The battle dragged on for a bit, but the moment that Aren summoned his shadows, they managed to handle the situation easily, ripping the hands off everyone and destroying the bracelets.
After that came the real difficult aspect, killing everyone that was there. Even if they had been mutated into creatures, they had been human before.
