She was sitting at our usual spot in a bar, but she had her sleeves rolled up and her hair messed up.
Wow, she was looking pathetic—though she was as beautiful as before, this was Arabella Wright, who was always in her best form.
So what could possibly be a thing to make her look like that?
Marriage, of course.
She chuckled as she saw me, and her gloomy face brightened up a little.
