Time went by quickly, the weather was changing, it was stormier and rainier than usual, darker than before.The person Emma had gone to meet stood her up after making her wait nearly seven hours, she hoped onto her bicycle again to live and go back to her home, passing via the same hill the accident had happened. She rode her bicycle slowly, while shivering and at that same time, Draken who'd somehow managed to survive the blast with severe injuries and blood made it up the hill with great difficultly. Because of the raim drops making it extremely hard for Emma to see, she accidentally crashed into him, her bike hitting his head that he lost consciousness immediately.
"Oh no, sir, sir, are you okay?" Emma scared tried to ask but the man before her looked like he was dead.
"Please don't tell me you're dead please," she hoped and prayed, shaking his hand while calling for help on her phone. No one seemed to answer the phone and no driver could offer to help in such a condition, she had no choice but to carry him to the nearest hospital all by herself.

The moment I woke up today, I knew it'd turn out bad for me. Dad kicked me out of the house, my savings are almost done, the person I expected to helpe get into Oracle stood me up, and the worst part is, I almost killed someone by accident, God knows if the man I picked up is even still alive. I sat silently on the bench by the ER watching as countless patients were brought in and out. Today's storm was worse than ever.
" Excuse me ma'am, the patient has woken up, you can come in and see him." the nurse that had just come out of the ER said. I slowly dragged myself from the bench and entered. The doctor and my picked up patient were already waiting, he had several bandages around his body, especially the head.'Did I really hit him so badly?' he sat still on the bed, watching me like I were some kind of criminal.
"Is he okay doc?" I softly asked, holding onto my crossbag.
"His still under observation but based on the tests, he incurred a servere head injury which might have resulted into partial ammnesia," the doctor replied before he and the nurse headed out.."Sir, I'm so sorry. You're injured because of me, but I didn't mean to do it," I tried apologizing moving closer to him.
"You injured me, you have to pay for it!"he replied coldly.
"Or you can chat with the police" he added gazing at me.
"I already apologized for hitting you, now ypu want to have me arrested! Come on! I even suffered to bring you to the hospital to save your life." I said clearly stating my points.
"I.dont.care you still owe me a huge debt for almost killing me, you have to pay." He replied.
"Curses! I wish you'd died instead" I thought to myself.
"Fine, how much do u want?" I asked. Judging by his looks I'm sure he's not from a well off family, he won't demand that much.
"Can you afford it?" He replied.
"Anything to get you off my back and not threaten me" I said. Anyway, what's the worst that can happen.
"500," he replied.
"500 dollars! That's it, I can pay you right now," I said trying to take out the money from my bag but he cut me off.
"500000 dollars," he added.
"What!!! that's a huge amount! I can't afford it"
