The steps to the temple were stained with black mana. The air was heavy, smelling of ozone and charred iron.
Raiden walked up the stairs, hands in his pockets.
Behind him, Ritsuka, Mash, and Caster (Cu) struggled to keep up with the oppressive pressure radiating from the top.
At the summit, she waited.
A knight in blackened armor, her face pale, her eyes burning gold. She held a sword wrapped in shadows - Excalibur Morgan.
Saber Alter: "You are not a Servant. You are a hole in the world."
She raised her sword.
"If you take another step, I will incinerate you."
Raiden took a step.
"I like my meat well-done," Raiden smirked. "Go ahead. Cook me."
Saber Alter didn't hesitate. She swung the sword downward.
"Excalibur... MORGAN!"
A pillar of black light, dense enough to warp gravity, blasted toward Raiden. This was the same attack that had corrupted the city. It was pure magical destruction.
Mash: "Senpai! Raiden-san! That's an A++ Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm!"
Raiden didn't block.
He opened his mouth. The void of Azathoth manifested not just in his palm, but in his throat.
[Void God Azathoth: Gluttony Mode - Black Hole Bite]
The beam hit his face.
And was swallowed.
The roar of the attack was silenced instantly. The black light spiraled down Raiden's throat like a milkshake.
Gulp.
Raiden wiped his mouth.
"Rich," Raiden commented. "Dark chocolate. High cocoa percentage. Bitter, but it leaves a sweet aftertaste."
Saber Alter froze. Her sword, usually infinite in mana, sputtered.
"You... you ate the light of the King?"
Raiden appeared in front of her instantly.
He grabbed Excalibur Morgan's blade with his bare hand.
"The sword looks tasty too."
CRUNCH.
He bit a chunk out of the legendary blackened holy sword.
Saber Alter stepped back, her composure finally breaking. "You—!"
Raiden punched her in the stomach.
[Bael Art: Destruction - Non-Lethal]
BOOM.
Saber Alter collapsed, coughing up bile. Her armor shattered. She lay defeated on the stone tiles.
"I'm full on metal," Raiden looked down at her. "So I'll spare you. Go find a burger joint."
Raiden walked past the fallen King to the Corrupted Greater Grail. It was a mass of black mud bubbling with curses.
"The Wish Granter," Raiden licked his lips. "It looks like soup."
Nyx: [Warning. The Grail is sentient. It has detected your intent to consume it. It is initiating Emergency Defense Protocol.]
"Defense?" Raiden reached out.
The Black Mud screamed.
"REJECT! REJECT! THE EATER COMES! SUMMONING COUNTER-FORCE! SUMMONING APEX ENTITIES!"
The Grail didn't summon shadow servants this time. It ripped open holes in the Throne of Heroes and the Lostbelts, desperate to find anything that could kill Raiden.
Two massive pillars of light exploded from the mud.
One was Golden.
One was Prismatic Blue.
Nyx: [Alert. High-Level Spirit Origins detected. Class: Divine Spirit. Class: Fairy Knight. Power Levels: Catastrophic.]
From the Golden Pillar, a woman descended.
She had black hair (using the body of Rin Tohsaka), red eyes, and was floating on a massive golden bow Maanna. She was adorned in gold and jewels.
Ishtar, the Goddess of Venus.
"Who dares summon the Great Ishtar?!" she shouted, hair flipping. "I was busy counting my gems! This better be worth my time!"
She looked around the ruined temple.
"Ugh! It smells like mud! Where is the offering? Where is the gold?"
Her eyes landed on Raiden.
Specifically, they landed on the Golden Aura radiating from his [Lust] skill.
To Ishtar, Raiden didn't look like a dragon. He looked like a walking, talking pile of infinite treasure.
"Oh my," Ishtar floated down, her eyes turning into yen signs. "You... you have a very shiny soul. Are you rich? You look rich."
From the Prismatic Blue Pillar, a smaller figure launched out like a jet fighter.
She wore white armor that looked like a dragon's scales. She had short white hair and eyes that held the depth of a horizon.
Melusine (Fairy Knight Lancelot). The remnant of the Great Dragon Albion.
She landed, cracking the temple foundation. Her wings, made of energy, twitched.
"I sensed it," Melusine whispered. Her gaze locked onto Raiden instantly.
