Sophie could only pat her gently and give her a small smile.
Victoria glanced at her daughter, then sighed again.
"Even if—even if I did something wrong to you in the past, after you wake up, I'll explain everything clearly. Whether you forgive me or not will be up to you then. But right now, I really haven't done anything to wrong you, so don't misunderstand me anymore!"
After finishing in one long breath, Victoria finally felt a sense of relief in her heart. But seeing her husband still lying unconscious on the bed, her expression remained deeply worried.
"I believe Uncle Jonathan can hear you. Please don't worry," Sophie comforted her.
Victoria didn't know what else to do and could only give her daughter a wry smile.
"If he just stays like this and never wakes up, what am I supposed to do? I really regret it so much now. Why did I say those things to provoke him that day!"
