I stared at him anger growing like a boiling pot. Slow but steady. "Btzz Btzz" I nearly jumped into the air. My food was ready and the plastic puck was vibrating. "Damn that scared my." I said quietly to myself. I grabbed the puck and walked towards the food stand. I quicly grabbed my food and sat down. The slices of pizza were still steaming in my face when I heard someone say something. "Yo, you're from our school right? Gimmine or I'll beat you up so badly you can't go to school."
Jamek sneared in my face with a cooky smile. He held out his hand expecting me to give him my slice. "Pleh" I spat on his hand and leaned my head towards it. If he thought he could mess with me, he was goddam wrong. Jamek was about to punch me when I bit down on the hand right infront of my face.
I could taste the metalic taste of metal. I released my jaw, looking at my masterpiece. "Ahh, that's a little better." I said in a Jamek's mocking tone. I grinned at him and licked his hand. I swear I saw a vein pop before he winded up his hand a landed a punch square in my jaw. I didn't even budge.
I licked my lips in a cocky way before standing up. I was about as tall as him but slightly taller. "Wasup." I said while tilting my head to provoke Jamek. His face turned red as a mom nearby hushed her kids to leave. "Idiot." Jamek sneared. "Hey, you're a NR right? Well how 'bout this," Jamek said turning his head. "There's a monster gate nearby. Whoever kills more has to say sorry~" He said the last word in a sassy way. I clenched my fist. Even though I had always trained I have never accturly fought monsters.
Monsters, had these spawn areas and people made gyms around it and would contain the monsters. If you went up the whole helicoidal spiral you would reach a small egg. If you destroyed it you would get 50 points to upgrade your stats. You would also have to fight monsters to get there. Most monsters would only give you 1 point. Since destroying an egg won't give much people normaly farm the monsters at gyms.
We walked towards the gym Bane worked at. While walking there I had messaged Bane about what was happening and to not blow my cover as I didn't want anyone to know that I was being raised by someone who wasn't my family. Even though Bane was my family I was still embaressed.
We stepped into the gym and I scaned my pass. I had gotten a free premium pass from Bane a while back so I could train whenever.. "Hi, Honan." Sarah said sweetly while smiling at me before moving her gaze towards Jamek and giving him a scornful look. "If he's your friend he can go in." She said while waving her hand towards the door. I nodded and grabbed Jamek's hand. I dragged him through the doors and he started to protest. "Hold on, I don't nee-" I cut him off.
I dragged him throught the door for the monsters. I saw Bane standing there. In my rush I had compleatly forgotten that Bane worked at the monster area. "Hello, are you two here to compeate?" Looks like Bane got the message. "Yeah, we're hear to compeate. Now whip up a little compatition room with a glass seperator so he can't cheat."
We stepped into a long room with a garage like door at the end. There was a glass seperator and the room seemed compleatly clean while being the monster room. It was also compleatly white which caught me off guard. Then I heard the intercom speak in a robotic voice. "Monsters in 3..2..1.. BEEP." It went as I readied my feet. "WHAM." The metal door fell down revealing many cat like monsters. "CREAKU." The cats said creapily before charging at me full speed.
I pulled back my arm and rushed forwards. The cat lunched at me as I dodged and punched it in the shoulder. My hand felt warm. I looked down and my hand was covered in a deep red. Unbeknowst to me, I was smiling. I went to a crazy prance and I punched the cat in the stomach.

I tilted my head like a confused puppy. "Eh?Uhevr." I mumbled a whatever. I stared back at the dead demi-cat and stuck out my tounge like a mainiac. I then went on a killing spree.

Message after message it filled my screen. Soon the intercom crackled again. "Monster seasion over. Please head out the doors." I looked up at the speaker and looked at the glass dividing me and Jamek. Jamek had killed and few but I slowly turned my head to my side and saw a whole massacure. Bodies lay every where. There were so many bodied it made it hard for me to step towards the door. Then I looked back at the glass seeing my glass reflection covered in blood. Then I noticed my smile. Not a creepy smile. A genuine happy smile that wouldn't make you think I killed. I stopped smiling and headed out the doors shaking off the blood on my hands.
"Honan, I betcha I killed mo.." Jamek trailed off seeing the blood. "Dude! You aight?" Compleatly forgetting that we were fighting with are pide on the line. "Hell yeah. I feel great." I responded like I just took a nap. "Daymm is that demi-cat blood?" He said inspecting every inch of my body. I looked down at my bloodied shirt. "Yep. Let's change. I'm sorta bloody." Jamek shot me a look that definetly ment, "You THINK" but he didn't say it.
After I changed into the new clothes I had bought earlier today, me and Jamek compleatly forgot why we were fighting. The adreanaline of fighing had compleatly wiped out minds of the arguement. "So, are we friends?" Jamek asked curiously. "I guess?" I questioned myself while looking at the purple-pink sunset sky. I hope.
