As Max was sleeping in, he soon douse off into a dream but not any dream, instead he's back into his mind and seems to be semiconscious. He tries to look around but only sees an empty void in his mind, until he sees a familiar face again, and it's Orlov.
"Oh it's you"
"What's with the tone, Rexxine, and it seems you reconnect with your arm"
"Yeah, what's left of it"
"Then allow me to fix it"
Orlov reaches towards Max, emanating with a glow from his core, letting out his hand and crystals starts moving towards Max. Transferring his own crystals to construct into Max's new arm. Max was stunned to the point where he can actually feels his arm again, but there was a problem he can't move it now matter what he can't let it act as an actual arm.
"Is there a problem Rexxine"
"Yeah, its not moving" Orlov sighs before explaining to Max about his new arm "your thinking it as and an actual arm. But it is not so easy as you think."
Orlov points towards Max chest where inside is the crystal emanating that has sprung into his own skeleton and made its way towards Max brain turning his eyes crystal white, and acting like a nerve in his system allowing him to take a lot of damage it he were to be attacked by anyone, Max needs to think if he wants to move his new arm, and thanks to the crystals inside his head, he can freely control and crystal that are part of his body, and form his crystal arm into anything he can think of, manipulating his arm to convert into a weapon, or to get toward long distances, he just needs to have an good imaginary "that'll be all I taught you, Rexxine until you are ready once again, I will be personally train you myself" Max nods to Orlov before being full conscious and waking in the mourning to see a new day sprung once again. once Max wakes up he sees the crystal arm on his left seeing that Orlov really did helped him in getting his arm back "now all he said is to think. Let's try that" Max tries to test his new arm, trying to think of a command to lift his arm and close his hand, and he can lift his arm by curling, but can only move one finger at a time "okay, this needs to be tweaked".
Max soon tries to get ready for the day trying to get to work, but realizes that he has a crystal arm now, and needs to be more careful when revealing his arm, he went towards the bathroom grabbing some bandages and wraps his whole arm and his chest covering any trace of crystal on his body completely, and to be more cautious he wore glove on both of his hands and puts on a sunglasses onto his face covering his eyes, all of it to make it more convenient then heading out to meet with the others, first heading to Rayn's place to tell him the news about his arm. Knocking on his door and waiting for his best friend to respond, with no response he then called Rayn waiting for him to pick up his phone "hey Max, what do you need, I'm trying to sleep" "what do you mean its seven in the mourning?" Rayn then gasped in shocked "It is?!" Rayn soon hanged up the phone and quick got up, outside Max can hear Rayn banging and tumbling around his house before meeting Max outside his front door "so Max, what happened, and what's with the glasses?" "Nevermind that. But check it out" Max soon pointed towards his left arm slowly show the bandage underneath and reveals the crystal arm is now connected to Max "you actually got you arm back" Max then cover his arm again "yeah I got it back but I only move my arm not by hand" "so it's not fully functional?" "No Rayn, but not right now. For now let's go we have a delivery to do" heading towards their workplace ready to start their mourning job. Walking through many stores seeing their friends but they first went to a convenience store to grab a snack from their friend Gilbert, quickly they bought their snacks then heading towards the warehouse getting ready to start their shift.
Once started they grab the packages and puts some into the van and since Max cannot move his left arm Rayn had to drive helping Max to delivering packages towards many houses who ordered it the usual before finishing their work and evening soon came afterwards ending their shift for the day. Finishing they needed to figure out more about Max's new crystal arm.
"So Rayn, should we tell the others?"
"I don't want to frighten them telling that. My best friend gain a new arm right after holding hands with another arm" Max looks at Rayn, speechless.
"Sorry about that. I overreacted".
Suddenly Max starts to clench his hand onto his chest breathing heavily "Max what's wrong" Max's chest started to glow but not as much as usual since its covered by the bandages wrapped by Max "I need to hide. Can't show anyone this" Rayn nods his head then tries to assist Max by getting him into a nearby restroom taking him to the park to find a restroom, first Rayn takes a look to see if there are any witnesses then leading Max in waiting outside for Max to get better.
Feeling every sharp pain into his chest can see all the parts that were crystallized eminent a bright glow Max can see his left arm changing its shape and form then, meanwhile outside of the restroom Rayn can hear Max being in pain and wanted to help but can't let anyone see what's happening, however he hears someone coming towards his direction "Rayn what are you doing here?" "Carmlien? Never thought I see you at the park" "I'm on break, also where's Max haven't seen him all day" Rayn tries to think of a lie to put Carmlien off course, to look for Max "oh you know Max, he's probably at uh... Wear's shop, yeah at his shop" "Wear's shop, Rayn" Rayn completely forgot that Wear's Forging Industry closes at the evening, Carmlien can see through Rayn's lies and notice why he's standing near the men's restroom and hears Max groaning in pain
"Rayn what happened to Max"
"I don't know what your talking about"
"Rayn don't lie to me I can hear Max"
As soon as Rayn was about to speak any further to Carmlien, towards the side of the restroom something crashes through the wall creating a massive hole, Rayn and Carmlien went to investigate the situation and sees a long piece of crystal forming a massive fist that broke the wall. Rumble on the ground, bandages ripped on his arm, his eyes glowing brightly, and breathing heavily as if he was out off breath.
"Max is that you?" Carmlien tries to go in but Rayn stopped her "Carm wait" then suddenly Max tries to walk to the but is feeling weak and collapse to the ground "Max?" Rayn and Carmlien quickly picked him off the ground Rayn puts his Jacket onto Max's crystal arm then they carried him to Carmlien's workplace the Blinging Gallery from across the park, and through the alleyway near Gilbert's store then making there way towards the Blinging Gallery.
