Chapter 26 - Yun Han's Fury

Liyue Harbor.

With a flash of white light, Hu Tao and Xue Yue appeared inside the Boutian Pavilion.

"Hu Tao, what do we do now?" Xue Yue seemed at a loss.

"Don't worry, Yueyue. I'll go find Keqing. She's the Yuheng Star, she should be able to find someone to help," Hu Tao comforted Xue Yue, then told her to stay in the Boutian Pavilion while she went to find Keqing.

Xue Yue had no choice but to stay in the room, silently worrying about Yun Yan.

Hu Tao rushed around, eventually finding Keqing eating at the Wanmin Restaurant. After explaining the situation, Keqing also realized the seriousness of the matter and rushed back to the Jade Chamber, abandoning her meal.

"Ningguang, something's happened!" Keqing burst into the Jade Chamber, quickly explaining what had happened.

"Don't panic." Ningguang put down her work, thinking for a moment, then said, "According to the Director Hu, ordinary Qianyan Army soldiers wouldn't be of any help in that situation."

"What do we do then?" Keqing asked.

"Let's go. First, we'll go to the Boutian Pavilion and get the details from that girl, Xue Yue," Ningguang said.

After arriving at the Boutian Pavilion and learning about the situation from Xue Yue, they were discussing how to resolve the issue.

A cold voice came from the doorway.

"No need. It's already been taken care of."

Everyone looked towards the sound and saw a flash of white light. Xiao was standing at the door, holding Yun Yan.

"Lord Xiao!"

"Great Demon Subduer!"

The others were initially surprised, but then seeing Yun Yan, who was already asleep in his arms, they realized the seriousness of the situation.

"Master!" Xue Yue was so anxious that tears streamed down her face.

"Yueyue, don't cry, Yun Yan is probably just tired," Keqing and Hu Tao quickly comforted her.

"Xiao, what happened?" Ningguang looked at Xiao and asked.

"I'm not entirely sure. Right, where is a place to rest?" Xiao looked at Xue Yue.

Then, under Xue Yue's guidance, Xiao placed Yun Yan on the bed.

"It seems like she lost consciousness temporarily due to overexertion. But now it seems it's not that simple; she's completely unconscious," Ningguang frowned after listening to Xiao's explanation.

"Keqing, could you please go to Bubu Pharmacy and ask Doctor Baizhu to come over?" Ningguang said to Keqing.

"Alright." Keqing knew that time was of the essence, so she went straight to Bubu Pharmacy without any hesitation.

"Right, the Consultant knows everything; perhaps he has a solution." Hu Tao suddenly remembered Zhongli's vast knowledge and ran off to find him.

Not long after, Keqing brought Baizhu over, just as Hu Tao found Zhongli at Three Bowls Inn and dragged him back.

Baizhu first examined Yun Yan's condition, then fell into deep thought.

Zhongli, however, saw the reason for Yun Yan's unconsciousness at a glance.

"Based on the situation you described, generally speaking, she should have overused her spiritual essence and fallen asleep, rather than being in a coma," Zhongli pointed out the issue.

Baizhu nodded in agreement and said, "Indeed, there's nothing seriously wrong with her body at present. It seems her internal consciousness has been overused, exactly as Mr. Zhongli said."

"Mr. Zhongli is indeed erudite, knowing this even without searching," Baizhu said, looking at Zhongli with a peculiar expression.

"I've only read a few books, just a little knowledge," Zhongli replied, nodding slightly.

"What should we do then?" Xue Yue asked, her eyes brimming with tears.

"In such a situation, one option is to seek help from an adeptus, and the other is to find medicine that can mend the soul."

"Adepti?" Ningguang's gaze was rather intriguing. Not to mention that Yun Yan was herself an adeptus, and Xiao, who had just left, didn't seem to have a solution either, so they could only seek other adepti, or perhaps find Rex Lapis for help.

Far away in Mondstadt, Yun Han was bidding farewell to Eula, preparing to return to his inn for rest when he suddenly realized something.

He looked up and stretched out his hand. A streak of light descended from the sky and landed in his hand.

It was the Message Talisman that Yun Yan had released earlier.

Yun Han probed the Message Talisman with his spiritual sense, and after a moment, his expression shifted, becoming completely neutral.

The sky over Mondstadt suddenly turned dark, and in an instant, dark clouds loomed overhead, with countless flashes of lightning erupting within them.

The people of Mondstadt didn't understand what was happening, only finding the unusual weather strange, and they all hurried back to their homes.

Atop the Favonius Cathedral, Venti's figure flickered and appeared. He looked solemnly at the dark clouds in the sky.

To cause such a disturbance, it was likely only one person in Mondstadt. He took a deep breath. Although he didn't understand what had happened, he decided to look for Yun Han.

However, when he finally found Yun Han, he saw him walking emotionlessly into a portal, and the dark clouds in the sky dissipated along with him.

Venti couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief. Fortunately, it wasn't aimed at Mondstadt. But he was curious, who exactly was the one who dared to provoke this fearsome god?

...

"Whoosh—Whoosh—!"

Liyue Harbor.

A sudden gust of wind appeared out of nowhere, howling as it swept through the area, kicking up dust and debris.

The clear sky instantly turned gloomy, as if covered by a thick layer of dark clouds, blocking out the sun.

With the wind's rampage, all of Liyue Harbor fell into a dimness.

People stopped what they were doing and looked up at the sky, their faces showing surprise and unease.

This sudden change left them somewhat at a loss, unsure of what would happen next.

The ships in the harbor were violently tossed about by the raging wind, their ropes creaking ominously, as if they might snap at any moment.

The sailors were frantically working, trying to stabilize the vessels and secure the cargo. The ships docked at the shore were in even greater danger, at risk of being capsized by the wind or smashed against the docks.

The pedestrians in the streets began to panic as well. Some hurried to find shelter, while others clutched onto anything they could to avoid being blown over.

Zhongli, Ping, Ganyu, and Xiao, who had appeared on a rooftop, were the first to sense the unusual change in the sky.

"A storm is coming. I wonder where it will strike," Zhongli said, glancing at Yun Yan, who was asleep in bed, before heading outside.

Outside the Boutian Pavilion, a portal suddenly appeared in front of the door. Fortunately, everyone else on the street had gone home and hadn't witnessed the event.

Zhongli stood at the entrance, his gaze fixed calmly on Yun Han as he emerged from the portal.

Sensing the fury radiating from him, Zhongli spoke, "May I ask your name, sir? What brings you to Liyue?"

"Zhongli?" Yun Han glanced at him, then spoke calmly, "I am Yun Han, the island master of Lichen Island. Yun Yan and Xue Yue are both under my protection!"

Zhongli was taken aback at first, then understood. Someone was pulling strings from the background. However, he was surprised when he heard Yun Han's name.

The same surname, Yun? Could there be a deeper connection?

The people inside heard the commotion and walked out. Ningguang was also stunned when she saw Yun Han: Was it an illusion? Why did she feel a familiar sensation from this person?
