Chapter 1 - ____THE TWO BIRDS___

"Once upon a little myth happened — not just a fable, but a coded reality of a memory,

of decoding and analyzing a real experience on its very way."

Once upon a myth happened, a story began with the universal cycle of the rain —

a remarkable symbol.

A little bird, due to the raining, couldn't reach its shelter.

So it saw an open window of a house —

she went there to stay until the rain stopped.

Inside, there was another bird,

caged in a metal prison — a silver cage.

Let's call them:

Sbird — the bird who flies in the sky.

Cbird — the one caged.

Cbird and Sbird greet each other.

Cbird starts talking to Sbird, and soon they become friends.

But then, Cbird asks a few questions that, before long, turn their talk

into a subtle debate.

Cbird: Where is your owner?

Sbird: Owner? What? I don't have any. I don't need one.

And I don't want to be caged in this very prison

that will never let me fly with freedom.

Cbird: What? You are lying! Wait… what is freedom?

That's just a hoax!

Sbird: Freedom is the living where your beliefs are yours.

You are free — flying in the sky, admiring the world's beauty,

like the rain.

Cbird: Rain? Oh, this water showering?

Sbird: Yeah! It's a cycle of the rain —

it comes through the clouds,

and the clouds are the evaporated water itself.

Cbird: What nonsense! Rain is made by humans.

It's them who make rain, not the clouds.

And why don't you want to have an owner?

What is your belief in?

It's the human — there is no nature; everything is human-made!

Sbird: Oh… okay, okay!

Well, I believe in introspection —

in the free life of exploring,

that I can see the world and learn through it.

Cbird: What introspection! Such nonsense!

I don't have permission to go out of the cage.

It seems you know nothing.

Oh dear, you can come to me for asking —

I will give you the actual answers!

Sbird: We all should respect everyone's beliefs —

and each other's.

"The clouds in the sky are like the heaven of being."

Cbird: That's not what I mean!

Okay, give me answers to the questions I asked!

Sbird: "Introspection is the key to opening the door of wisdom." She let the words hang in the air. "Okay, let it be now. Let's change the topic."

Cbird: Wait, now let me ask you something.

When a gardener plants the seeds of flowers,

does he even know the flowers belong to a specific family of flowers?

So do the butterflies or honeybees know the actual owner of the flowers?

Sbird: Yeah, a gardener who plants knows what seed he is planting.

And if it comes to the butterflies and honeybees —

about knowing the actual owner of the flowers

without seeing or knowing the gardener —

how can they even tell about it?

Cbird: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.

We don't know the source without finding or knowing.

Sbird (in her head):

Wait — is she confused, or what?

She is now debating her own beliefs unconsciously.

First she said everything is made by humans,

and now... hah (sigh)...

she's unconsciously questioning her own thoughts?

Sbird: Oh, let it be now...

Cbird: Okay, but if you have any question,

then come to me. Agreed?

Sbird: Okay, okay. (0.0")

The rain stops.

The weather starts to clear.

The time of Sbird's departure comes —

her destination: the sky,

to live free, without minding Cbird's subtle mockery.

Yet, Cbird's confusion made Sbird amazed,

and made her think —

about how the rain came again, after its cycle.

Sbird: Okay, goodbye.

Wish you a happy life. Take care!

Cbird: Goodbye, my dear friend.

And that's how the blessing ends —

the story of debates with happy words,

with a humble echo.

Sbird flew away into the sky...
