenly, he walked toward me again and pointed at the scimitar I was still holding.
"Stab me in the eye," he said, as if it were something completely ordinary.
"What?" I replied. His request was unusual to me.
"My ability is to bind people to a forced slave contract as soon as they look into my eye. If you stab out my eye, all of the contracts will be dissolved."
I looked at him in confusion but gripped my scimitar tightly.
"If you say so..." I said, aiming at his eye.
"Do it," he ordered me.
I did as he told me. I stabbed his eye with my scimitar, but not too deeply. I didn't want to seriously injure him, only hit his eye. The pain was visible in his expression, yet he still tried to hide it. I pulled my sword out of his eye and watched as blood slowly flowed down.
"Thank you, honorable warrior. What is your name, if I may ask?" he asked, pulling himself back up.
"I don't have a name. Or rather, I don't know it yet." I looked at the sea, where small waves were forming. Then I looked at the ship that belonged to the Viking.
"Could I have it? You should focus on making up for your actions here. You don't need it anymore." I looked at him and waited for his answer.
"Take care of her, Nameless One. The ship means a lot to me. Go, and kill those who disturb the peace of living beings."
