"Ah, this feels nice. I can finally get some fresh air out here."
I let out a sigh of relief as I walked around the park. The suffocating feeling of being inside was slowly going away.
Honestly, I had never been an outdoor person. I preferred to be inside and be locked up in my room. But after that break-in, I did not want to be inside for too long or it started to feel a little weird.
Nesh kept a small distance from me but she did not let me walk too far away from her. She neither tried to make small talk, nor did she suggest anything.
It almost felt like she was not even here most of the time and that put my mind at ease.
Still, a part of me wanted to talk to her and be close to her. She was someone who would stay with me and guard me from now on, so I wanted to get to know her a little bit.
"Nesh, why don't you come and sit with me. I would like to talk to you a little bit…"
