Chapter 1: Ungrateful
"Our food and water will only last for a little over a week!"
In a school warehouse in Jiangcheng, a group of people were gathered together, all of their faces heavy with worry.
Among them, a middle-aged man wearing gold-rimmed glasses, who seemed to be the eldest, continued to speak:
"For everyone to survive, we must send someone out to search for food and water!"

Everyone looked at each other, their faces etched with solemnity and fear.
The middle-aged man was the school's dean of academic affairs.
The others were all students who had survived in the school.

This person was Chen Kun, a well-known "tall, rich, and handsome" guy at the school. Before all this, he was someone everyone fawned over.

To go out was to die!

Watching as everyone raised their hands one after another in agreement with Chen Kun's proposal, Xiao Yi's heart turned to ice.
