Silvia was expecting her father to have sympathized with her, but all she heard was a cold sneer, " well I guess your boss finally realized that he didn't need someone like you" Leon said coldly.
" Dad if I've done anything to make you angry at me ,why don't you just tell me, why do you hate me so much?, For goodness sake I am your daughter, your blood is flowing in my veins dad, but why do you treat me like an outcast, what offence have I committed?" She asked with a wry smile.
Leon looked at her with disgust and said " you coming into this world is the offence you committed" .
Silvia closed her eyes as a tear drop fell down her cheek, " fine , but weren't you the one who gave birth to me ?, Isn't it your fault that I came into this world?" She asked.
" It is , and that is what I still regret up till this very day" he replied. Silvia didn't talk to him again, she just turned around and went upstairs to her room.
At night************
Leon was still waiting for Damien to return from work, he waited until 11:00 pm, just when he thought that Damien wasn't coming, he heard the door opened and he saw Damien walking in .
" Young master Wilson" he said respectfully with a smile.
" What are you doing here? " Damien asked coldly, " well young master Wilson, I heard that you don't want to have anything to do with our company again, please why is that so?" Leon asked.
Damien took off his suit and sat down on the sofa with his legs crossed elegantly, Leon then wanted to sit down, but Damien looked at him coldly and said" I didn't say you should sit, stand up".
Leon was actually embarrassed at the way Damien spoke to him " sorry young master Wilson " he apologized.
" I want to cut off ties with your company, because you and your family tricked me" Damien said .
" Young Master Wilson in what way? You know that we will never do such a thing, so can you just kindly tell me how?".
" You changed my bride" he said these four words with a deadly gaze.
Leon gulped down a mouthful of saliva , seeing the way Damien looked at him with murderous intents .
" Young Master Wilson I'm sorry, but we had to do that, my daughter Ruth is sick, she has an heart problem, I don't want you to get married to her , so that you wouldn't end up being a widower" Leon lied.
" You guys are so great at lying" Damien said sarcastically.
" Your daughter said that she was forced , but you are saying, otherwise, which one do you want me to believe?" .
" Don't listen to Silvia, Silvia is a lier, she's not a good girl, she never tells the truth, we never forced her, don't listen to that stupid girl"Leon quickly tried to defend himself.
Damien slammed his fist angrily on the sofa and said angrily" hey don't forget that Silvia is my wife, so you are not allowed to call her names ".
Leon was cut off guard he wasn't expecting, Damien to defend Silvia " but young master Wilson, I don't expect you to have feelings for her, Even though she's my daughter she isn't a good girl, she's slept with different men, just be careful around her" Leon said.
Damien scoffed coldly and said " I will make sure you regret ever tricking me and for running your mouth like a tap in my presence ".
" Young Master Wilson, I'm sorry I just wanted you to be careful around her" .
" Get out of my house now" Damien yelled at him in an authorative tone.
" But....." He couldn't finish his statement when Damien stood up, held his collar and threw him out of the house.
" Young Master Wilson I'm an elderly person, you can't treat me like this , I'm your father in law ".
" I can't respect an elderly person who doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut " Damien replied and slammed the door on his face.
Meanwhile Silvia held everything that was going on downstairs she had actually eavesdropped.
Just as she was about to go back to get room she heard Damien's cold voice" what are you doing here?".
Silvia's footsteps stopped as she turned around to look at Damien, he really was emotionless " I heard your voice , so I decided to come downstairs to see what was going on " she stuttered.
" Listen Silvia, if I ever catch your eavesdropping on my conversation again, it won't be funny, I won't be laughing at that time and neither will you " he said coldly as he walked past her, coldly brushing his shoulders against hers, for someone who was as fragile as Silvia, he applied too much force and she ended up falling down the stair case.
Damien looked back and saw Silvia had fell down the stairs , he looked down and said " let that be a lesson to you", then he went to his study.
Meanwhile Silvia who had fallen from the stairs was in so much pain she closed her eyes and grimaced in pain, she was actually expecting Damien to help her, but he didn't, when she tried to stand up, she felt a sharp pain in her ankle that made her scream and so she ended up sitting on the floor.
