After finishing his work, Damien headed down to the bottom of the ship to rest.
The room he used was more of a storage chamber than a bedroom. It reeked of raw fish, damp wood, and old rope.
Tools were scattered everywhere, barrels were stacked carelessly, and thick coils of rope hung from rusted hooks along the wall.
Despite the horrible environment, Damien remained indifferent.
He pulled a wooden chair close to the shelf—not to sit on it, but to elevate himself. Balancing his weight, he reached up and retrieved a diary resting on top.
Then he sat on the wooden floor and opened it.
It was the diary of the original consciousness—the previous Damien.
He had used it to jot down every bit of information he had about this world.
And now, so would he.
I opened the dairy and began to revise

The world
The Earth of this world was nothing like the one he came from.
Here, the world was an endless shimmering ocean with scattered islands—each one the only place where humans could survive.
Because people were isolated on different islands for centuries, each island developed its own culture and traditions.
That changed when sea travel was invented.
Among the countless tribes, one group advanced faster than the rest:
The Great White Tribe of the West.
They were the first to discover long-distance sea travel by crafting sturdy boats and ships. Over time, their tribe became a kingdom… and eventually an empire.
Their influence spread across the four seas, establishing colonies, ports, and trade routes everywhere.
Then came 'the Void Century'
A mysterious period lost to history, known only through fragmented stories and ruins.
Whatever happened back then reshaped the world.
What came after the Void Century was the current age.
The Current World
Humanity now lived under the heavy influence of the Great White aristocrats.
Most islands were controlled by their military force:
The Seamen.(The navy )
Only a handful of tribes managed to preserve their original culture.
Supernatural abilities existed too—
Rare powers granted by the world itself, known as Blessings.
Blessings were so uncommon that in the First Sea, people considered them nothing more than myths.
The world was divided into four great seas:
---
1. The First Sea
Where common folk lived.
Peaceful, simple, and largely unaware of the supernatural.
2. The Second Sea
"The Sea of Opportunities"
The largest of all seas.
Filled with countless islands, tribes, traditions, cultures, and resources.
A place full of danger and potential.
3. The Third Sea "The Heavenly Sea"
The smallest and most mysterious sea.
Its location was unknown.
It was where the nobles and royals of the Great White Empire lived, isolated from the rest of the world.
---
4. The Fourth Sea — "Sea of War"
A chaotic battleground locked in constant conflict between:
The Great White Empire
The Sea Nomads, led by the Great Khan of the Four Seas
Legends spoke of an ancient island hidden in this sea—
Babylon, the Island of Lost Past.

Damien finished revising the information and turned to a fresh page.
He picked up a pen and began writing.

Ways to Survive This World
1. Keep distance from the MC.
They attract trouble.
Do NOT interfere with the original plot.
2. Get stronger.
Either through martial arts or by awakening a blessing (which he doubted he had).
3. Increase survivality rate.
Ensure food, shelter, safety.
4. Be a cockroach.
Live. Adapt. Don't die.

"Looks good," he muttered, admiring his own notes.
The main character of Skyborn would begin his adventure in two months.
Damien closed the diary.
He needed to get stronger by then.
Stronger than the extra he was meant to be.
