She wasn't as excited as the others. As a wealthy lady, she had already seen far more money than this.
"I'm going to buy swords," Kuina said. "It's not bad to have a collection for extra training."
"No!!" Nami snapped instantly. "All the money is mine. Mine, mine, mine! Except for necessities, I'm not giving you even a single Berry!"
She looked genuinely angry when everyone started talking about shopping. But I was sure she would share money with us.
"Let's calm down," I said. "We'll treat our wounds, rest, and have a party first. After that, we'll decide what to do with the money."

After that, we started walking toward Nami's house, but along the way, we noticed the villagers approaching us.
Genzo, along with several villagers, had arrived in a hurry. They were armed with sticks, knives, and other household tools, looking as if they were preparing for a life-or-death battle. But when they saw us safe and unharmed, a collective sigh of relief swept through them.
"Are you all okay?" Genzo asked, concern still clear on his face.
"A few scratches and bruises, but we're all fine."
I then glanced at the girls. Among those who had fought, Kuina, Nojiko, and Lily were completely unscathed. Only Nami and Kaya had minor injuries—just light scratches on their skin.
"That's good to hear," Genzo said with a relieved smile.
"Arlong has been defeated!! You are free!!"
The villagers erupted in cheers. It was as if they were celebrating the end of their long nightmare.
"Let's celebrate this moment! Please, come to our village so we can honor you with the feast!" Genzo said, his voice brimming with pride.
"Yay!! Party!!" Lily shouted enthusiastically. She was bouncing in excitement.
We made our way to Nami's house while the villagers returned to their homes to prepare for the evening celebration. Genzo insisted on a large feast and explained that they would need some time to get everything ready.
Nojiko led the way as we entered the house. "Welcome to my home~"
The interior was simple but warm. There was a living room with a fireplace, a modest kitchen, and two bedrooms. It was clear the house held many memories.
I sat on the sofa in the living room, and Lily and Kaya sat beside me. Nojiko brought a few chairs from the dining table, seating herself, Kuina, and Nami.
"It's a lovely house," I remarked.
"Thank you," Nojiko said with a small smile.
"It holds a lot of memories," Nami added quietly.
"I'm sorry… Some of them must be painful," I said, sensing the weight of the past.
"No, some of them are happy too," Nojiko replied, her eyes gentle.
"I understand how you feel," Kaya said. "My own home is full of memories—my parents, my past… both happy and painful. It's best to focus on the positive."
"Positive for sure," I teased with a grin. "Tonight, I can help you sisters make even happier memories."
"Alex sure can," Kaya said, her tone playful and slightly mischievous.
"You pervert," Kuina muttered. She was glaring at me with a mocking tone.
The girls giggled, though Nami remained silent, her gaze fixed on Nojiko. She seemed to be seriously considering my suggestion.
"Nami… do you want to make some happy memories?" Nojiko teased while looking at Nami with a sly smile. It was unclear whether she was joking or serious.

"Don't worry, everyone," I said, raising my hands. "Let's just focus on the party for now."
