Book signing...
Eugene really never thought about it. When Ella and Arthur brought it up, he just took it as a joke. Honestly, how many movies were made from unpublished manuscripts and then turned into books? Eugene didn't think those who watched the movie would still be interested in reading it—after all, didn't they already know the story?
But then again, there must be a reason why the publisher was confident about it, even though Eugene couldn't understand it.
Frankly, he still couldn't understand how his book could become a bestseller. Did someone he knew buy the books in bulk? Sophie? Arthur?
"Do people...really want that?"
"You seem to underestimate the movie's popularity too much," Julia smiled at Eugene's clear disbelief. "It might not be the movie of the year, but it's still number one in May and June."
Eugene scratched the back of his head. "No, I mean...do people who already watch the movie still interested in reading the books?"
