Scarlett glanced at her.
"If I didn't know about this, I wouldn't have gotten involved. But now that I know, I can't just sit here and pretend I didn't hear anything."
Kiara raised an eyebrow.
"So, what exactly do you intend to do? Did you forget that this isn't the Leon Empire? And how many people are you planning to save?"
She gestured vaguely toward the door through which Moira had left.
"If every servant under Lady Moira is suffering, would you save all of them?"
Scarlett gave her a small smirk.
"No. You don't need to do anything, and you don't need to get involved in this matter at all. I'll take care of it myself."
Kiara looked at her with growing curiosity.
Scarlett continued, "It's just the life of a servant. I may not have the authority to interfere with everything Moira does, but I can certainly ask His Majesty for a favor. I can request that he place a servant under my command."
She paused, allowing her words to settle.
