Fiora enthusiastically explained to the beastmen everything they needed to prepare before starting to farm.
From securing easy access to water, finding suitable plots of land, to dividing tasks among everyone.
Valeo then took over, outlining the division of labor in broad terms. Fiora had suggested appointing a leader for each division, but Rivo, who had overheard the plan earlier in the cave, explained that choosing leaders like that wouldn't work.
To them, a leader was someone who had to do everything alone. The one who suffered the most.
The idea of appointing division leaders was abandoned.
"The hunting team will remain the same as before," Valeo said.
"The construction team will consist of beastmen with large builds and great strength who are not part of the hunting team. The rest will join the farming team."
