Chapter 131 - Chapter -131-Jessica’s Dream

Jessica had always been the kind of person who put everyone else first;Lucas, the twins, the house, the countless little responsibilities that filled her days. But one quiet afternoon, as she folded the freshly washed baby clothes she had sewn herself, something flickered inside her. A thought. A want. A dream she had never dared to say out loud.

It was Seya's boutique that finally nudged her forward. Watching Seya step into a world she created with her own hands made Jessica wonder if there was still a piece of herself she hadn't discovered yet. So later that evening, when the twins finally nodded off and the house settled into peaceful silence, she found Lucas in the living room and sat beside him, fingers nervously twisting the edge of her sleeve.

"Lucas… I want to tell you something," she began, her voice soft, uncertain.

He looked at her immediately, sensing the seriousness in her tone. "What is it, love?"

With a shy breath, she pulled out a small basket filled with tiny knitted sweaters, hats, and socks;each piece crafted with delicate precision. "I've been thinking… maybe I could start a small online store. Just something simple. Handmade baby clothes." Her cheeks warmed with embarrassment. "I know it sounds silly. I just ;I want something that's mine." 😔

Lucas didn't speak right away. Instead, he picked up one of the tiny sweaters, running his thumbs over the little pearl buttons she had sewn one by one. When he looked back up, his eyes held that same admiration he had felt the first time he saw her hold Kiara and Kaira.

"Jessica," he said softly, "this isn't silly. This is beautiful. You are beautiful. And you should do this." 🧣🧤

Before she could respond, another voice spoke from the hallway.

"I'll build the website for you." 🤟

Kian stepped inside, leaning gently against the wall with a warm smile. He had overheard their conversation, but instead of embarrassment, Jessica felt an unexpected swell of pride.

Her dream;small, fragile, and only just born suddenly felt real.

And somewhere inside her, a spark lit, whispering that this was just the beginning.🧦
