Shaping.Transforming.The heroes watched in horror.Light whispered "No… it can't be."Thomas asked, "What is that?"Light didn't blink."It's the Beast of the Heavens… the dragon."Thomas and Edwin's eyes widened as Lucifer's aura formed into a giant dragon, hundreds of feet tall bigger than any building ever made.The dragon roared the entire earth shook flames pouring from its mouth.Lucifer stood inside the dragon's chest, controlling it."Now you heroes will see what TRUE POWER IS!"Thomas and Edwin rushed forward.Light yelled, "WAIT!"Too late.The dragon unleashed a wave of fire the heroes dodged, splitting apart."Split up!" Edwin shouted.Thomas went right.Edwin went left.The dragon's dark tail swung smashing Edwin and sending him flying.Then the dragon leapt into the air breathing fire across the battlefield.Thomas screamed:"EVERYONE TAKE COVER!"Ace and Water grabbed wounded heroes and ran.Albert followed. The army of humanity fled in terror.Even Lucifer's demons ran caught in the crossfire of flames.Thomas punched the dragon's leg a mighty blow but the dragon swatted him like a fly, sending him flying hundreds of feet.Light tried to run but his legs were barely working.The dragon landed in front of him.Lucifer's voice echoed:"My son… you chose your fate the moment you betrayed me. Now die."A massive fireball blasted Light engulfing him.Light screamed:"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"Edwin sprinted in grabbed Light burning his own clothes and skin in the process. He dragged Light away, threw dirt on him, trying to smother the flames.Light screamed until the fire finally went out.He lay unconscious burnt, barely breathing but alive.Edwin looked at him."Fire‑resistant clothes… you smart bastard."Thomas stood slowly watching the dragon burn humans and demons alike.Humanity's last warriors were scrambling.Riot and Stuart yelled:"It's coming!"Everyone grabbed wounded bodies, running for their lives.The dragon flew overhead breathing fire burning anyone too slow to escape.Thomas screamed:"NO!"He watched humanity's last hope burn.He fell to his knees."What can I do…?
