The team and Togata arrive at the mansion site as the builders have just finished with the fence.
One of them notices and immediately turns to greet him.
''Mister Toriyama! It's a pleasure!''. The builder says as he goes over to him.
Togata responds with a smile. ''I told you don't call me that, it was my dad's name, plus I'm younger than you''.
''Of course mister Togata''. The builder says correcting himself. ''Who are they?''.
''Close friends''. Togata replies. ''So any issues?''.
''Well I'm glad you came because...We do have some issues''. The builder says as he ushers him into the estate, the grass partly finished as the mansion stands just in framework.
The builder shows Togata some numbers on a screen. ''The landscaping is almost done, and we've set the mansions foundation and framework according to your specifications, but just that, we actually...''.
''What is it, c'mon it's alright''. Togata says.
''We need more money, I swear I'm not lying sir, it's just this place is quite big''. The builder says.
Togata sighs. ''No worries, stop building for now, and tell the workers they'll get paid as quickly as possible''.
''Of course sir, sorry about the delay''. The builder says.
''Not sir, Togata''. Togata says with a smile. ''And by the way, it's no problem, you've worked hard and deserve your wages, thank you for everything''.
Togata smiles as he shakes his hand and bows.
The man is almost moved to tears. ''Your welcome sir! I mean mister Togata, it's a pleasure! We'll see each other soon for now I have to head home''.
''Of course take care''. Togata replies.
The man leaves as so do the other builders and Togata goes into the uncompleted mansion looking around worried as he sighs.
Momo notices and tries to lighten the mood. ''Psh, that dude must have really liked your handshake, he looked like he was gonna cry, maybe I should try it mister Toriyama''. She says sarcastically rushing over to shake his hand.
Togata smiles as he picks up a piece of stone. ''Yeah yeah, he's a really good man, I like working with honest people like him''.
''Woah this place is huge, we last came here in the night so I guess we didn't notice it's size''. Jiji says looking around.
''So the rumors are true...You do live in a mansion....WHY...Eh ehm, I suppose it is pretty cool''. Kinta says controlling himself.
Togata laughs as the team walk around.
''Togata, your house is big!''. Vamola says.
''Eh ehm''. Tick says clearing his throat obviously.
''It is yours well Tick''. Vamola corrects.

''If you guys like it so much when it's done you can come over anytime''. Togata says.
''Yes!...Eh ehm well of course since we are comrades I suppose an open house plan is effective''.
''Yeah you better invite us over some time even my grandma wants to see it''. Momo says.

''Woah, how did you remember how to build this place''. Okarun asks.

Togata sighs. ''Jiji stop it, Tick is as alive as any of us''. He says with low energy almost like he's chanting something he has memorized.

''But like you aren't there are some things someone alive has that you don't''. Jiji comments.
''Like what?!''. Tick replies.

''Oh my god''. Everyone sighs laughing a bit.
Jiji bursts into laughter as Tick just floats away.

Jiji follows him. ''Hey where are you going, oh c'mon Tick you know that was a good one, I reeeeeeled ya in and everything''. Jiji says making dolphin noises.
''Okarun look at this, hehe''. Momo says as she draws in the wet cement laughing devilishly.
''Miss Ayase! Don't do that to Togata's house!''. Okarun whispers worried as he rushes over to try to fix it.
Suddenly Togata hears something as he sees a small foot hiding behind a piece of wood.
He walks over to investigate as he lifts up the being.
''YA BASTARD LET GO OFF ME!''. Turbo Granny shouts.
''Turbo granny! What are you doing here!?''. Okarun asks.
''Well since ya idiots were being so loud I decided I'd follow ya and see this mansion with my own two eyes''. Turbo Granny says.
Togata drops her as she lands.
''Damn cat why'd you follow us?''. Aira asks.
''Who the hell's asking you're not the owner''. Turbo Granny replies.
''Uhhg!'', Aira gasps dramatically.
''Foul mouthed cat''. Tick comments.
''Shit for brains ghost''. Turbo Granny replies.
''Hmph!''. Tick says.
''I'm not so sure I'm comfortable with a murderous spirit knowing where I live''. Togata jokes.
''Ha! You better not be comfortable, one of these days I might pay ya a visit''. Turbo granny replies.
''Great''. Togata comments sarcastically.
Aira transforms as she steps on Turbo granny. ''Just say the word and I'll kick her ass all the way back to Momo's!''.
''Get of me ya bitch!''. Turbo Granny shouts.
''It's alright''. Togata says as he transforms jumping upwards to check the second floor.
Aira lets go off Turbo granny as she jumps after Togata using her hair to sling upwards.
Togata sits on a beam as he assesses the house.
''Psh that shit stain is lucky you're feeling merciful today for some reason''. Aira says sarcastically.
''Uh huh''. Togata replies blandly still focusing on what he's doing.
''So did they actually do a good job or are they taking advantage of you?''. Aira asks hanging alongside him with her hair arms crossed.
''They did a good job''. Togata replies blandly.
Aira notices something as she stares at him. ''The earth is flat''.
''Uh hu...Wait what?''. Togata asks.
''Psh I knew you weren't listening to me!''. Aira says.
''I was...Just my mind is a bit occupied, sorry I guess''. Togata replies.
''Well.....Apology accepted''. Aira says as the two fall down landing.
''Alright let's go everyone, I'm starving''. Togata jokes as he walks out.
''I second that''. Momo says as she walks out after him.
Okarun stays behind still trying to finish fixing the wet cement only to make it worse.
''Okarun what are you doing back there? Are you coming?''. Togata asks.
''Hahaha! Yeah I'm coming!''. Okarun replies as he walks out.
''So...Why'd is it taking you so long to finish the house? Is it just a money thing?''. Aira asks.
''Basically''. Togata replies.
''I thought you were like loaded...Where's all your money going huh? C'mon tell me...''. Momo says bumping into him.
''Stop your interrogation miss Momo!''. Tick says.
''Yeah blue kid answer the question, what spending it on some medication to grow some hair on your balls! Hehehe''. Turbo Granny comments.
Togata stares down at her and sighs. ''It's going somewhere that's for sure''. Togata jokes ignoring it.

Momo thinks for a bit. ''Oh there...Really?''.

''Even when you have to build your own house...You are like a really nice guy...I'm not buying it though''. Momo jokes.
''Can't people just be good without wanting anything else in return?''. Togata asks running a hand through his hair.

''Hmm, I have confirmed that you have trust issues miss Momo''. Tick says.
''Huh say that again!?''. Momo says pissed.

''What are you guys talking about? Where's his money going?''. Aira asks interrogatively.

She repeatedly kicks his leg.

''And you don't even have an ounce of shame!''. Momo says kicking him again.
Togata just laughs as he watches them.
Meanwhile Aira stares at him thinking.
