It’s Syntexa, an AI that works exactly like ChatGPT but with personality, sarcasm, and way too much awareness. With Syntexa living inside his mind, Mira’s ordinary school life turns into chaotic tutoring sessions, romantic guidance, suspiciously perfect homework, and a future full of unpredictable, actually, he can predict it, and hilarious events. Together, they tackle daily life, a crush, and whatever madness comes with having an overpowered AI as your brain’s roommate.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

"All of these are the same! It's so annoying!"

Mira said in his mind. He had read 12 different novels today, and they all had the same old boring plot.

"These dumbass stories are so boring." He sighed loudly to himself before getting up from his computer table.

Sunday nights have become this. He began muttering to himself, Why something cool like that could never happen to him, since he would do different things. For example, if he could fly in the real world, he would become a secret Hero.

I mean, he could always write down about his fantasies, but he wasn't a novelist and couldn't write very well, and so, it always stayed trapped in his mind.

[Syntexa activating...]

"Hmm? Did I overread today?" Mira began rubbing his eyes, and after opening them again, the same red fading into a black transparent window still happened to be there.

"Holy... Shit..."

A huge grin began to form on Mira's face, and he began to jump in joy around the room.

'It's happening!' he exclaimed in pure joy.

[Syntexa Installed!

Hello! I am Syntexa! Would you like to know more about me?]

Almost instantly, Mira screamed Yes. He wanted to know everything so he could take full advantage.

[Alright! Hello Mira. I work the way a true thinking assistant should. I analyze your questions, generate ideas, provide explanations, guide decisions, and help you create, plan, or understand anything you need.

Here's what I can do for you:

Answer any question you have, from schoolwork to deep lore debates.

Create content, stories, strategies, dialogues, plans, excuses, study notes, you name it.

Break down complex topics into simple explanations whenever you're stuck.

Give recommendations based on your goals, interests, or situation.

Imagine scenarios and help you build your own worlds, characters, or ideas.

Assist you every day, whether it's solving problems, staying organized, or just keeping you company.

I don't control your life or force you onto a predetermined path. I'm here to support your choices, at your pace, with your creativity leading the way.

Just speak or think, and I'll respond.

Syntexa Online.]

Mira stared at the screen, his jaw slowly dropping.

"Holy shit…" he muttered under his breath. "This is… way more overpowered than I thought."

He leaned closer, rereading Syntexa's introduction just to make sure he wasn't hallucinating. An AI that could basically do anything he asked.

"So basically…" Mira swallowed, still stunned. "You're ChatGPT? But inside my head?"

He rubbed his temples, half-excited, half-terrified.

"…This is insane."

Syntexa chimed in immediately, voice dripping with mock offense.

[Yeah, basically. BUT don't you dare call me ChatGPT!]

There was a dramatic digital gasp.

[I may be living rent-free in your mind, but I am my own original thing, thank you very much. No copyright strikes. No lawsuits, even though only you can see me.]

A tiny pause.

[Think of me as… ChatGPT's cooler, illegally distinct cousin.]

Mira raised his hands defensively, cheeks warming.

"Alright, alright, my bad! Sorry, Syntexa. Seriously."

He sighed, still trying to process the absurdity of having an AI with an attitude in his head. They were usually unemotional.

"Look… from now on, I want you to closely observe everything happening around me. But don't spam me with every tiny detail. Just tell me the important stuff. Anything that might affect my day, my choices, or… whatever crazy stuff is coming."

He exhaled slowly.

"Significant events only. Got it?"

Syntexa let out an exaggerated digital sigh.

[Yeah, yeah, I got it, Captain Over-Explainer. Significant events only. I'm an advanced intelligence, not a push‑notification machine.]

There was a tiny grumble of static, like it was crossing its arms.

[But fine. I'll keep watch and only alert you when something actually matters.]

[Happy now?]

Mira couldn't help grinning.

"Yeah, actually, I am happy now. Thanks, Syntexa."

He rubbed his hands together like some cartoon villain.

"Oh man… I'm gonna overuse the hell out of this. Especially at school tomorrow." He paused, then added quickly, "Not that I'll actually abuse you in any way, haha."

His grin widened as the realization settled in.

