Chapter 1 - THE BEGINNING

On July 24th, a child was born into an ordinary family. His father named him Terrmomix.

The father was overjoyed to have a son, but the mother didn't feel the same. She didn't want him — she wouldn't even look him in the eyes.

The reason? No one knows. Perhaps she simply never wanted a child.

Days passed, and while his father was delighted to care for his newborn, the mother barely fed him. Time went on, and Terrmomix's father hoped his wife would eventually change and accept the child.

Sadly, that never happened.

Eventually, the mother grew tired of Terrmomix and abandoned him without hesitation, leaving him with no maternal figure.

Fortunately, his father didn't abandon him. He stayed by Terrmomix's side, supporting him and caring for him with love — like a true father who cherishes his son.

As the years went by, Terrmomix turned four. During that time, his father met a woman completely different from the boy's biological mother.

She was kind, loving, intelligent, and beautiful — the perfect wife.

Terrmomix's father married her, and she became his adoptive mother. From the very beginning she grew attached to Terrmomix, caring for him with genuine affection as if he were her own flesh and blood.

Little by little, Terrmomix's father overcame the pain of his past relationship and began living a happy, peaceful life with his new wife and his child by his side.

Terrmomix also grew fond of her, seeing her as his true mother. Since he had been only a baby when his biological mother abandoned him, he did not remember her at all.

Life became warm and joyful.

Their days were filled with laughter, outings, and love. They cared for Terrmomix deeply — and Terrmomix loved them just as much.

His life was perfect… until everything changed.

When Terrmomix turned seven, his adoptive mother became gravely ill. She needed constant rest and medication. Her body grew too weak to play with him anymore.

Terrmomix stayed by her side every day, and his father helped her bathe, eat, and move around.

One night, she urgently needed her medication, but they had run out at home.

So Terrmomix's father left at midnight to buy more.

While driving, the car lights suddenly went out, and the brakes stopped responding.

He collided with another vehicle, and his car fell off a cliff, ending his life.

Hours passed. Terrmomix and his mother waited for him… but he never came back.

The next morning, the news reported the accident. Terrmomix and his mother immediately recognized the car.

There were no remains left of his father.

Terrmomix broke down in tears as his mother held him tightly, trying to comfort him.

With his mother sick and bedridden, Terrmomix would go out seeking help, but no one paid attention to him. He did everything he could to take care of her.

But one day, his mother's body could no longer endure.

Terrmomix knew it — he knew he was about to lose someone he loved again.

He hugged her tightly, refusing to let go, refusing to let her leave for the heavens.

His mother embraced him gently and lovingly as she said:

"I'm so happy you were my son, my dear Terrmomix. Even though I wasn't your biological mother, I want you to know that I love you, and I always will."

She spoke through her tears, knowing Terrmomix was only a child… and he would be left alone once again.

Terrmomix cried uncontrollably, unable to accept the reality.

"You're strong and brave, even at your young age," she continued.

"I know you will become even stronger — the strongest in the world. Your father and I will watch over you from the sky."

She gave him one last kiss, closed her eyes… and passed away.

Terrmomix wept and wept. He was just a child who wanted his parents by his side.

Life had struck him harder than any child should endure.

He cried for hours until he no longer had tears left. His expression emptied, leaving only a blank stare.

After an entire day without moving, he finally stood up and walked toward the door.

His only hope now was his grandparents.

He left his home and walked to their house. When he arrived, they welcomed him with open arms, aware of the unbearable pain he was going through — especially for someone so young.

Terrmomix spent five years with his grandparents, trying to heal from his past… until life struck him again.

His grandparents passed away due to old age, leaving Terrmomix alone once more.

With nowhere else to go, he wandered the streets without purpose — until he saw a flyer on a streetlight post. It read:

"Do you want to make your family and country proud?

Then come join Arkan Academy.

Only the strongest earn the privilege of being here.

We await you. There is no cost of any kind."

Terrmomix stared at the flyer for a few seconds.

With nothing left to lose, he tore it from the pole and looked at it with determination.
