Noel was truly his son.
His pulse quickened as he swiped to the next page. The following report identified Summer as the boy's mother.
A sharp sensation ran through his head.
What he had suspected was now confirmed. Even with the evidence right before him, he struggled to accept it at first.
Gideon reread the report repeatedly, examining every detail with care, until there was no room left for doubt.

"So Noel is our son… mine and Summer's," he murmured, a flicker of joy lighting up his eyes.