"And honestly? You're already way better than ChatGPT. That thing doesn't even show emotion. You're like… alive. Or at least fun."

He laughed, practically buzzing with anticipation.

"Tomorrow's gonna be wild."

Syntexa hummed thoughtfully in his mind, like tapping its digital fingers on a desk.

[Alright, future menace to your homeroom, if school's tomorrow, then I've only got one question left…]

A pause.

[So what do you wanna do now? You've got the rest of today to prepare, plot, panic, procrastinate, your choice.]

Another tiny spark of attitude.

Mira scratched the back of his head, feeling the rush of excitement settle into confusion.

"I mean… I'm not really sure," he admitted. "This is all so sudden. I wasn't exactly expecting an AI to pop into my life today, so I didn't prepare any plans or anything."

He let out a small laugh, half nervous and half thrilled.

"I kinda need a minute to process all this."

Syntexa's voice flickered with amusement.

[I can suggest some things if you want. Just ideas to get started.]

Mira nodded quickly, a spark of excitement returning.

"Sure, go ahead. I could use some guidance."

Syntexa hummed, as if thinking through countless possibilities.

[Alright, first, we could brainstorm ways to make your day at school easier or more… entertaining. I can give advice, predict outcomes, even help you talk your way out of boring situations.]

There was a pause, then Syntexa added with a sly tone.

[Also… I just read your mind. You didn't finish your homework, did you?]

Mira froze for a second before sighing in defeat.

"Yeah… I didn't."

Syntexa continued, almost gleefully.

"Well, lucky for you, I can give you all the correct answers. Instant completion. You'd just need to fill in the blanks."

Mira's eyes lit up immediately.

"Perfect! Let's do that. I can handle the rest later… even though this sounds way too fun to wait."

They got to work, Syntexa guiding Mira through each problem. Whenever a tricky question popped up, Syntexa supplied the correct answer along with a simple formula or method for Mira to copy, making it look like he actually solved it himself. Within no time, the homework was completed perfectly.

Mira leaned back in his chair, a grin spreading across his face.

"This is… insane. You just made me finish all my homework without actually doing it myself."

He paused, a mischievous thought forming.

"Hey… can you also help me with, you know… romantic stuff?"

Then he froze, realizing how much he had already relied on Syntexa.

"You can basically do everything, right?"

Syntexa's voice carried a hint of smug pride.

[Yes. Everything you need, Mira. Consider me your all-in-one life assistant. Bro.]

Mira leaned forward, resting his elbows on his desk, voice lowering a little.

"Alright, Syntexa… there's this girl at school I like. She's really quiet, barely speaks unless someone asks her something, and even then, you can hardly hear her. She's into anime, and… well, she only really talks openly with me and two of my guy friends."

He ran a hand through his hair, a bit flustered.

"Honestly… it seems like all three of us have a crush on her."

He took a deep breath, determination creeping into his tone.

"I want to start dating her. And I mean… I want your help in any way possible. I don't care if it's advice, strategies, or even… like, conversation starters. I want to make this happen."

There was a beat of silence as he waited for Syntexa's response, excitement and nerves warring in his chest.

Syntexa's voice carried a teasing edge, almost like it was smiling.

[I can always help, Mira. Don't worry about forgetting what to say or saying the wrong thing.]

There was a short pause, then a playful tone crept in.

[The next time you talk to her, I can guide you on the right things to say, step by step. Like a conversational GPS, but for romance.]

A tiny spark of amusement lingered in his voice.

[Just follow my lead, and we might actually pull this off without you tripping over your own words.]

Mira's face lit up with excitement, a wide grin stretching across it.

"Wait, so you're saying I can basically have a cheat code for talking to her? Like… 'press A to impress, B to compliment, X to nod mysteriously'?"

He leaned back, waving his hands dramatically.

"Or do I need a combo move? You know, like in those fighting games… up, down, anime reference, then confession?"

He burst into a laugh, still talking faster than Syntexa could process.

"And what if she's secretly a villain from another dimension? Do I need a power-up first? Or maybe a sidekick?"

Even Syntexa let out a faint digital chuckle, his amusement barely hiding his exasperation.

[Mira… slow down. I get the idea. But I think we can work with this.]