She ignored Ritsuka. She ignored Ishtar.
She walked straight to Raiden.
She sniffed him.
"The heartbeat," Melusine said, her voice trembling with intensity. "Stronger than Albion. Darker than the horizon. You... you are the Strongest Dragon."
Raiden looked at the two new arrivals.
[Nyx Analysis]
[Target 1: Ishtar. Goddess of Beauty/War. Weakness: Gems, Greed.]
[Target 2: Melusine. Dragon Fairy. Weakness: Strong Lovers, seeking her 'Other Half'.]
Raiden smiled.
"The Grail sent me takeout? No..."
He released his Pheromones.
[Lust: Sovereign's Attraction - Maximum Output]
"It sent me dessert."
Ishtar felt the wave of charisma hit her.
"W-Wait!" Ishtar blushed, floating closer involuntarily. "Why is my heart beating so fast? You... you aren't just rich! You're... kind of my type!"
She landed in front of him, trying to look haughty but failing.
"I-I demand a tribute! Give me 50% of your soul's treasury, and I might consider... letting you worship me!"
Raiden reached into his Imaginary Space. He pulled out a massive Diamond (loot from the Demon Realm). It was the size of a basketball.
He tossed it to Ishtar.
"Here. A down payment."
Ishtar caught it. She drooled. "R-Real?! It's flawless!"
She looked at Raiden. The greed mixed with the lust.
"Okay! You're hired! You're my Master! Or I'm your Goddess! Whatever! Just keep the gems coming!"
Meanwhile, Melusine didn't ask for gems.
She grabbed Raiden's hand and placed it on her armored chest, right over her heart.
"Do you feel it?" Melusine asked, her eyes intense. "My Spirit Origin is resonating. You are the Dragon I've been waiting for."
She hugged his waist, burying her face in his coat.
"I claim you. You are my lover. My sheath. My horizon."
Mio and Kurumi watched from the stairs, horrified.
"He's been here for five minutes!" Kurumi screamed. "And he already picked up a Goddess and a Loli-Dragon?!"
Maria was taking notes furiously. "Ishtar equals Sugar Daddy dynamic. Melusine equals Apex Predator Bonding. Interesting!"
Raiden patted Melusine's head (she purred like a jet engine) and ignored Ishtar fawning over the diamond.
He turned back to the Grail.
"Okay. Distractions over."
The Grail panicked even more. "WAIT! I GAVE YOU WAIFUS! WHY ARE YOU STILL HUNGRY?!"
"I have a separate stomach for waifus and power," Raiden opened his mouth.
[Void God Azathoth: Reality Devour]
He bit the air.
The Black Mud, the Grail System of Fuyuki, and the Singularity's core were sucked into the void.
SLURP.
The sky cracked. The red flames of Fuyuki turned white. The Singularity was collapsing.
Dr. Romani (Hologram): "He ate the Grail! The Singularity is resolving! But... wait! Those two Servants aren't disappearing!"
Raiden looked at Ishtar and Melusine.
"You two. We're leaving."
Ishtar clung to his right arm. "I'm going where the diamonds are!"
Melusine clung to his left arm. "I'm going where my lover is."
Raiden sighed.
"My arms are heavy."
He looked at Ritsuka.
"Hey, kid. You have a base, right? Chaldea?"
"Y-Yes!" Ritsuka stammered.
"Good. We're crashing there. I hope your cafeteria is stocked."
Location: Chaldea - Summoning Room
Time: 2016 (Post-Singularity F)
The Rayshift triggered.
Raiden, his original harem (Mio, etc.), and his new acquisitions (Ishtar, Melusine) materialized.
Olga Marie stood there, jaw dropped.
"You... you brought unauthorized civilians! And Rogue Servants! And a giant robot?!" (The Gigas Machina appeared in the corner).
Raiden looked around the pristine white room.
He sniffed.
"Sterile. Smells like coffee and stress."
Melusine glared at everyone in the room. "Don't look at my lover. Or I'll bomb you."
Ishtar was already inspecting the walls. "Is this titanium? Can I sell it?"
Raiden walked up to Olga Marie.
"I'm Raiden. I eat Singularities."
He patted his stomach.
"And right now, I want curry."
